Trash. Charged me for extra lettuce on a 4c (has lettuce included) but never even put lettuce on it. What should I expect tho right? All that extra work of adding lettuce is just too much for them to handle. Yay for $15 min!!!!!! Maybe we should have Critical McDonald's Theory.. read more

Me and 2 of my friends went after a day of school, figured we would celebrate the end of the week, how wrong we were... We got our food to realize I missing my 10 nuggets, and everyone was missing our drinks and sauce. I went up and waited another 3-5 minutes to even have an employee come talk to me; even though I had multiple employees walk by me and look at me, still no help. When I got it all fixed it they gave me everything, but they had no sweet tea out so I asked if they had some in the back, so the drive thru lady filled up 2 sweet teas, but not even fully?! I had also asked if I could get 4 things of S&S and she went back to her drive thru dealt with a customer (that didn't bother me I understand I work in fast food service too, and drive thru we need to keep it moving) however it is unacceptable to walk around doing nothing, not dealing with customers, or anything just walking around?! When I finally got dealt with I got back to my table and my friends started eating (they waited for me to start) to find out both of their orders were wrong. My friend went up this time and as nice as he could explained it wasn't right, finally the employee just said "Damn okay, Shit" with an attitude; absolutely rude. Once we got the remakes we decided to go and sit out in my truck bed, and the drive thru lady kept watching us while we were eating. While my other friends were taking the trash to a can, the drive thru lady yelled us saying if we didn't leave they would call the cops on us. For what? Sitting and eating food? Never again. Don't go here, everyone is rude and absolutely disrespectful! I usually leave big tips, but no one definitely didn't deserve anything after that experience, this place needs new staff. read more

McDonalds serves so many good purposes. You can go to the bathroom and walk out without buying anything and nobody bats an eye. You can get a chocolate shake or a salad. Don't tell me it's not healthy. You decide how healthy you want to be, not this corporation. For real, those are big facts. 4 stars; I've taken a lot of good shits here. read more

I've never posted one of these before, and the service was so good I wanted to comment. The two girls at the window were extremely kind. We all got confused on part of my order but they made it right. Will be back. I went today for breakfast around 8:45 read more

i ordered a quarter pounder and fries along with a large fry and a oreo mcflurry and i only received a basket of fries, a patty with no bun no nothing on it and no large fry no oreo mcflurry the doordasher we was nice and was willing to tell us and make a scene and go back a get what we ordered, and when we called mcdonald's they said they couldn't do anything about it so we will be back up there tomorrow to get what we ordered and get money back! read more

workers had the worst attitude ever. asked them to remake my coffee cause it was unsweetened and i did not order unsweetened and all workers made nasty comments and were overall incredibly rude. these workers need to be fired. read more

I had their Big Mac and Fries, normally I don't pull into a McDonald's but I have to admit this was the best meal I have eaten in many years. It took me back to when they were new and making burgers the right way. My son had their bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle and he said it too was the best. My hats off to this one, they were also very friendly and made sure everything was right. I will for sure stop there again....Good Job to this one. read more

I can't believe what I just witnessed at this McDonalds just now. The food was standard McDonalds fare-1/4 pounder meal with and extra frappe-and was ok. The attitude projected by the cashier and even by the woman who claimed to be the manager was atrocious. The only other customer in the restaurant was shaking his head in disbelief also. Nothing confrontational, just a sense of don't bother me with a food order, I'm busy waiting on my phone to ring. read more

I don't think the lady working the drive thru had any idea on how it worked. She looked confused and tried to charge me almost $7 for an egg mcmuffin. I tried to communicate with her but I don't think she knew English or just didn't care. She wouldnt even respond to me. McDonalds...you are a dieing chain! I remember as a kid what a treat it was...now it's a pain everytime I go to one of your locations. I can't remember the last time I had a good experience with your stores. There are too many good places to eat to have to put up with this aggravation. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Stopped for breakfast got in the drive through line waited about 5 minutes and it had not moved. Got out of line to park and go inside, (I should of known then) the doors were locked. A few people inside eating. Go to the other door it is locked. Can I say fire safety? The manager walked up to the door from her car to unlock the door as we were walking back to our car. We decide to follower her in. We go and stand to order. There are 3 people at drive through trying to figure something out. We wait 5 minutes, the manager comes from in back looks at us and 3 other people waiting to order turns around goes back to the back grabs a mop. Never acknowledges us and continues to do whatever needed her attention. We left after waiting 10 minutes as we were in a hurry. We will never be back. Very disorganized and dirty restaurant and obviously doesn't put their customers first. read more

