Made a simple order (Big Mac and 2 happy meals) on the app, pulled into a curbside pickup parking space. The app said my food would be right out, "usually under 5 minutes"! The play structure area is always disgusting. No matter what time of the day we come its literally always filthy. They never have wipes for the play structure and it appears to never be cleaned. The floors are absolutely filthy always. I always bring wipes to clean off our table. It's such a disappointment because they have the best play structure here. I've never seen anybody cleaning and we come often for the play structure. read more

Absolute worst service. Waited over 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally received it, the food was cold and undercooked. Priority in service was only give to drive thru and NOT in-store customers. The employees did NOT have initiative and didn't even care about customer satisfaction. They were in the back chatting and didn't even acknowledge me when I asked about my order. I won't be visiting this location anytime soon. There needs to be a change in management and employees need to be retrained in providing good customer service. read more

False advertisement. Came to buy happy meal Halloween buckets. I was told by the drive-thru employee that the store didn't get Halloween buckets with their delivery, so they won't be able to complete the order. Despite not having the Halloween buckets, I went ahead and placed an order. I received my Big Macs, and the patties were charred like when a griddle isn't cleaned well, it'll leave parts of the meat burnt. I went inside and spoke to the manager. I showed the manager the burnt patties. She belittled and lied to me and said that it was onions. I told her that if it was onions, it was still unacceptable because it's burnt. Secondly, the burger was supposed to be made without onions, and I showed her the label on the box. Her negative demeanor made it clear that she didn't  want to correct the issue, which was burnt hamburger patties, but instead lied to my face that it was onions. (Note: Onions that go in the Big Mac are supposed to be dice and uncooked). Because she originally said to me the charred items on the patties were onions, she asked the staff to remake a new Big Mac. When I received the new Big Mac, the patties were still burnt like before. I went back and addressed the issue to the same manager. She said that it was made with no onions. I took a picture for my record, and I showed her the charred patties again. She claimed not to see what I was talking about. I questioned her if all the hamburger patties were burnt and if the employees were cleaning the grills. She asked her staff to see the hamburger patties and asked the crew to make me another Big Mac. This time, she wanted me to inspect the Big Mac in front of her, which I did. The patties still had burnt particles on it. On one of the patties, a section was peeled  off. I showed her patties are still burnt. She said that they were new patties. It had been about 30 minutes since I placed the order, so I took the burnt hamburger and left. I'm disappointed that the location didn't have the Halloween bucket, but I'm more disappointed in the staff at this location for poor food preparation and bad customer service. This location deserves zero stars. read more

If I could give zero stars I so would!! My kids and I ran up to McDonald's for a fun treat during covid 19 and we decided a cookie or sundae sounded good.. well they are only serving McFlurries here. So we got 3 mini ones . I get to the window everyone is wearing their except the one girl making our McFlurry!!! She is talking with coworkers and has her mask on the bottom of her chin( already regretting our decision to come here at this point) . Then I am told to drive around to pick up the order ..5 minutes later a lady comes out and none of the McFlurries were mixed!! What the heck did I just wait for and pay for!!! read more

The manager Trisha or Trina couldnt hear exact name was extremely odd putting. I found her behavior towards her employees to be appalling and found myself offended. She was screaming at them from behind the counter and treating them more like cattle than people. It was unpleasant and actually ruined my meal and makes me not want to go back to this location. You could see the dread on the staff. Also it was slow and I blame it on her mismanagement of the order queue. My food was cold when it came out. It wasnt super busy either. I pity the employees and hope you find someone to teach her leadership and make them motivated to work for their leader. I wish I could give zero stars - always takes forever and usually the order is wrong even after they make you pull around and wait. Today took the cake - mobile ordered and it took over 45 minutes for 3 happy meals and a combo. Asked the employee when she was taking food to another car if she knew how long it would be and she just responded with "it's still not ready". I couldn't go inside because I had 3 small kids in the car and we finally had to just leave. Kids were crying and now I'm out the money I paid for the meal. It's 4am you're on your way to work you need a coffee and a pain inducing sandwich...well this is where you go. I amazingly enough ordered 3 items. Medium coffee I said...Sausage egg and cheese biscuit I said...hash brown was mentioned. Horrible customer service and they always seem to get our order wrong. Always make sure to ask for fresh fries and make sure you have all your items before driving off. This place also feels dirty inside. We have been to many different locations and don't think these problems are with McDonalds as a whole. This place has gone down hill for years! We were hoping new ownership would improve service and quality...Didn't happen. The location of this McDonalds is in the heart of Buchanan Estates and some of the nicest homes in Clovis...They need to get their act together! We have been there several times recently to get milkshakes and EVERY TIME the machine isn't working!! But the worst part is when it is working the vanilla mix tastes like solid syrup and has a hazzlenut aftertaste - GROSS!! We don't eat the food there having learned the hard way a couple of times! The fries are stale and the fish filets taste freezer burned not to mention the wait times. I am hoping upper management listens and takes immediate action to improve the quality of the milkshakes/food and get a new soft serve machine!...for now Sonic has our business. read more

I try to avoid posting negative reviews, but this one is unavoidable. Order 2 Big Mac's and 2 medium fries. Fries were half full and the Big Mac was so sloppy. Sauce was thrown onto one side and there was more on the container then the burger. I would even understand if it was busy. I was there around 5:10 pm and only 1 car ahead of me. Went to McDonald's early this morning after having blood drawn. Went in to see the "new" remodel, ...order stations on both sides of the hallway size lobby. People everywhere and no organization.... Went to the only "service" register. And observed 3 clerks doing nothing...finally asked if I ordered at the kiosk.I stated "No I want to order here"...kid says "we only take ordered at the self service but they take cash"! I stated I didn't want to use the self service... and he again says "we only take orders there"...I turn to leave but after listening to the manager yelling at the crew to tuck in shirts (actually saw a clerk tuck in their shirt...gross!!!) and "look sharp" because supervision was visiting today I decided to tell the obnoxious kid to get the manager. He tells her some guy is complaining (me!) and wants to pay up front...she yells (never saw manager, only heard her booming voice) to take my order.
