Used to eat here a long time ago, but had to put them on the no fly list cause they kept getting orders wrong. Thought I'd give them another chance today cause my daughter suggested it. Thought they might have fixed the problem. But no! Went through drive thru. What a train wreck! Cars stacked up everywhere after the drive thru waiting for their orders. Employees running around in a panic (seriously) trying to find which order goes where. My order visited 3 other cars before I got it. AND THEY GOT MY ORDER WRONG AGAIN!!! They forgot my daughter's entree. We had to flag down the poor girl who was desparetly trying to match orders with cars. She said, "okay, I'll bring it right out." Nope. We saw her continuing to literally run around to match up other people's orders. She forgot about us. I don't fault her. She was beyond stressed. We never got the rest of the order. This store is so badly managed and the extra drive thru business during the pandemic didn't force them to fix what was broken. They are apparently happy running a broken business. UNLESS YOU ENJOY DISAPPOINTMENT, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!! McDonalds used to be the fast food industry standard of excellence. But these days, they have fallen so far from being the standard. We should have gone to Chick-fil-A. They are the new industry standard. Lesson learned! read more

i'm fine with Mcdonalds. solid fast food (at whatever standard "fast food" can be set at) meaning it's decent, affordable and their process is definitely one that grows over the years as far as production; order taking, money received, food production and delivery. they are definitely one of the harder worker companies that strive for efficiency and consistency. however, this is always very faulty when it comes to individual humans. i suppose it's a good thing that customer service isn't automated or robotic but sometimes when you deal with people that just don't get it, it can be much worse. i go in, i order a number 1. right away the girl is says "now did you want the combo?" i go "yes the number 1 combo." correct me if i'm wrong but are there individual items that are numbered? or is it JUST the combos? i get it, sometimes people just want the burger from the combos ok... i'll give you that. next up she asks me what i'd like to drink with it, i say a large coffee. "ok", i also say "could i also get two sausage mcmuffins too please" she goes "did you want that in the combo?" i specifically said it like that, i didn't say a number or "combo" anywhere in that. i go "no, just the two sausage mcmuffins by themselves, please" she goes "ok." she rings me up and then hands me a large cup for soda, i tell her "oh i ordered a large coffee" she goes "oh i'm sorry, force of habit." while she's grabbing the large cup back someone behind her comes up and hands me my food to go. this is awesome. BUT then i'm waiting for my large coffee. at this time she's turned around and i'm assuming she's getting the coffee cause i see that she's making a new batch of coffee, even though i do see one container full and another one empty but who knows, that could be decaf. i take a few steps back cause another customer comes up, gets a small coffee but i don't pay too much attention cause i'm just standing there waiting, i'm paying attention to the news but even so i'm clearly waiting for something. not sure if the other guy got his coffee or not. i'm still waiting. another customer goes up orders, gets his food really quick as i did and i notice that he got a small coffee. i go back up and ask the same girl, "could i get my large coffee?" she goes "oh yea sure did you order anything else?" i have my bag of food in my hands that was handed to me right infront of her and i'm literally lookin at her like "WTF??!!?" i literally just ordered with her 5 minutes ago, less than that, and i know this because i was running late as it was. i understand things like this happen but this is not the first time this has happened. i swear it's almost every time with this girl. it's some stupid questioning from her and things like her completely forgetting who the hell i am or what i ordered literally by just turning around. this girl just doesn't get it. read more

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. This place is a scam and disgrace. They have the cookie tote (13 cookies) advertised on their menu for 3.99 however, when they rung me up (6/20/2020) the charge was 4.99. When I told the person (a young man) at the second window the price was incorrect or at the very least, advertised wrong they got defensive and a second man stepped in and said the price is 4.99. When I told them the menu reflect 3.99 they said "do you really want your couple cents back?" When I reminded them in was $1, they laughed and said "WOW, we will give you the $1 back this time but for future reference, we won't". When I told them to change the price on the menu if the total was wrong they rolled their eyes and tossed out a bag with 4 quarters and told me to pull to the parking spot to "wait for my cookies". This place is an absolute disgust and a disgrace to the brand. I hope the owner finds this and reprimands their pathetic workers. read more

I asked multiple times to only have ketchup on my burger, and still didn't get that. Then she made it seem like it was my fault and made me wait 10 min longer then I already had waited. She doesn't listen very well and talks to fast all she wants is to get it out as fast as she can, very sloppy and unsatisfactory. I was just directed to wait in parking space number two for an order for a quarter pounder and fries. 20 minutes later I see an employee talking to the guy in space number 1 just chit chatting. They already gave him his food. I ask the guy what the hell is taking so long I've never waited this long for a fast food burger ANYWHERE for this long. He's says he'll check. 5 minutes later he comes back chit chatting with his buddy who is still parked in space one. I get out of the car and he says I'm off duty but they messed up and it will be out in a little bit. After 5 more minutes I had to go inside and found out what the he'll could take THAT along to make a hamburger. That was BY FAR the most RIDICULOUS service I have EVER HAD. It takes a lot to get me to pop. But I popped. Never. EVER again at ANY McDonalds. read more

