I hadn't had Subway in years - preferring their two main competitors. On Saturday last week, we were at an event and lunch was "box lunches" from Subway and the sandwiches were very good. So, today, we were looking for sandwiches to take on a picnic and we opted for the Subway near our hotel. We arrived shortly after they opened at 9am. The young lady working the counter was very pleasant and very efficient at making the sandwiches. This time, however, our sandwiches were "made to order" and they were excellent. The restaurant was spotless and the service was excellent. I need to rethink my choice of sandwich shops and start trying Subway more often. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, especially from an employee named Bryan. I was just trying to make my own sandwich, and he flat-out rejected my order, saying he wouldn't serve me. He then told another employee to take over instead. When I went to pay, he continued making smart remarks and acted completely unprofessional. When I asked for his name, he refused and sarcastically said, "for what?" Another cashier finally told me his name. There's absolutely no reason for a customer to be treated that way. My son got a sandwich at this location as we came through town. Ate 1/2 of it and said that it tasted "funny". Few hours later now and he is violently ill. Think he has food poisoning. Tried 2x to report this online and both times was unable to complete the feedback. read more

Came in on our travels back home and it seemed to have a rush it was 150 the man helping us was rude throwing bread back into where they place it rolling his eyes smacking the bread on the counter as he prepared our sandwiches once called out for his actions he rolled his eyes again he couldn't place meat appropriately or cheese ( meat and cheese gets placed on bread not thrown in the middle or wherever however it lands) not to mention they are serving burnt bread wilted lettuce old cucumber you could see them starting to harder as well as the jalapeños banana peppers and pickles green peppers were not stalked it was instead empty with old dried out pieces chips were also not fully stalked! corporate really need to crack down on this store it does not uphold standards that they claim they have has a corporation! read more

I took my children to the restroom while my husband ordered his food, I was disgusted at how dirty the bathroom was particularly the sink and soap dispenser where you have to touch to "get clean". I came out and noticed a fly continually attempting to land on my husbands head. Upon closer look there are flies roaming freely in the case where the sandwich makings are open and uncovered. There was filth everywhere. No one was wearing masks, not even the employees. I got a Veggie Delight, but there was no veggie patty and there were hardly any veggies. Even still, they charged me for the guacamole. When I asked for a little more, they told me they'd have to charge me for it. Sometimes you need a meal on the run. Subway is a fine choice. Try a toasted BLT like we did and you will not be disappointed. Forget to have it toasted and you will not be happy! Add lite mayo (and toppings you love). Subway also has some new classic flavors... like the turkey/avocado/spinach. I had this one on the herbed Italian cheese bread and it was quite good. Did not enjoy our visit. I felt quite let down that upon arrival, there were no subways literally within 1000miles . We were very hungry, and left hungrier. Was very disappointed in the quality of their turkey, in fact so disappointed that I suspect it was actually a bologna-turkey hybrid, my pregnant friend almost ate it, which is child endangerment ! Nice, clean place. It even had a drive-thru, which I've never seen on a Subway. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but one employee was very rude. She never made eye contact, talked very quietly and in an irritated tone, and seemed to be irritated when I tried to order. Vicky, on the other hand, was very sweet when she took over and did a great job. She was friendly with all of the customers and made the experience better. The sandwich was good, but the 6-inch was more like 4 inches. read more

Probably one of the worst subways I've been to. I went through the drive through and put my order in at 1:27, and got my food at 2:05. We had been waiting and saw a couple walk in after we had been waiting 10 minutes, who left and had already eaten. It was a disappointing experience. read more

The drive through system with touch screen was horrible. SLOW! We called for help and were told order using the screen. Got to the window and our order dis not come through. Too long a line I side. Probably won't stop there again. read more
