I placed the order in advance on the app to pick up at curb side. I ordered the shamrock shake and a Big Mac which is a popular item on their menu. Outside was clean and so I was clean as well. The only issue is I was literally waiting for over 25 minutes for a shake and a Big Mac. Then I asked an employee for assistance while they was outside taking out the trash I said can you let someone know that weird people are out here waiting on their orders nobody came out. I am giving them 5 stars just because they didn't served old coffee. They freshly brewed for me. And it was very good. I needed a wake me up and they made happened. This McDonalds sucks. I always order ahead on the app, but the food is never ready. They always have me pull through the line and wait at curbside pickup around the corner. Meanwhile, people who did not order ahead leave with their food. 1, 2, 5, 10 cars leave with their food while I'm still waiting. Half the time the order is wrong and I have to park my car and walk back in and wait AGAIN. I love this place because it has a play area for the kids! It's a great place for parents to hang out and eat while kids get run around. For that reason I always support restaurants like this. You can download the app on your phone and have your order delivered to your table. Usually there is a deal worth cashing on in as well. The restaurant is not always very clean and it bothers me so much to watch them clean the tables with wet rags. The workers are like robots lol they literally have zero people skills. The orders come without napkins and they don't have any out for customers to get without standing at the counter. I know they want to automate everything but they have to improve the ability for the customer to get the things they need without asking if that's the case. All that being said you'll still find it's worth the visit as a tired parent. read more

I only go here because it's close to work, other than that I wouldn't. It's such a hit or a miss here, sometimes the employees are hella rude. I went one time and used a deal and the employee argued with me about the coupon that said get the Big Mac meal for $7 but no she argued and said it's buy one get one free. I was irritated with them and I even showed my phone to her so she can see what it said. The manager wouldn't even make it right. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes prior to heading over to this McDonald's. I get there, go through the drive-thru, customer service worker indicates that they don't start making the food until the person is there. So I asked what's the point of ordering on the mobile app if you guys don't make it till I'm here and then I had to park to wait for my food another 20 minutes. He had no answer. So while I'm in the drive-thru asking the guy, can you make sure you put strawberry jam in the bag "sure I got you" so I'm parked and another employee brings it out. I'm like is there strawberry jam in there? The employee says "I don't know I didn't pack it". I'll be damned if there was no strawberry jam so I walked my fat ass into the restaurant to get the strawberry jam. The whole point is I ordered online and went to the drive-thru because I didn't want to go in and I still had to go in plus when I went in, there's four people waiting for their food. Me and my wife were craving some Mickey D's one day and decided to stop in for a quick bite. I ordered the nuggets and fries and my wife ordered a big mac. When ordering I asked if the fries were fresh or if they had been sitting out. The employee said he would make fresh ones! He did not disappoint. The fries were hot & salty. My husband came here on Saturday and it was a madhouse. The drive through is currently undergoing construction, so the only option is to go in to order. Kid you not, every single person had a complaint about their order. I got my usual - 2 egg mcmuffins - and went home. Came home and found that my order was wrong - both my Egg McMuffins had no hams. So I called, and they manager was extremely apologetic, and asked me to return the next day (as they were no longer serving breakfast) to make things right. Usually never care enough to write a review but oh man this place gave me the energy to write my first yelp review. Can't even count on my fingers how many times this place messes up my order. This time they forgot two large fries with my order, awesome. Last time they forgot a Fanta freeze i ordered. I once ordered spicy nuggets that they swapped out with regular nuggets without saying anything, I'm not sure if the worker taking drive-thru orders isn't hearing me correctly or if I straight up just have dementia and forget what i order. One time they double charged me because the app decided to bug out and place 2 of the same order, literally showed the manager both charges on my account and she goes "one's a temporary pending charge it'll go away" okay then, an hour later the charge goes through for the full amount. 10+ minutes are the norm for curbside orders.
