This is the worst McDonald's I have ever set foot in. For starters, they gave me the wrong drink when it says the drink clear as day on the order ticket. Second, the floors are so disgusting and sticky I have to rip my feet up to take a step. Third, the fries were halfway burnt and there was one dot of ketchup and mustard on my burger. Understaffed to handle demand. Can't get an order right to save their lives. Lost in the sauce. Takes 20 minutes to get your order. Expect it to be fresh but no. Cold meat on a hard bun. Cold, hard fries. Wrong drink. Wrong dessert. A dozen angry customers demanding their orders get corrected. First, the line was dog legged to 29 business. With McDonald's already a slow business I knew I was in for it. Yep. I could have just walked in but I didn't. Took 34 min to get to the window. To order however, there are two boards and mic's. But apparently someone didn't come to work, or, like every other place in the world these fans they were simply shot staffed. Once i walked in no one was present on the register after being seen walking in from the door that faces inside of the kitchen. I had to order on the kiosk and once i got my food i had to yell around the corner for my drink cup. I came with 2 other people who was paying separately and they both had to yell and grab someone's attention from the kitchen and it wasn't even busy, to get their large drink cups they paid for. And not only that a clearly teen in a dark red shirt was taking their order with his phone in his hand. More interested into the text messages than his own work environment and customers. When we 3 asked for our paid cups we were getting irritated because we had to try to grab children's who's supposedly "working" attentions because they were too busy on their phones and playing around instead of helping to finish not only drive thru orders but in store orders. After we finally got our whole meals we went to the self serving drink station which had pepsi and other sodas mixed spilled all across on the counter with drink lids everywhere. So maybe instead of being on y'all's phone probably clean the lobby space up because tables were a mess as well. I understand if there was a "rush" and didn't have time to get to that but if you're only having a total of 10 customers inside and employees walking beside the mess then thats no excuse. The slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. Drive through on a Monday night at 10pm took me a half hour to get through. I gave it a second try one weekday at 3pm and decided to go inside to see if it would be faster. I rather quickly was able to place my order - a simple hamburger and small fries to go. I stood off to the side for 12 minutes before I got my order. I could see the drive through line piling up outside as well. The staff has no sense of urgency and only works on one order at a time - painstakingly slowly! There is no multitasking. When I finally received my order and got to my car, I saw that there were no napkins in the bag. So much for "to go". Note that neither of my visit times were during their lunch or dinner rush. Unless you have time to kill, go somewhere else for a meal or snack. This is NOT fast food. read more

This is one of the worst places to get fast food. No one washes their hands, wears gloves, or masks. They touch your money, the register, the bathroom, and then your food. The employees are rude, cussing, have headphones in and can't hear you. Took me 15 mins just to order food when i was the only one in line. It's obvious that most other reviewers are only reviewing because they happened to have a bad experience. Every time I've gone to this McDonald's it's been as expected. I'm writing this today because of my breakfast experience this morning. Sandra was working the drive thru and made everyone feel very welcome. More fast food employees should be like Sandra and make the customers feel like they are appreciated. I know it's silly to think they all really want to be there, but part of the job is to be there and be friendly, and I don't see a lot of that from most fast food employees. Sandra is an exception. Kids meal was missing apples again, my chicken sandwich was hard as a rock, literally could not eat it and the customer service was abysmal. Ok... Let me start by saying that I attempt to avoid McDonalds at all cost. Not a fan of the food and, since it's the only quick bite in my small town, I always go somewhere else if at all possible. I went to the McD's in Cpep at the request of my son on a special day. The staff at this McD's were truly some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. They were polite and friendly while taking our order. We then got a number for our table and a staff member SERVED us our food. When we were finished, we cleaned up as usual. It was only when we got to the car that my son realized that he threw away his combination lock that was for his school locker! He was devastated. When we began inspecting the trash can, an employee walked over and said, "No problem! I'll find it!" She looked through the trash, wearing gloves, and searched until the lock was found. She even went into the bathroom to clean it up before returning it to us. As far as McD's go, this one is top notch! read more
