Just had breakfast here. Ordered in the app and selected Table Service (the server brought a tray out as we we ordering). They bagged up our order for take out anyway. The food was hot and tasty for the most part but the breakfast burritos were curiously bereft of cheese. They are ever so much better with cheese in them. At any rate, back on the road, I went to leave a review to let them know my thoughts on the matter of the missing dairy, but the receipt in my hand only bore 20 of the 26 numbers required and no store number... I attempted to use the "no receipt" option and store locator. This store cannot be selected. I promptly put Google to work on the problem, but alas, Google informed me that this McDonald's location does not list their store number. I can only conclude that the franchise does NOT want constructive feedback (or feedback of any sort, really) This tells me why there was no cheese. They don't actually care. read more

Me and my family ordered our food through the app, only for it to say the order had been canceled. We tried again and got the same result. So we went inside -- and the odor was unbearable. It smelled like a toddler had shoved a soiled diaper into the vents. On top of that, the place was absolutely trashed. There was garbage all over the floors, tables covered in mess, and the bathrooms were disgusting. We ended up waiting for over an hour, and when the food finally came out, they said it hadn't been paid for -- even though I had already been charged $180 (the meal cost $60, and they charged me three times). While we were trying to explain that we had already paid, someone came by and stole our drinks. Then, after we left and checked our food, we realized the order was completely wrong, and the fries were cold, hard, and nasty. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The food was good but , I order 4 normal mcChikens and one of them didn't have any lettuce. I also order a quarter pounder with cheese, all I got to say is that it didn't even look like what I order, the bread was burnt somehow it was also squished aside from that, the two ice caramel macchiato were really good and the fries where too! I always enjoy a classic deluxe cheeseburger but at this place, the meat was as dry as cardboard, the bun was also dry, the tomato was mostly green and the lettuce was wilted and soggy. The fries here were served mildly warm and no ketchup was offered, I had to ask for it. When driving through Kansas on I-70, don't be fooled by the fact that McDonald's is usually a good stop for a burger. NOT RECOMMENDED! read more

Horrible service through the drive threw. Lady couldn't get my order right after being told 4 time and then was snotty about it. Pull up to the window and to have my drinks wrong so I have to pull over to go in to get it fixed. They are open until 11pm on weeknight, midnight on fri and saturday. When you are doing the "straight thru" drive and need some caffeine and sustenance this place does the trick! We stop at this McDonalds frequently while driving to/from Kansas. The past 3-4 times they've told us they don't have ice cream (even though it's posted on the menu). These visits have been over the course of 6-9 months. They always tell us that "their ice cream machine is not working at the moment". I'm not sure they even have an ice cream machine. We will stop going here and find somewhere else to go. Too bad because it's very convenient - right off I-70. read more

I almost always do the drive-through because I usually have my dog with me. However, the young woman taking the orders on the speaker was a real witch, asking me to continually repeat my order like I didn't speak English well. I was born in this country in December 1946 in Alameda, CA. I majored in English and math through high school and college. I am erudite, converse very well and read voraciously. I am not difficult to understand and I do speak at a normal level. Also, I have no speech impediment so I could not figure out what her problem was. She is a person who should be removed from working with people. She is vicious and mean. McDonald's can certainly do a great deal better than that particular young person. read more

Have gone downhill so badly. Every single time you go there you have to check your food to make sure it's not messed up. I've almost completely stop going there because of this and the lack of respect many of the employees show customers. Final straw was getting a 4 piece happy meal for my child and when I got home I opened up the chicken nugget container and it was filled with sauce. I was upset because it was obviously heavier and cold to touch unlike how it would feel with the 4 chicken nuggets in it. So I called. Not only was the manager unapologetic but borderline flat rude. I didn't want new food I wanted at least a implied apology and acknowledgement. Apparently the standards for managers there doesn't include training or common knowledge of fast food customer service. With lines literally out the door at both Subway and Arby's, it was nice to walk in and see more than 2 employees behind the counter. And the line here moved! In the middle of a ten hour haul, we weren't interested in waiting 30 minutes to order and these guys stepped up. Say what you want about Micky D's, we were pleased with the speed and service. After watching one car order, the car in front of me sat for about 5 minutes and then drove off. I pulled up and no one spoke to me for about 5 minutes. After saying hello, the employee rudely told me that they were closed and it was approximately 11 pm. The fact that there was a long line of vehicles and only one order was taken is ridiculous. Best QPC's I've ever had at a McDonald's. The ingredient placing was immaculate and everything tasted hot and fresh. The Coke was ice cold, super carbonated, and crisp. My boyfriend & I stopped in last Friday after a 10 hour day of driving. It was late & nothing else was open. We decided to go in & eat just to get out of the car for a bit. The special menu item on the wall, I can't remember what it was, was no longer available, the milkshake machine was broken, & the frozen coke machine wasn't working either. We were joking with the girl that helped us & said "geez, who manages this place?" & we all laughed, then chit chatted some more. We both just decided on a quarter pounder meal. The girl rang up our orders & when I went to pay she said, "you can't get anything you tried to order, it's on us!" Wow!! Not only was she super friendly the entire time, so was the young man she was working with. When we got our food it was all hot & fresh.
