I stopped here for a quick break on a long road trip. The place was spotless and the AC felt great given how hot it was outside. Five stars for the staff not giving me a hard time for sneaking my dog inside. It was too hot to leave her in the car. read more

I stopped here today for a quick burger for lunch and tried to give them a second chance. Boy was I wrong! First I tried to drive through sit there for five minutes and it never moved! Then I went inside to order at the counter and they refused to take my order. They said I had to use the kiosk. So I did! But when another couple came in, and I'm not gonna make it a race issue, they took their order at the counter! Waited 10 minutes for a cheeseburger no ketchup. Guess what I got on my cheeseburger....extra ketchup! I had to practically holler to get someone to come to the counter so I could tell them I needed my order fixed. After another five minutes, I got a cheeseburger with cold cheese, practically thrown at me with no apologies or anything I sure am sorry I disturbed there quiet time. The restaurant was clean, but empty because no one else is crazy enough to order food here. I won't be back! read more

We walked from a near by hotel and the doors were all locked at 9:40pm and we don't have a car and they didn't answer our knock or even acknowledge us when we waited in the drive thru. But he did turn off the outdoor lights and another truck pulled up and they probably took their order read more

I was just there getting breakfast and I wished I had looked at reviews first but anyway, I ordered an egg McMuffin, 2 breakfast burritos and 2 hash browns, got on the road and noticed hash browns weren't in bag. Can't go back so because had to get to work. I've now paid for something I didn't get. I even tried calling to speak to a manager, but no one answered the phone so I hung up after about 10 rings. This McDonald's is right down the street from my house, but I can tell you this I will never be back there. Furthermore, the egg McMuffin look like somebody had thrown it from across the room to land on the sandwich because they were egg pieces all around the muffin, unbelievable actually. Now I see why you're rating is as low as it is read more

Normally, I don't eat at McDonald's, but I was in a hurry and hungry. I ordered a #9 and a #8, which consisted of a fish sandwich, two cheeseburgers, fries, and Cokes. We would have been off eating the cardboard boxes they came in. After eating one of the cheeseburgers first on my way home, I decided to trash the second one. The fries were cold and stale--my wife's fish sandwich must have been on their shelf for a day. The attendant had an attitude after they screded up the order. I dont believe I will ever buy another McDonald's again. read more

Visited this place for 2 caramel mocciatos, after waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes, a young lady told us to pull up because they had to go get milk. Pulled up to the third window after waiting there for ten minutes no one came. My husband went in to get the order was told the machine was down and was offered a frappe. Clearly on the menu outside it states frappe are out will be back soon. Will never go back to that McDonald's, just horrible service. read more

The franchisee for this county has serious issues with hiring, training and supervision. The Fairhope location managed to burn down during the day, the Spanish Fort property specializes in an eclectic mix of employee personal clothing and floors so filthy the employees actually slide around them like human bumper cars. When they screw up a hamburger order, they re-serve it with the offending condiments visibly scraped off. And cold rubbery fries are the rule, not the exception. Now this Daphne location has usually been the best of the bunch, getting the order right the first time and being fairly organized and personable. Until the most recent kid-sized patty substituted for a quarter pounder. Still an hours-old, grey heat lamp bit of extruded horror but sooooo small. Don't they ever make time for hot, greasy, glistening, seasoned burgers? Not unless you're on a road trip and stop at the Mac's in Panama City. read more

They lied about cooking a fresh sandwich. The bread was mushy and the sandwich was cold. It wasn't even wrapped properly.

No carbonated drinks. Huh? They didn't tell us until after we started ordering. No wonder they have bad reviews.

