Seriously, the lack of quality management and customer service is so obvious. Went in this morning at 9:30 to an empty store. empty for a good reason. They were not offering counter help. I waited ten minutes and left. Being the only and yes the only customer you would think the policy is to help customers. Not the case here. Apparently they are one of the stores eliminating counter help and forcing to use the cumbersome kiosk. Sad that i have a gift card that maybe of little value now. The food was fine but we waited about 25 minutes to get a curbside order. We ordered one medium fry and a six piece nugget happy meal. The drive-through line was super long so we thought that curbside would be faster, but that didn't matter I ended up going in to pick up the food because I realize that an older woman was the one delivering the food to the cars and quite honestly I just wanted to save her the trip. She was very kind and the staff was apologetic. It looked like they were short staffed and a lot of people at that time where wanting McDonald's apparently the ambience has changed since I went there as a kid. I guess I should have known better than to go here on a Sunday at 10:30 pm... We were hungry and not much else was open... we got a "premium " chicken sandwich, nuggets, a big mac and a bacon cheeseburger and medium fries. We went to the hotel to eat the food. I looked at my wife chicken sandwich and thought they had mistakenly given her a hamburger because the patty was dark, almost back,,, it turned out it was old and burned. The chicken nuggets were also old... The big mac patties were old but they used a lot of sauce to try to hide it and the bacon cheeseburger was also old food reheated. We did not finish the food, it went in the trash bag. Oh and the fries were cold and they were not enough fries in the medium box to be seen at the top of the fry box. I know many restaurants have a rule that if food is not sold by a certain time after being made, it is thrown away. I am guessing these guys never got the memo. It is sad to pay $22 for food only to have been given reheated food they had leftover from the day. It seems people don't care like they used to. read more

I've NEVER been treated like this at a drive through, especially 10 minutes after the store opened!!! I went through the drive through and unfortunately their breakfast menu wasn't available because the screen didn't work LYNDA (who was taking my order) not only offered to read the entire menu for me she also apologized that it didn't work. This is the craziest McDonalds! I have only been here a few times and it's usually because my preference is the minority but every time it's a mess. The drive thru line was a solid 20 minute wait. When I pulled up I was only the third car back, the other lane had a few more cars. Ok so because they are so busy that the food would be piping hot because they're cranking out a lot of orders. It was early in the morning and I'm glad they open at 5am but I had a hard time figuring out where it was located off the highway then I couldn't figure out where the door to get in was. Once inside it was the nicest McDonald's I've been to. It looked like an upscale restaurant with the design of the tables and booths.
