Husband and I decided to spend a Saturday in Lake Geneva just to get out of the city for a little while. My husband had been a long time ago and I had never been, so we were starting with no experience. In looking for a breakfast place, this was in the top 5 Yelp results for breakfast in the city and the name boasted "great eggs" so how could we resist ourselves?! I am so glad we decided to give this a go as it indeed was a great breakfast that included great eggs! This is a tiny shop that makes wraps for breakfast or lunch. The breakfast wraps include eggs and your choice of fillings. The have several options for lunch as well that do not include eggs. Previous reviews of the place said the wraps are big and since we were only there for a day, we couldn't lug around leftovers. We decided to split a "classic" breakfast wrap that came with eggs, potatoes, veggies, beans, and cheese. We got ours with all the veggies they offered except mushrooms, cheddar and goat cheese, and with many many shakes of Cholula inside to go with it (their hot sauce options also included Sriracha and Tabasco). I also got a Pina colada smoothie. The ordering experience was very smooth and they make the wrap right in front of your eyes! We found a table outside to eat and dug in. It was truly amazing. It was a big wrap, so splitting it was definitely the way to go for us. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the veggies were tasty, the bean and corn salsa took it up a notch, and the goat cheese provided a salty/umami creaminess that really made this wrap from "really good" to "downright amazing" for me. The only thing I would change is more salt and more hot sauce, but this is on me as the wrap was made in front of me and I could have asked for more of those things and next time, I probably will. The smoothie was similarly delicious! I feel like it may be ever so slightly overpriced as one wrap and one smoothie cost us $16 + tip, but it was so good that I would definitely pay that again! As for other offerings, they had giant s'mores, coffee, beers, wines, and mimosas. Something for everyone! read more

Chose to build my own breakfast wrap, and it was fun to see them build and cook it right in front of you. You can pick every ingredient, from veggies down to the flavor of your wrap. They also had beer and wine, mimosa, and giant s'mores. The only thing I didn't like about mine was the way the egg was cooked and taste. It was dark and burnt (some people love that). The breakfast burrito is a great value for money and I left extremely full! The only thing I'd recommend for them to change is the iced latte. Great spot for breakfast or lunch! They have a small operation so be prepared to wait in line. They had someone taking drink orders for coffee and such for the people in line, which was nice. I got a super wrap which had potatoes, eggs, veggies and choice of meat and cheese. Veggies included asparagus, mushrooms, bell pepper, spinach and then a black bean salsa that does have cilantro in it. Meat included chicken, bacon, sausage and ham. Cheese was pepper jack or cheddar. You also pick which wrap you want, I got the garlic and herb which was good. Overall, everything comes out super hot and fresh and you can't go wrong. They definitely take a lot of pride in what they do and they're not afraid to take their time to make sure each customer gets exactly what they want. There's a few small tables inside and then some tables outside as well. It's kind of tucked away with a bed and breakfast building. Seems like a lot of locals enjoyed it. My husband and I ended up getting the one with all the meat and veggies and it was enough for us to split for breakfast! and it was very good and very reasonably priced (around $12 total for the wrap). It's one man boldy grilling on a small, tabletop grill. While they do a fine job of making the wraps as quickly as they can, call ahead or don't be in a hurry. The downside is parking nit only is it hard to fund around there you have to pay to park. I paid the meter but my meter expired do I got a $50 ticket. Mine was slightly under seasoned but that would have been easily remedied with an extra couple dashes of hot sauce or a different cheese selection (I chose cheddar, which was the least exciting of the options). They have a tiny flat top that can only make 4 burritos max at a time and they take about 10 minutes to make.
