I love Carl's Jr, but the service here is pretty bad, the front lady there is not friendly and ignores your existence. We ordered a burger online and were waiting there for a while. We saw an order ready and left on the ready shelf for about 5-10 minutes while standing in-front of her, but the lady only picked up new orders until we asked her and she said, "oh yeah, here." No smile & no apology given. If we didn't ask, not sure if she is ever going to announce the order. It wasn't busy in the store at all. While we were leaving, I heard the someone asked her 2 times, "did you say the order is ready?" Then we left. Not sure if it was regarding to our order or not, but if it was, good for him to notice that. The burger is ok, not bad.

It was late night and time for a quick break during a road trip. Their zucchini chips were nice and hot but a bit on the soft soggy side ( maybe all that oil) lol Sandwich was ok too. The location is convenient as it's right off the freeway.

This location is allowing indoor and outdoor patio dining. They do require masks until you sit down at your table to eat. As soon as we ordered our food and sat down our food was hot and ready quickly. Everything from our hot fries to the burgers and chicken tenders were perfectly made and very delicious. With a car full of hungry people we appreciated this fast friendly service so we could get back on the road quickly. My only complaint at this location was the amount of flies in the restaurant near the window seats. We had to move to a another table away from the windows.

Stopped by on my way home from SoCal. The bathrooms were pretty clean and the staff were very nice. There's plenty of parking and they also have drive thru. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. I only ordered a cookies and cream shake, which I wish was a bit thinker but overall it was good.

Stopped by for something quick but were kind of surprised at the price. The beyond famous star - meatless burger was $9.29 just for the burger alone. 2 burgers came to $21 lol In comparison, we've had the impossible whopper before and it's about $6.99 for the burger and it's honestly a lot better than this beyond famous star. It wasn't really bad, but it wasn't great. It was ok. I think it would be better with sliced pickles instead of relish and seasoning on the patty. Would also be nice if it were put together with slightly more care, because it looked like it was thrown together - sloppy. I realize this is a fast food chain but still...there was no other customers inside or behind us in the drive-thru so it's not like they had a rush. I'd give it a 2.5 and don't think we'd get it again unless it were the absolute only option.

We stopped in on our way back from the Bay area. We had a short wait for our meal. The burger was ok but even though we had a wait the food wasn't very hot. They need to pay attention to the bathroom conditions especially. The employees were nice.

This is what they SAY it's going to look like.

Stopped in for a quick bite on our way to SoCal. Fast food seems to be going downhill. ESPECIALLY HERE! Service was okay, a little slow, bit oh well. Food wasn't very hot and the burger was as sloppy as can be. Look at the two pictures for comparison. I wanted to get back on the road so I ate it. The fries were not hot either. I Don't think I would stop here again. Fast food is EXPENSIVE now days - They need to add some quality into the equation.

I wish this picture can show how old and dry the meat was. The cheese wasn't even melted. Don't waste your time stopping. Should've listened to the reviews.

*Vegetarian 30-Day Challenge Bonus Review* Figuring out what's healthy to eat while on a road trip is already tough enough, but the difficulty factor goes up when trying to maintain a vegan lifestyle. So big-ups to Carl's, Jr.® for now offering a Beyond Famous Star® burger* as part of their fast food lineup! The burger is 100% vegan along with their delicious criss-cut fries™ and fried zucchini―which are also vegan! We both enjoyed eating it and Carissa really felt like it tasted like a legit fast food burger, while I thought it reminded me of a Morningstar® veggie burger. Carl's will now be our new unofficial road stop standard and they should be commended for their vegan food effort―while McShitz™ should be ashamed of their paltry vegetarian selection. Even their famous fries aren't vegetarian, as they add some kind of beef product to them. *burger must be ordered sans cheese and mayo in order to be truly vegan.

Took WAY too long for one simple burger. Waited over 30 mins. The place also looked like it could cause a tummy ache.

We had read that they accommodated a lot of RVs and people with U-Haul's, etc., so felt safe staying there for the night. Checked in about 9 PM. Everybody was super helpful. We have our cats with us so we were a little stressed out about how it was going to be, but they made sure that we were comfortable and we were in a really nice, large and clean room. I did think that the property is a little bit dated. They've done a good job with upkeep. The only issue I really had was that when I got out of my car there was a very strong animal smell. I asked at the front desk with that smell was, and they said that it was fertilizer that they applied to the fields that night. It was intense. We got up and we're back on the road by 5 AM. Unfortunately we did not get to try the restaurant although I heard that their steakhouse is excellent. Also, the pool looked really beautiful and clean.

Made a pit stop here at Harris Ranch Resort because we have always been curious about this place…read moreand wanted to eat some steaks from the source. Since it's right next to Interstate 5, it is very convenient for t9ad trips doen California. When I initially looked up the restaurant, I was a bit confused because online it seems that they have 4 different restaurants, and I wasn't sure where they are all located. But we just went and followed the signs that said "Restaurant." When we walked in the main entrance, the first thing we saw was the Country Store. To the right is the Horseshoe Lounge, the Prime Steakhouse in the middle, and Ranch Kitchen is towards the end. I think they also have a barbecue restaurant, but in a separate building. This place is massive. We decided to dine at Ranch Kitchen, where there was a huge group of people sitting right outside. I originally thought they were waiting for a table, but they were all just there for the restroom since this seems to be the place to be for pit stops down I-5. It was around 6 PM on Monday, and we got seated pretty quickly. We ordered the 14 oz. Choice Ribeye (medium rare) and the Country Fried Steak. Both included either baked potatoes or mashed potatoes (we opted for baked) and broccoli and carrots. The ribeye also included either a soup or salad, but given the current scare with the lettuce parasite, I opted for the clam chowder. They start you out with hot bread rolls and some salted whipped butter. The ribeye was very tender and delicious. It was well-seasoned and does not need steak sauce or anything. The country fried steak was quite tasty and comes with a massive amount of gravy, the way I like it. Overall, this was a great stop with great food. The service was amazing and the waiter was very attentive. This will definitely be a regular pit stop of ours.
