Stopped by to grab lunch for my son cuz he's a McD's addict and went to order and the girl was a bit rude. I ordered the 4 piece nugget happy meal and she said, "would you like a coke?" and I was like, huh? I guess I was a little thrown off cuz they usually ask what kinda drink I would like with that and not just ask if i'd like a coke. I kinda took it as if she was just gonna throw in a coke into my order for me. I like McDonalds, but not the one at this location. One downside is that this McDonalds is near a cow ranch, which makes the entire area smell like cows. The bathrooms are run down and not really clean. The food is alright for a McDonalds, but the service was slow and they did not even use a tray to put food on for a dine-in order. read more

I'm not one to normally go out of my way to leave negative reviews, and I've never left a review on anything for that matter. However, if I could, I would give this location 0 stars. This McDonald's was the worse fast food establishment I've ever been to. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady who took our order had the worse attitude. She didn't even look up at us when she was talking our order, never asked us how our day was, or even, "What can I get for you?" The fries tasted like they have been sitting there for hours, the bread was stale, and my sister found a hard piece of something in her chicken nuggets. When we asked for sauces, they didn't even acknowledge that we were standing there. Once we got their attention, she threw the sauces on the counter and just walked away. They were so rude about giving it to us. My mom wanted the Sweet Tea and they were out of it. I even over heard some of the customers walking out saying, "This is horrible customer service." stingy ass people. why bother ordering a large when they give you a medium instead. they also denied us service at the counter and made us order from the self serve kiosk but took other peoples order at the counter and didnt tell them to order off the kiosk. we had also ordered a slushy in which they told us "the slushie machine broke.." but the customer AFTER us got the exact slushie flavor and size we ordered...they were VERY rude towards us when we brought the problem to their attention. all in all, horrible place to come to if you want a relaxing bute to eat from a long drive. read more

Unlike most of the reviewers, I did not have the normal McDonald's experience when I went to this location. I was greeted with disgusting bathrooms, dirty tables, slow service, hordes of flies and very long lines tended to by inexperienced cashiers. I was actually surprised this restaurant was so poorly run because McDonald's is probably the most consistently well managed chain on the planet. The restrooms were on par with other locations i've been to; not the cleanest, but not the worst i've seen either. Plenty of parking, newer/modern style design and interior. The food: typical McDonalds. The food service was a bit on the slow side, but the resulting food was fresh. There's nothing worse than McDonalds fries that sit too long and aren't fresh. That wasn't a problem for us. The lady who helped us went out of her way to check the happy meal toys to see if they had the one my daughter was wanting, so that was cool. I like McDonald's in general, but the food at this place is kind of below par. It's definitely not inedible by any means, but it's not up to normal McDonald's standards. My burger patty was overcooked and dry and the hamburger bun was kind of hard. I also ordered a strawberry sundae which was half melted by the time they completed our order. There were a number of customers when I went, but the place wasn't super busy. It took over five minutes for our order to be ready. A plus is that their seasonal pumpkin pie item was pretty good. Drinks tasted like dirt!! Went through the drive thru to get fries, a large dr. Pepper, and a orange hi-c. When we got them and had driven off, we realized they tasted like dirt. McDonald's is usually known for their consistent tasting soda's, however this one was a huge disappointment. It is possible that they didn't clean the soda machine. Make sure you taste your drinks before you drive off or don't even stop by this one at all. read more

This afternoon, while passing through going home from vacation, we stopped at this McDonalds. It was very busy and the line was long. They forgot to put my 10 piece McNuggets and Sweet N Sour sauce in the bag, which honestly under these circumstances is understandable. I went to the front with my receipt and told the girl calling out orders it was forgotten. She then asked someone at the line for a 10 piece. At this point, the other girl just grabs on off the back counter, squishing, then hands me a box covered in onions and ketchup, and the other girl throws it on the counter and says, "here, and sighs heavily and obviously annoyed. I took it, didn't check it because at this point that is fruitless. When I get to the car, I have an 8 piece soggy mess and one nugget has one taken out. No bueno guys. I get it, it's busy but really? That was obviously someone's given back food and that didn't make it to the trash. SMH McDonalds, this is not good customer service or products. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could, but I can't, so I have to settle for one star...sigh. My parents and I drove through here on our drive up to San Francisco since I was craving a filet 'o' fish and my mom wanted Chinese food at this cruddy Chinese take-out place across the street. I told myself that McDonald's would be better than that Chinese food place (which I will review right after I write this), so we went through drive through and I got my food but I didn't check it cuz I figured it should be ok. I sat inside the ghetto Chinese food place with my McDonald's bag on the table and waited for my parents to get their food before I started eating. They sat down so I pulled my filet 'o' fish out the bag. I was pretty hungry and was looking forward to eating my sandwich until opened it to discover that my filet 'o' fish HAD ALREADY BEEN HALF EATEN BY SOMEONE ELSE!!! WTF??!!! It was so disgusting! We went back to the McDonald's across the street to complain and all they said was "Sorry, we don't know how that happened. I checked it before I gave it to you." I replied, "You obviously didn't check it because if you did, you would've seen that it was ALREADY HALF EATEN!" They gave me a new sandwich and I just left the place angry...and NOT hungry at all anymore. And Tracey Lee D. was right...their fries aren't very good - they tasted old, like they were cooked with stale oil. This place smells like manure!!! I am NOT kidding. And it is very very popular with travelers. For some odd reason I think I've stopped at this McDonalds before... just based on the horrible smell outside. Inside... you can only smell frying oil and fries. I had driven for about 4 hours and I needed to use the restroom and stretch my legs so I decided to make a stop here. All their registers were open and even then there was a line. The cashier was friendly and bilingual, for some reason she decided to speak to me in Spanish which I don't mind... it was just odd. Food took a bit to come out but no complaints, I had some time to kill. I said no cheese on my egg white breakfast muffin so I wasn't very happy about that. The coffee was on point so I excused them for the boo-boo on my muffin. We've stopped here a few times on our way to LA. The food is as expected of any McDonald's. However, the last time we went to LA, I lost my wallet enroute to LA, and I made the discovery once I was already there. So, the next morning I called the only 2 establishments that I stopped at, and McDonald's had my wallet. An employee found the wallet near where I had my lunch and turned it in. One of the managers (Chris) overnighted me the wallet on his day off, so I had my wallet back with everything intact. What a relief. I tried to offer a reward for his trouble and to pay for the shipping cost but it was turned down. This was one of the most horrible McDonald's I've ever been too. First of all, when we ordered it took us about 8 minutes just to order 6 things. Once we got our food, they forgot 3 of our items. I had to wait for a long time just to get my coffee. Once I finally had gotten the chance to sit down and eat my food, I looked down on the floor and there was just a mess, fries, lettuce, MAYONNAISE all over the floor, it was just DISGUSTING. Once I took a bite into my food, keep in mind I had ordered a burger with no lettuce, once I took a bite into it there were just strands of lettuce all over the burger. There was also a chewy little ball on the burger as well. The mayonnaise looked weird and had a tan color for some odd reason. Once I went to the bathroom it was dreadful, there was a bathroom stall that was open and plugged and toilet paper all over the floor. Once I washed my hands the sink was also a mess. There was water and soap all over the sink and I even heard people talking about how gross it was. Even the lady next to me said "It's a mess right?"
