If I could put zero stars I would. I got a mocha with no whip and it came out looking like it was pulled out of the dishwasher. The visual aspect looks like it was drank and then spit back up and served. The taste seemed as tho they put half the bottle of chocolate syrup inside it. Not only was the order incorrect, but when my pregnant wife went to use the restroom, she was greeted with what could only be described as a wall of smoke. The workers inside seemed to fill the bathroom with smoke making it very hard for my wife to breathe, as well as not being good for the baby. I would not recommend a visit. read more

I've actually always had good experiences at this McDonald's! The food is McDonald's, you know what you're gonna get with the food so don't expect 5 star meals lol. But what I was happy with is how happy and kind the employees are whenever I go to this location recently, they are so nice and take their jobs seriously which is very nice to see. I usually don't waste time reviewing fast food restaurants because expectations are low to begin with, but I had the most awful experience at this McDonald's that I needed to vent about it and hopefully warn others to avoid this location. The staff was incompetent and rude, with no apologies or urgency for anything. Not only did it take nearly 30 minutes to receive my order, my order was also completely wrong! I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles only, two McChickens, a 6 piece nugget, and fries. When I checked my receipt, I had paid for all this plus a 6 piece tender. When I asked about it, she rung it up again but didn't refund me the price difference (it was only $4 but just the principle of it). When I finally got my order (no exaggeration, 25 minutes later), my "cheeseburger" had no cheese on it, and I didn't receive the 6 piece nugget. At this time, I was beyond frustrated and just wanted to leave so I just took what I was given and didn't have the time or energy to go back. I will absolutely never stop by this location again. I ordered a happy meal for my child with a milk. When we were given our food, the seal of the milk had been broken already and half the milk was drank. I gave it back to the employee and asked for a new one and they stared at me like they couldn't understand my concern. Eventually I was given a brand new milk. I stopped by and visited this location in Robinson ( near central diner) hungry had no time.. I dont eat fast food often but on the go.. it usually hits the spot. I love siracha and thought I would try the new burger.. so at the drive thru window-the speakers are awful.. the person taking my order was shouting and took a long time to place the order... no matter how clearly I spoke.. ok no big deal it happens..drove up to the window to pay and tell them about the speaker and how bad it is..and they could care less.. whatever.. ok then pull up for my food. I was told they just put in a fresh batch of fries and if I wouldn't mind pulling off to the side. nothing makes me more mad than have to pull aside for fast food.. after I paid and stuck but nothing you can do you already paid so here I am pulling aside. and I thought well least I'm getting fresh batch of fries.. and was able to catch up on some texts etc. then my food arrives.. delivered in person. Ok looking at the Siracha burger... not impressed. that's a little bit smaller than a quarter pounder and not worth the money I spent which was nine dollars for a combo!! I had no idea how high in cost it would be I just wanted to try it. I could barely see the Siracha sauce on the bun ( see picture) It was meh.. oh and the fries that were supposed to be a fresh batch were the worst I've ever had. I just ordered in the drive thru and it was correct but at the second window I asked for packets of salt and she replied you "have to" (with attitude) order salt with your meal. We ordered at the kiosk, no sanitizer in either dispenser, no receipt paper, and no table placard to take to your table. McDonald's is one of those places where the food is reasonably good and is cheaper than most places out there these days. Very often they would have specials and the dollar menu items to lure people in the door and that's usually how it starts. Nowadays, that's how it is with many of these fast food eateries and still McDonald's is the master of staying on top after decades of continuous changes of consumer tastes and eating habits. Eating at McDonald's on a regular habit while traveling gives me a sense of regularity and familiarity while on the road, while giving me the sense of being budget conscious and the fact that the locations are everywhere, so you don't need to go that far to find one if you're in a hurry. Same goes for Starbucks too. Being that this McDonald's location was basically nearby to my hotel, it was the obvious choice, since it was quick and painless, also I didn't want to over spend on breakfast when I didn't have to. Sometimes, the flow of life goes through McDonald's. While you can have better options at a restaurant Diner, McDonald's can be the one that's better on your wallet, especially when you're on the go. The overall experience here at McDonald's near Pittsburgh international airport was as decent and average as you can get. I was here at about 7:05am on a crisp Wednesday morning. It was nice that my hotel was nearby, so I just walked on over to grab breakfast after checking out of the Red Roof Inn Plus+ Pittsburgh airport south. This particular McDonald's is conveniently located at 6380 Steubenville Pike here in Pittsburgh, PA. It's nearer to the Settler's Cabin Park and close enough to the Pittsburgh international airport, if you are in a rush to get to your morning or afternoon flight out of Pittsburgh. The