The drive-thru is extremely slow on a regular basis. Today I waited in the drive-thru for approximately 15 minutes before I could order! By the time I got to order it was 10:36 and they said they couldn't serve breakfast anymore! I explained I had been waiting in line longer than I should have and they just said sorry...what has happened to customer service? This is exactly why McDonald's is losing money! And their employees want to be paid $15/hr? I know it was probably the shift manager's call, but she wouldn't even ask and just told me they had no breakfast left (if they don't have supplies to make breakfast as that statement implies they have bigger issues). The past three times I have been here have been terrible! The first time they were out of ice and iced tea and they seemed put out when I asked for tea and ice over the counter. The second time I went to wash my hands before I ate, after getting soap I turned the faucet on and there was no water, that's right no running water in the men's bathroom. I walked out with my soapy hands and asked why there was no water, the worker just said "oh yeah it's not working" no sign no apology no nothing. My wife went in to the women's bathroom to see if anyone was in there and held the door open as I washed the soap off my hands. This time there was no coke at the dispenser, I got Sprite instead. We ordered McNuggets and they were over cooked, they looked burned. We sent them back and 30 minutes later we still don't have our nuggets. I'm writing this review as I wait. We won't be back. This is my second review of this McDonald's. The best part of this place as we were here about a year ago is they've updated the inside of the restaurant. It looks much better than I remember the last time we were here a year ago. I have grown so much in my career by feedback and referrals so I have chosen to do same. Yesterday I visited mc Donald's and I was really hungry. I stepped in and place looked clean and smelled good. I was helped out by a great employee and I cant remember her name but she was extremely patient and helpful. I then walked to my table and could not miss the smile and, I believe her name was Sammy she is an older 55-60 Latina lady and looks like she has a walking disability, or she might just be really tired. she them was the person that brought the food to our table. This is the worst mc Donald's I've ever been to ! First let me start by saying the girl who took my order was the only person who was actually polite! When I got to the window the girl hands me my drinks and then leaves the window open, has her back turned the whole time and she starts cleaning one of the machines that was by the DT window. Then some other lady which looked like the manager on duty started spraying the machine with a cleaning chemical and not only did it get into my car because the other employee leaves the window open but it got in my eye. This store took me over 20 minutes to get my order. Only 20pc, mighty kids meal and a double combo. That's not event he worst of it. None of the employees in back were washing hands after cleaning or helping customers including a manger and then preparing food. They were all just hanging about talking and joking around. you have a huge line in drive thru and customers waiting for long period s of time. I told Harmony numerous times that her employees in back were not wearing gloves which was nasty and just messing around with all us customers waiting. She was busy numerous times on the phone!!! She did not cook them the full time and the basket was overflowing with fries, ( she put way more fries in basket then there should have been) they didn't even get fully submerged in fryer. They were awful when she served them to me. Why is she not following mc Donald's standards and also making sure food is cooked properly and employees following guidelines. She should have her food service card/certificate revoked. I hope you do address this and follow thru with a more qualified manager that follows guidelines and food preparation safety.
