Not one employee was wearing a mask, even those cooking and preparing the food. It was as if we were not in the middle of a pandemic.

Stopped in for lunch. The chorizo queso was killer good!!! The #4 burrito was so fresh and the…read morepork was flavorful! The #7 sopes with barbiacoa was also really good!!! Take some of the queso and pour that on everything and you've got a fantastic meal. The chips come with a side, you have to buy the dip to get them, but so worth it! Thin and crispy! Food came out fast and hot, the staff very attentive. Highly recommended!!! We will be back! Would love to work my way through the whole menu.

We stopped based on reviews and it didn't disappoint! The address led us directly to the black trailer, which also has a couple of picnic tables for those that want to eat outside. It was a little chilly so we opted to eat in our car. The owner was just the sweetest and made sure to answer all of our questions. Tortillas are all corn, so perfect for the Gluten Free individual in our group. Between us we got the Tacos Locos, Chicken Empanadas, and Sopes. The green salsa was amazing as well! Will definitely be back! The menu is posted on the truck without pricing (perhaps it changes based on food cost?), but if you ask they will tell you. Each thing was $15 when we stopped today, but it was more than enough to share of you're a lighter eater. We didn't because we wanted to try a variety...and we are so glad we did. All around great place!

We had eaten here a few years ago when passing through Colby, KS. We travel between Columbus, OH…read moreand Denver, CO several times a year. We usually push a little further west than Colby when stopping for the night but occasionally stop in Colby Tonight, Colby was our destination and City Limits Bar and Grill was on the agenda for dinner. It was as good as I remembered from a few years ago. The menu listed a "chef's special" (ask your server for details). Imagine my delight when tonight's special was Shepherds Pie. I'm part Irish and can't pass up a good potato dish - especially Shepherd's Pie. The Shepherd's Pie at City Limits was OUTSTANDING and exceeded my expectations. My wife opted for the Short rib sandwich that came with fries. She said her sandwich was excellent and I can attest that the fries were also excellent as she shared her fries. It reminded me of a little restaurant in Dublin, Ireland where I ordered Shepherd;s Pie and the waitress asked me if I wanted fries or mashed potatoes. I said I thought Shepherd's Pie was always made with mashed potatoes and she replied "I meant for your side dish". I guess we Irishmen really like our potatoes. Service was excellent. Good food, good service, good value.

Ordered the ribs and they were terrible. Overcooked, bony ends with very little meat and too sweet…read moresauce. The best part of the meal was the coleslaw. Waiter was nice but when we told him the food was bad he just said sorry. Didn't offer to get something else.... a free dessert would have gone a long way. I know it wasn't his fault, and told him that but then he never returned to the table. Inside the restaurant is confusing. Are you a "Bar and Grill" or a fine dining restaurant? I'm not sure what you're going for.