It's McDonald's. They have a drive-thru. I was in a hurry. My order was prepared correctly. It was edible. What more can I ask for from McDonald's? Bottom Line: It's McDonald's... Bon Appétit. read more

We always hit McDonalds when traveling and usually no issue but this location is really bad. Took a while to get the girl to wait on me. She was very pregnant and cranky. I had a receipt from doing survey for bogo and she mumbled something about they don't take those from different state. I ordered and went to get my water and there was cup and what appeared to be tea or soda all over the floor and the drink counter was filthy. As I watched them making order, the young man had gloves on but had his phone on counter and kept texting between working orders. My coffees didn't come with cream so I asked the same counter girl for cream. Without looking at me, she yelled that she was working on "his order". Keep in mind there no more than 2-3 people that came in during time I was there. I got in car and when I went to drink coffee the lid came off (the lid was cracked) and went all down my shirt and pants. read more

Worst mc Donald's you could ever come to. First of all we are guests to daphne Alabama. We had been on the road for 7 hours. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee. He goes to grab his breakfast sandwich the fuckn sandwhjchs has been thrown into the goddam bag as if he was an animal. The hashbrowns that he also ordered were dripping in grease. Dammit I know it's fast food but being on the road 7 hours through the night with no sleep and to get your food tossed to you in a bag like a damn animal is so ridiculously unacceptable!! There was no people in the drive through but us to be served like a damn animal? Please don't waste your time here. Super upset at the fact something like this would happen!! read more

The store is nasty inside and no soap in the restrooms. Also the manager is extremely rude for no reason. Don't waste your time here!

One star is a stretch. It's been a while since we've darkened the door at this Worldwide highly popular low bar fast food establishment. We were on our way to a Drs appointment, didn't want to take the time to fix lunch, Chic Fil A is always crazy busy, say a McDonalds fish filet isn't an awful option. We wheel in off 181, it's lunch, we wonder why this is the only place on the strip not busy? We were about to find out. First mistake: Drive through, one car ahead of us. What's taking so long? This is usually quick. We wait, I notice the occupants in the first vehicle, make my own conclusions why the line has halted. We pull out of line and drive around and park. Inside is virtually empty, one table occupied, one person awaiting their order. I order one fish filet meal, + one additional fish filet sandwich. Pay and now wait. I notice, and sense, a fair amount of disorganization. This African American, who seemed to be in charge notices me, she asked if I had ordered one plain fish sandwich, this confused me, I said no, she tosses everything in a sack and hands it to me. We sit down, first thing we notice is a partial serving of fries, that's OK, we don't need the calories, my wife opens her fish filet, just a bun and the square piece of mystery fish. You take mine, I get it fixed. A real flailex seems going on getting out drive through orders. I get the ladies attention, she takes my sandwich, tosses it in the shitcan and mumbles something to someone not in my sight. I wait a few minutes, finally go sit, eat a coupe fries, cold, slurp some diet coke. Go back and stand. This filet must be custom made. The irritated head shed finally notices me standing, reaches down picks up and jams a sandwich in another sack, hands it to me, mumbling an sorry. I sit down notice there was a half slice of cheese on it, closer examination it was carelessly folded in half. I reconstruct my sandwich. We have a good laugh. First time, shame on you. Second time, shame on me. McDonald are you paying attention, this franchise is dicked up, shut it down or fix it. read more

Order placed through drive through, Quarter pounder with cheese combo. Though the staff was all friendly, service was very good, the sandwich and fries left a lot to be desired. Fries were luke worm and probably bottom of the bag as over 90% were extremely small. Burger was less that half cooked, rare in the center. read more

Wow....not sure I would stop at this McDonalds , I ordered 8 breakfast burritos and she got in a debate with me about needing to charge me 22 cents a pack for each additional picante sauce. I don't care if that is there policy, just the rude nature of what looked to be some supervisor. They had me pull forward ti wait for my order and I just noticed to "get me back" they put ZERO picante in the bag. Long ago a voodoo swamp queen cast a spell on this place. There is this tension and drama that that haunt this McDonalds unlike any other. The five minutes we were there an old man left a bag of random pills in the bathroom that a kid almost took but I grabbed it and took it to the cashiers, a woman's dog got out of her car and became road pancakes moments later, and random strangers stop you to compliment your vehicle even though theirs costs double.
