Terrible in almost every way. Took forever to get food and they left out the most expensive thing I ordered. Will never go back.

Well this McDonald's may be small, but at least it's DIRTY! The only dirtier McDonald's I have been in was in Mississippi, and that hardly counts..it's in the Third World. No joking the flies outnumbered the people 10 to 1. read more

This is a reflection of management more than anything else. Opening weekend of pheasant season, 15-20 hunters in the lobby and 3-4 cars in drive thru...only 1 person working the counter for both. We were the first car in line, waited 10 minutes to order, then waited another 20 minutes to get food. Employee was working as fast as he could and was courteous. This location is convenient since it's so close to the highway, but the costumer Service is worst than any other McDonalds...don't waste your time. It felt like I was begging for food rather than buying and it took forever to get our food!!! Plus they don't have the spicy chicken hot'n Spicy. read more

Really dirty for a McDonald's. Service was unbelievably slow, and not at a peak time. They appeared to be seriously understaffed, which probably explained the other issues. I would not go there again or even use the restrooms (which were also in a very poor state of upkeep). There are plenty of other choices in this area. read more

This is easily one of the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been in. According to my wife, the women's bathroom was the most disgusting she has ever been in. When we told the manager, he didn't apologize - just said that he could have someone fix it. However, he took no action at all while we were there. We will never stop here again. read more

Been in Colby a little over a week ! I don't know what is wrong with this place but I have ordered Sausage biscuits for the last 5 days and I have been told they couldn't do it ! Something about their oven being down . Looks like after a week they would have enough money to fix it . I wouldn't even give his place one star . read more

Fast food? I think not. The faces of those waiting for their food brought back memories of the DMV. I'm sure the bathrooms were spotless at the grand opening. The garbage cans were overflowing with the waste of diners who proceeded me, apparently by several days. My shoes stuck to the floor with every step. Worst McDonalds I've been to. I just moved here and I get a hair in my burger. I go inside to complain and the manager looks at me and asks "so what do you want". I said a burger without hair. Then the kid working with the burgers with the blonde hair I found in my burger who is just wearing a beanie argues, not wanting to put a hairnet on. A couple of weeks later I come in today and order an ice cream cone. I pay for it, then at the second window they handed it to me upside down in a cup. I said I wanted it just in the cone and they stated that in a cup is the only way they can serve it today. I wish they would've just said that when I ordered it. Does anyone working at this place care about customer service?! I'm very disappointed in this place. Looking at the reviews you can definitely tell that the owners don't care about what the customers have to say as I don't see any responses from them. Dirty and just not well kept. The guy at the counter didn't see me come up, he was busy texting (as if I couldn't see). Didn't get a thank you from him or the young lady who put my food on the counter. The tea was empty and the drink counter was a disaster!!! All of the cabinets in back looked like they were wiped down w a dirty, greasy rag. Come on! Really!? Crack down and step up to fix this. read more

You'd think after waiting 20 minutes in the drive through, your order would be correct. Or at least warm. Customer service leaves much to be desired as well. One time I was literally cut off by a worker who was very much so late to work. Also, the female that was working window on the evening of Monday September 3 has no idea how to speak to customers. Apologizing for the agonizingly long wait instead of staring at me out the window would be a start. Unfortunately, this is the only McDonald's within short radius so with two young children, we don't have much choice, but I'd advise anyone traveling to keep moving. We've dined inside and it isn't any better...staff that obviously haven't been trained (or just don't care) and a filthy dining room.. Just keep moving...by the way, tried to post this on their Facebook page multiple times and it "just wouldn't work". So the review number you're viewing there is probably inaccurate. read more

They made me sad. I asked for a cheeseburger with keptchup only. On the screen my entire order was right. I get home and go to eat and it says "no ketchup". They ruined my whole night by putting onions and pickles on my burger making it taste like anus. read more
