The shop is spacious and has a great coffee shop decor. I ordered two large lattes which both cups were filled to about 2/3rds full. The last third was a load of foam. It is not acceptable to short the customer for what they pay for. Note to the barista, when a customer orders a large latte, you have to add more ingredients for to the recipe. I asked the employees to rectify the situation and fill the cups. They did so but I got a poor attitude from the manager and the solution was to add more steamed milk which diluted the flavor. The end product was just OK. The place is cute but the ownership needs to hold the managers accountable to quality. read more

This cafe is right on Main Street downtown. Bright and spacious interior with plenty of seating. The Mocha and Hibiscus Mango Iced Tea were both great and we enjoyed a quiet conversation in some comfy chairs. The staff was friendly and the space was clean. I cannot say more positive things about Inspired! It is my go to when in town and they have such a great mission. I had a hot chai, their loaded baked potato soup, and a flavored lemonade today, all of which were 10/10. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and they get your food and drinks out so quickly! There are waves of people throughout the day, but it is mostly a quiet, good place to work on weekdays. They were very accommodating for me conducting a few interviews from there during the day. I am a coffee snob. I am so picky about coffee. But this place was pleasing to my taste buds! My iced Americano was delicious! There was the perfect amount of cream in my coffee. My Bagel was better than Panera, that's a huge compliment from me! The employees were so kind and friendly. We were immediately welcomed in and quickly helped. They were constantly smiling. Wow! The place is quite large with lots of places to sit. When I went around 4p on a weekday in April, it was buzzing with activity. Unfortunately, that late in the day , most of the baked goods were gone but I opted for a blueberry muffin. Many store night muffins seem overly buttery to me, as if afraid of being dry, they overcompensate. But this one was lovely. Loved this spot. I got a caramel frappe which was so delicious but honestly gave me a bit of a stomach ache with how sugary it was. My husband got a tea and lemonade combo which he liked. I also got a yogurt parfait which was standard. The cause is so great, they employee people with disabilities. We are always looking for a local coffee shop and if it serves a purpose or helps the community in some way shape or form. Even better! This is that place and it checks both boxes! This coffee shop provides training for people with disabilities. The staff is very hard working and kind. The coffee shop itself was very large and clean. It was not busy at the time we visited but I can imagine this place gets busy and rightfully so. The iced chai was good. It was made to order and made correctly. This coffee shop stood out because it was one of the only ones in downtown Lake Geneva that is independently owned. I love its mission. There seems to be a high value in education for adults who are differently abled. I loved the seating area. It looked like there were conference spaces to use too if you had wanted to come work with a group there. There were many options for drinks. I ordered a latte with vanilla syrup, which ended up being a little too sweet, but I think that was more personal preference than anything else. They also have alternative milks. They sell coffee beans that are roasted locally, so that's a plus too! read more
