This place is always good, fresh, and piping hot. It is a Sonic, so you know what their food is like. Personally, I like the food, the service, and the speed in which the food is delivered. It appears that corporate greed is hitting Sonic too, because while the food's quality has remained the same, the prices have near doubled which is a sad commentary on feeding families in the USA. Because it's Lent, this last Friday (04/11/2025) my husband and I ordered 2 fish sandwiches from Sonic. Breading was soft, not crisp with no flavoring. Tartar sauce was "sort" skimpily spread on buns, but not delivered in the individual containers as shown which meant no flavor. Onion rings were horribly bland, also no crunch and no flavoring. Mozzarella sticks were indifferent and cheese NOT melted and also without seasoning. Pickles with hit-and-miss breading. All-in-all, this place makes nothing from scratch and everything is frozen. Milk shakes not bad, but it's sad these are the only items made in house, at least I think so, but I could be wrong. read more

Fantastic! We ordered on the app on our drive to home. We ordered a strawberry shake, vanilla shake and vanilla Dr. Pepper! All were delicious. We ordered chicken strips, fries and ched r peppers. They were fresh and had all the sauce with them. Our server skated up to us and gave us our food, very kind and prompt. We will be returning next drive thru Kansas. read more

I mean, it's a Sonic, not a Michelin 5 star restaurant.The food came quickly and was good/safe. None of the staff wear masks and they get super close to you/your car window to bring you your food, which I didn't love, and the food itself seemed like it was a little dried out/had been under a heat lamp for a long time. Service was slow, the food was cold, the lady who took my order was rude. The lady who delivered the food was rude and disrespectful.

I went though the drive through and asked to get the chocolate brownie blast as a shake and they said okay. I got my "shake" and went to to take a drink and it was so thick I could have done flips on a trampoline with this "shake" in my hand, gone bungee jumping, get in a car wreck, and even survived WW2 and this thing would have been just fine. It was thicker than dairy queens blizzards I'm sure I could have had this thing upside-down for over 20 minutes. I am also pretty sure they only put brownies on the top and never through out the whole "shake." My point is don't get a shake from their or be sure to ask them to make it so runny as if you went to go eat Mexican the night. read more

We were just driving through Colby and decided to try Sonic. Our hamburgers were cold, burnt and looked like they were two days old. French fries were cold as well. Worst meal we have ever had. If you're in the area go for Burger King or McDonald's instead. Never again! read more

The staff at this particular Sonic are unprofessional and it's a very poorly managed location. We sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes without anyone saying a word, so we drove up to the window to order instead. When we got to the window, there were several workers inside and they took 2 car's orders behind us in line AND brought their orders out to them before acknowledging our presence. read more

Only reason for 2 is a different girl came to take our order after we sat in line (mind you it had5 cars in front of us) and everyone ordered and left. We are still sitting wait to order. Pulled in and pushed the button. Waited 15 minutes so stopped a guy bringing food out and told him. He apologized but still no response. Decided to leave but some man came on and said "What do you want!" I said I'd been waiting over 20 minutes and he said "We should have told you at least 30 to 45 minutes or more" Really!?? Terrible! Even for a Sonic. Ordered in the drive-through. The girl totally disregarded anything I asked. Had a question after my order and she basically hung up on me. FINALLY got up to the window and the male asked me, "What was your order?" Why do you have an order box if you're not going to listen and just take my order again at the window? Watched him make the order and then get it wrong. Gave me the wrong change. and then shut the window on me. No customer service skills at all. Seems to be the trend at this store. This is a direct reflection of management not holding their employees accountable. Or lack of ANY training. A disservice regardless. read more

Stopped here on a road trip thinking that because it's a national chain they'd have at least decent covid standards. The lack of mask wearing among customers was not surprising, but we were hugely discouraged that the employees too chose not to wear masks. When we asked the staff bringing our food to leave the bags at a distance because they weren't wearing masks, they continued to approach us. After asking a second time once they were a mere two feet from us, they quite literally dropped the bags of food on the cement, not caring at all if they ruined our food. They can't get their drinks made correctly and finally I'm tired of giving them chance after chance after chance. I've ordered a cherry limeade (and my Dad) and end up with just flavored syrups instead of the drinks including the squeezed lime wedge and maraschino cherry. I specifically ordered my drink like this just today earlier: Medium Dr. Pepper with little ice, fresh squeezed lime, and vanilla. Nope, no fresh lime......again. What the heck is so hard about making the drinks the correct way anymore? read more

I go to this sonic regularly. I am a local. This sonic is really clean, great service and fresh food. I recommend it strongly over any other fast food in the town. You will be satsfied with the service and food. Occasionally I find that the corn dogs aren't always Cooked to order but request that and they will cook them fresh. I haven't ever had trouble with my order here. read more

Worst sonic ever. Took a ridiculous amount of time to order, couldn't get our order right. Came out with runny shakes and one was wrong. We asked for the right shake, and when delivered she asked for the wrong shake. (As if we were lying) looked in it and treated us as if we were idiots. Took off with wrong shake, stomped off with it and didn't give a straw. Sad to visit a town and find such rude customer service! read more

Just ordered a chili cheese dog and tots ! Got a Cold Dog and no tots ! There was one car in the parking area which is where I tried to place my first order . I hit the order button and didn't get response so I went to the drive up window . They couldn't understand what I was saying over the speaker so they came out and got my order . And after I placed the order for the chili cheese dog with tots and a drink on the side , I got a chili cheese dog cold and a drink no tots !!!! There were 2 cars a head of me at the drive through .WOWWW wont go there for awhile !!! read more
