Order a burger with only ketchup and onion, there's mustard on it. This location is open 24/7 and yet there's a set of doors that is just completely locked. I see a stream of people going to the doors and try to get in only to find them completely locked and no signage, so those people try them, give up and go to the other side, and then a new group comes and finds the same exact problem. This happens like 5x in the 10 minutes I'm in the parking lot. read more

I get to drive thro, and there is a line of at least 8 cars, this one guy with a brand new bmw x7 pulls up in front of the line and cuts off everyone orders food and they let him cut off everyone, and when i complain to the girl that was claiming to be the manager she said he always does that and we know him. So if they know you and you have a brand new car they let you cut off everyone. Also gave me the wrong order because i complained. Location is unprofessional. Ordered food through the app on late night, they were out of two items I bought. Refused to refund. Told me I needed to refund through the app. Which I told them you cannot do. If you could ask for refunds in the app people would steal everything. The manager told me I didn't pay direct to them so there is nothing they could do. I called the next day to speak to a manager during the day and now that they have the items they still refused to give it to me or to refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Also the daytime manager ...which I wonder if they were a manager as it was in the phone, couldn't follow anything I was saying. I had to repeat myself 3x. I made it very simple "I came in last night at 3:30 am ordered on my mobile app. In my order I had two shakes your machine was off. I didn't get the shakes." Only go to this McDonald's if I'm on my way home and have no plans on cooking. If I was going for just a quick bite, I would definitely go to another location. This one is a hit or miss; after I paid, i proceeded to the 2nd window and took 5 mins to hand me my drink then another 15 to even get my food. The kid doing the drive thru window was just goofing around with his co-workers and I heard a female asked what was I waiting for, he told her my order and she said well then you go pack her food, loud as hell in Spanish and his reply was no she can wait. There bathroom is doesn't have freshner and it since it is locked the fart smells there. It doesn't have screen orders like the other 2 McDonalds I've been at. They don't do hot fudge sundae at night which sux. There mc chicken taste ok but it has a stinging after taste to it. They need don't come out and clean the dining that often but they do it though. In the morning, this McDonalds is LOVELY. I went to the Broad Street location for years, but regularly dealt with long waits, missing or wrong items, and constantly increasing prices. Not only do I not have those problems at this location, everyone is genuinely nice and kind. Can't speak for other times of day, and it's still McDonalds, but as far as McDonalds in this area go, it's my top choice. read more

The beauty of mcdonalds is whatever you order it should come out the same each and every time. Well let me tell you the Big Mac I ordered was not like any I have had recently. 1.) I asked for no pickles, it had pickles. 2.) the sauce to burger patty ratio was 100% off all I could taste was their nasty 1000 island dressing. 4.) Our 10 pic chicken nuggets were actually 9 and they didn't ask me what kind of sauce I wanted... They just gave me sweet and sour.... Also this place could use a visit from Griggs and brown.... Terrible customer service at 2:37 am 7/21 the women at the window was being rude about how much we ordered and was saying "The staff is not going to like you because of how much they have to cook" and "Ugh you ordered too much get out of my restaurant", "Shame on you for ordering at this hour" excuse me but Mc Donald's is a place to provide a warm and inviting place for all its customers and to have these kinds of comments said to me and my friends when realistically it was a simile order. I work in a high volume restaurant which doesn't compare nearly to how much produce McDonald's provides at least late at night at 2:30 in the morning. I feel almost offended after working an 11 hour shift sweating and being constantly yelled at on the line in front of your closest friends and can't enjoy and simple 10 piece chicken nuggets without someone being rude as shit to you.