I've had 2 occurrences here at this McDonald's that definitely need to be mentioned, so others can be wary of what can happen to them. I had one occurrence way back in October, I believe, and it'll crack you guys up. I owed like $8.15 to the cashier. This was a tall, slender male. I told him "Here's 15 cents, and here's $20." I shouldn't have gotten any change, but I did. I got a big ol' wad of change. I looked on the receipt he gave me to make sure I got the total in my head right, which I did. He opened the window and asked if there was a problem. I asked if the total was $8.15 and that's what I owed. He confirmed. I said "Well, I shouldn't have been given change. I gave you 15 cents before the I gave you the $20 and I told you." He argued with me saying that I didn't, when it was the vert first thing I gave him. We argued back and forth until he gave up and gave me the dollar bills, plus the change I was holding. I told him I didn't want the change and that's why I gave him 15 cents. I gave it back and drove off. Nightmare. Next occurrence I want to talk about is today and with the same employee I had during another situation that occurred, that didn't have much importance to it. I ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and my dad ordered a quarter pounder meal. Everything worked out until we came up to the food window and the girl told us to pull up to the #1 spot. We pulled up and this female (Indian) came up and she was super quiet. You can barely understand her. (I've had another occurrence with her before and you never really can understand her.) We asked her to repeat what she said 3 times because it was that hard. She was asking what we were waiting for, which she should've known or have been told. We told her the order I listed about. She opened the one bag to look inside, said "Okay" and handed it to us and walked off. We open the bag and it was just the one quarter pounder. No nuggets, fries, or anything. My dad went inside and told the male cashier the issue. He was in another dimension or something because he didn't say anything to my dad. He was just out of it. We got an extra BigMac with our meal, which could've been someone else's. We found out when we got home and decided to split it. To be honest, it tasted awful. The nuggets were good though. Manager needs to teach her employees how to speak up a little more and be more organized. I've worked in a food industry restaurant (fast paced too) and I was able to get orders right. Manager needs to train the employees a little better or just have the female on the line for preparing food and not running out the food to people waiting. I've never had her bring out an order that was correct. Management and organization needs a lot of work done. read more

Beware of misleading price board at this location. Price have increased but they have not updated their higher prices on their menu boards. The nice clerk wasn't even aware of this and had to ask the manager when questions about discrepancies in charges. If you're going to charge more than posted prices, at least inform the consumers! On the up side, if you are a senior you can get discounted drinks & regular coffee. read more

This is a McDonald's inside of a gas station. It is huge for being a co-brand. They even have a Playland inside and plenty of room for seating. My southwest salad was very fresh and chicken was hot and I had great service!!!!! read more

Came by to grab breakfast before class, ordered a bacon egg n cheese biscuit and hashbrown and it was hands down the best I everhad . Biscuit was freshly made bacon was perfectly cooked and had the right amount. Cheese's was at the right temperature and not completely melted and hash brown was not greasy. The McDonalds on Willow and Nees is absolutely wonderful. I go in to that McDonalds every Friday for breakfast. Every time that I am in there the staff is very friendly. I get a Cinniamelt and unsweetened ice tea. The tea is always there, unlike other McDonalds, who don't always have the tea ready for their customers. Their service is always fast and accurate. Their service is so fast that I don't even have enough time to fill my drink up. Also unlike the McDonalds on Ashlan and Clovis Ave, they fill the fries up to the top. This McDonalds is also great for the whole family because they can hold birthday parties and it is one of the few McDonalds that still has their jungle gym for kids. read more

This is the second time I've added and paid for extra bacon on my cheeseburger, opened the burger labeled add 2h bacon, yet no bacon! Even asked the employee if the bacon was added and he said yes. So I don't really do reviews because I don't but this time I had to because a few things set me off . So i come here every Saturday after my kids practice and let me tell u . The service was good from ordering the Girl was real friendly . I go to the restrooms and it absolute disgusting! The urinal had pee all around it and on the floor . Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks (hope you guys have heard of pumice , CLR and rubber gloves ! ) at least try to have someone look at it every 30-45 min . so I order and go hang out at the play place with all my kid so we can wait to get our food brought to us because I was givin a tag and was told that my food was going to be brought to us . I heard the guy calling my order like 5 times within a 7 minute time frame giving them the benefit of the doubt (you guys were not busy by the way . ) so tell me what is the point of the place card that I was giving if I had to walk over and get my own food . read more

Went there last night 11/13 to drive through for a couple cheese burgers and fries. Car in front of me took 15 minutes at the food pickup window. This is the second window after the first pay window. Food was handed into and out of the car and money and receipts were exchanged twice while I waited behind. When I finally got my food it was ice cold I told them I wanted fresh. Instead of fresh they put my bag of food in the microwave. Fries and buns were all soggy and greasy. Worst McDonalds I have ever experienced. read more