Everything online says this is a 24/7 location and I have driven through the drive thru On two separate occasions and no one will take your order. There are people inside and it's 5:10 am. Seems to be an ongoing problem for this location... read more

Worst service ever. Food handled by cash handlers. Unhygienic. Toilets a mess. Teen staff don't care. Manageress delusions of grandeur. High fructose corn syrup. Cholesterol. AVOID! read more

Everytime I come here the ice cream machine is always "down". It would help if you would turn the ice cream machine on just saying

Manager completely unprofessional and rude. Sorry to bother you by making you do your job.

You know the menu... Location is clean... Bright... No play ground for kids... TVs

Breakfast with an Attitude. How dare I come in to this location and make them do work, is the impression I got. First, I sat in the drive thru for a couple of minutes. Said hello a couple of times, no answer. Drove around, parked and went inside. Received cold coffee. Do not stop here if you want "fast food". Go to Chick-fil-A right down the street. They'll give you quick prompt service without the attitude. read more

Worst Mc Donald's ever, terrible customer service. First they took my order wrong the they forgot the hash brown in one of my orders. I sat down and I notice they didn't give me fork and knife for my breakfast deluxe and when I get up to go get them the manager notices me standing there and doesn't tell me anything just lets me stand there for like 3 minutes until I call him. Never coming here again ! read more

Great Mcdonald's, wonderful staff. I came in today and its 97 degrees out, chatted with the cashier and found out the ac broke in the back, these people were suffering back there. I could see the sweat on their tired faces and yet I still got great food(as good as a Mcdonald's food gets) .love this Mcdonald's they are consistently good, polite and accurate . I'm sitting in the lobby and boy its hot in here, I would quit if I had to work and it was that hot,god bless these people. read more

Convenient and visited frequently until the two ladies tonight on Halloween night showed ice cold faces and very unfriendly. Will never come back again. Soooo disappointed. read more

Could possibly be the best McDonald's I've ever seen. The staff was professional, extremely well mannered. We were there during a busy breakfast time and the young lady manning the drive thru was very pleasant. I assume the young man who brought us our food was a manager because he was impeccably dressed in tie/ business suit. He was so mannerly. I wish the mcdonald's in my hometown could watch that team work! read more

Lazy people who don't like to do their job. Just sitting there and talking didn't even get the chance to order. Never again maybe corporate should go by and do a clean house read more

Good hash browns. Oatmeal ok. Coffee average.

These people are the sweetest!!! I came with a group of people all wanting sausage biscuits. We were tired and very hungry, and they were nice enough to give us our meal for free! I mean, it just made my day! Two thumbs up. read more

We thought we were going to make a "quick" stop on our way through but little did we know this stop would be nothing but quick. The lady taking our order at the window was not responsive at all. When we paid at the first window, the receipt was completely wrong. By the time we got to the second window and tried to tell them what they forgot to ring up, they just handed us a bag and said it was all there. We were missing 3 biscuits 2 hash browns and a drink. Yes they were very busy, but other McDonald's have a great system down to stay constant, even when busy. read more

If there was an option for minus stars I would choose that. This location is terrible. They NEVER take people in the drive thru in the order they get in line, the credit card machine is never working. They are rude and unprofessional. read more

This is without a doubt the worst McDonalds i have ever been to. I stopped there this morning on my way to the airport in Pensacola and I waited 10 minutes while they employees there took care of the people in the drive through. In all that time of standing at the counter not one employee asked to take my order or offered an explanation of why they were so inattentive. I finally left without ever being served or even spoken to. Needless to say I will never waste my time at this store again... read more
