I'm sorry, this place was just a nightmare for me. You walk in and first thing you noticed is it felt like a greenhouse. It was hot, maybe 90 degrees inside. Of course, you probably don't want to stay outside either because the Harris Ranch smell is not the most pleasant. What to do? OK, bear and grin it, we go inside. On long trips, I usually wash my hands prior to do just about anything. So I hop inside the restroom and a toilet is out of commission. I wash my hands and soap wasn't much and there were no paper towels. WTF?! I think the health department seriously need to consider shutting this place down due to these issues. So it gets better. The workers there had no clue how to key in my coupon and the manager, instead of saying "sorry we don't take the coupon" makes a mockery out of me. Bad idea coming here. This review isn't about the food. The food is McDonalds quality, but it seems this location was missing quote a few items on their menu. The one start is for the service because I know it isn't to McDonald's nor should it be any well established restaurant's quality. I bought 2 McDouble bacon cheeseburgers, 2 cheeseburgers, a double fish filet, A quarter pounder, an artisan quarter pounder, and 20 piece Nuggets. When we got our food we sat down to eat, but we noticed that we didnt have our McNuggets. Thats okay, we had a big order, and everyone makes mistakes. TOTALLY understandable. What TICKED ME OFF was when i went back to the lady in the darker blue shirt to tell her i was missing my nuggets; she gave me this look of disbelief, then looked at the other guy in a dark blue shirt and glasses, then told me that it will be a few minutes since they needed to make a bit more. Again totally understandable. HOWEVER i stood at the counter waiting, to let you all know, i ordered a bit after 7:30pm, I didn't get my nuggets until around 8:20pm. AS I STOOD THERE, NOBODY GAVE ME MY DAMN CHICKEN NUGGETS. I didn't say anything because i overheard they needed to make 80 nuggets, again I understood. But if you (The guy in glasses) served my food, and the lady told you I was missing my nuggets. WHY DIDNT YOU JUST GIVE THEM TO ME? IT WASNT UNTIL I SAW THE GUY BRING A FOR HERE ORDER TO THEIR TABLE, AND THEY ORDERED SOME CHICKEN NUGGETS. BAD, BAD SERVICE. We went through the drive-thru at around 2:30 to pick up some coffee for my mom. The line moved very slowly. It took about six minutes to get through it and there weren't even hat many cars in line (maybe four waiting to pay/pick up). The employees were very friendly but the wait was a bit ridiculous. On the morning of January 30th (around 7 AM), we stopped to this McDonald's for breakfast and a quick restroom break. Bathroom was clean, and service was quick. While waiting to order, this clearly grumpy older man went to the counter and in a raised tone said he ordered a sausage McMuffin but received an egg McMuffin. It was obvious that there was miscommunication, but the way this customer engaged with the employee was unacceptable and disrespectful. He used unacceptable language with the employee, who was clearly much younger than him, solely based on the fact that there was a minor miscommunication. He said he was the customer, and therefore was right. At this point I spoke up, and said he wasn't right and shouldn't be mean to the employee. Then he cussed me out. This is simply a reminder to be kind, and the end of the day, it's McDonald's. We can all be adults and communicate, and have mutual respect. We are getting out of the norm that the customer is always right, because they're not, and frankly being a customer doesn't mean you can be rude. read more

It was completely dark. We had to use the phone map app to find the place. We thought that was weird and drove up even though the lights are off outside. The people working the night shift are very rude. Not only did they forget my spoon for ice cream which I asked for, but they forgot all the sauces for my chicken nuggets, and would not let me into the store to ask for more because it suddenly became after hours. December 8, 2020 If I could I would give this location no stars. My family and I went through the drive through. There was no one in front of us or behind us. We were just trying to decide what we wanted. It's been awhile since I've ordered from McDonalds so I couldn't really remember if there was other burritos on their menu. I saw one but wasn't sure if I missed any other ones on the menu when I was looking so I asked the associate what the difference is between a breakfast and a sausage burrito. The person we were talking to was not nice and had a rude tone to their voice telling me that they only had one burrito so I said I'll take that. Then they asked if that was all. We said sweet tea and then the lady we were talking to told us to pull up to the window but we wanted to add coffee. So we stayed at the intercom for at least another minute or so trying to tell them we wanted to add coffee. But no one went back on so we said we'll just ask them to add it at the window. My dad asked and the lady seemed like she was a manager but the way she talked to my dad was so rude. All my dad asked was if we could add coffee to our order since we didn't get any confirmation when we ordered it through the intercom and didn't see it on the list either before going to the window. All she had to say is "oh would you like to add another coffee to the one you already placed earlier?" Or, "did you want 2 coffee instead of 1?" Instead of treating my dad like he doesn't know what he's ordering. Anyway we paid for the food but the lady did not even ask if we needed any cream or sugar for the coffee and there were non in the bag they gave us either. She literally just handed the food out and slid the window closed. No thank you, no have a nice day, no nothing. They were rude even in that short amount of time that we were there.