menu here is exactly what you are used to getting here at McDonald's. The restaurant itself is generally clean and filled with regular customers who love to get their McDonald's fix daily. Prices here can easily fit your budget. From the $1 value menu items to the extra value menus, you can super size them or get"large" is the term these days. For me, McDonalds tends to favor the breakfast side of things, knowing what I want is the best thing- especially when I do love the breakfast burrito and hash brown! I'm glad that they do serve breakfast all day long, even if it means waiting a little longer for your order to be prepared and served for you. French fries is great and the McFlurry is spot on. For what it's worth, I think the 20 piece chicken McNuggets is a winner, even with the many different dipping sauces you may encounter on your next box of chicken nuggets and a side of French fries. On this particular visit to McDonald's, I ended up getting the two burrito meal and A sausage burrito on the side. The drink of choice was sweet tea, and I ended up eating in and refilling the cup about two times before exiting the restaurant and filling it up I have third time before hitting the road. Just to have something while driving around Pittsburgh before getting on the plane. To be honest, McDonald's is there for you in this crazy busy thing we call life. It is what it is and the food is not always that great but it's there for you. Budget friendly and always fast and fresh but not always healthy. Four stars for being budget friendly. My two small children and I went through the drive through and ordered two cheese burger happy meals and they told me they were waiting on fresh fries to pull into slot one .. so we did ... 2 hungry crying kids and 10 minutes later I decided to call because I figured they forgot about us. No answer so 2 minutes later I called again finally someone answered he asked what we had I said two happy meals ... he said that's it; i said yes then a minute later someone came out with our food I opened it and the fries aren't even fresh!!! I've been here many times, 98% they get my order right. Alot of the workers and managers are so nice! They smile, have great personalities and make the best McCafe coffee beverages!! I know it probably can be a pain when someone orders it but they make it great! I really have to talk about the customer service. They get you in and out and go above and beyond. One time I ordered something from another mcdonalds and on the way home it was just terrible and not how the coffee is EVER made. Went into this one to order a new one and pay and the manager or owner took my receipt and drink and made me one the right way - no charge. I was shocked and felt blessed! I keep hearing criticisms about the workforce that tends to serve at such establishments as McDonald's and now may need to accept the rumors. I visited the establishment on a Tuesday afternoon with a simple order of a Qtr Pounder meal with a 4 piece nuggets, asking that the sandwich be plain/without condiments. And it seems as if the term may not be one of familiarity with the simple employees that tend to serve there. Of course after driving away several miles and opening the sandwich, voila, the sandwich revealed another pedestrian offering that was NOT as Micky d advertised, having it your way.... It was not worth the gas to make it back to complain but it is annoying that the intellectual property that avails itself to working at such easy offering drive-thru's can't make a very simple order corrrectly. I came here for breakfast to go as it's across from where I work. I placed my order with Dawn, the manager on duty, and I went to swipe my card to pay and it didn't go thru...she asked which bank it was and confirmed that the bank cards from my bank usually have issues...I just got paid so I know there was money on my account. She comped my meal, something I would have done in my restaurant management days. She could have gone the other way, but she provided me with probably the best service Ive received at a McDonalds. Four out of the five times I've been to this McDonalds, they have been out of or have not had an item prepared which I have ordered. This is a 80% failure rate. Three times it has been while a shift manager named Tim has been on duty. Each time he has blamed the general manager saying he has nothing to do with ordering of products. First, this must be one of the most inept general managers that a restaurant could possibly hire. He constantly is letting supplies run out. And there is such backstabbing going on within the organization that this reflects on the general manager as well. Then when I got my fish filet sandwich, the bun was stale and hard, and a glob of tartar sauce was thrown on one edge of the fish filet. There is absolutely NO pride within McDonalds, and this all starts at the managerial level. I am copying this to every rating website that I can. This has to be the worst McDonalds I've ever been too. Everything I go something is always messed up or not done and have to get pulled over and wait for my food. The last 5 times over this past month I went has been a disaster: the first 2 times cold fries after asking for fresh fries both times and sandwiches incorrect. The last 3 times I decided to order chicken tenders thought that could be messed up. All 3 times I was on my 15 minutes break and I work directly across the street so it takes me literally 2 minutes to get there so they have 13 minutes to get the food ready. Well time had to wait so long I went over my break the first time I was able to get my food even though I as late but the last 2 times... 2 days in a row I had to leave and come back later on my next break to get my food.
