This McDonald's location has the worst late night employees it is Thursday October 23rd and I can see multiple employees inside the building. They let about half a dozen cars sit on both sides of the drive through from 10 pm just before close at 11 pm (when they stop taking orders) without acknowledging them or answering anyone at the speakers. This is the only place open for late night food and if you work late hours and need some dinner you are out of luck here. This place needs better late night employees. Little love for the average McDonalds these days, including the 1.7 average for this one! In most cases, I agree, but the morning crew at the Eastgate McDonalds deserves a break. I use the drive through here several mornings weekly, and they run the thing like a well-oiled machine. I fly through, usually getting my food in less than a minute. Drive through is too long to wait for for FAST food. We've been waiting for 30 minutes and have barely moved from the speaker. When we finally get our food it is cold and our drinks took forever to get out the window. There are 3 icee drinks, a frappe, and 2 other sodas that have been sitting there since before we got to the window, but no sweet tea or coke. Then when my boyfriend mentions he didn't get his drink the lady rolled her eyes before slowly making the drink, but she starts making the other drinks instead. She also kept touching her face and scratching her eye. So now we've wasted 30 minutes, have cold food, no coke, and bags and cups covered in face oils. read more

No this business is so gross and dirty in here it had taken the girl 5 minutes to get my sauce right and there are bugs everywhere they are out of all the desserts here to and our meal is cold and didn't get the apple pie still bugs everywhere we are laughing because of how bad the food and service is here after she "remade" the sandwich it came with that cheese on it and after that and when we tried to pull out of the parking lot there was cars In the drive thru and as soon as we got out a car sped passed us and we both feel like it throwing up they need to shut this one down. read more

This is a nice and modern McDonald's restaurant near the dead EastGate Mall. Like other McDonald's restaurants in Cincinnati, no all-day breakfast. This one has your typical McDonald's World Dryer SLIMdri hand dryers. They're ADA compliant with a nice look to them. Overall, one of the better McDonald's restaurants I've eaten from. read more

I Uber eats some food from these guys and when the driver got there they didn't even start the order and then try to deny me the 40 nuggets I bought! Awful. A 30 minute wait in the drive-thru at 1:00 on Sunday. When I finally received my food the french fries were luke-warm. I ordered a quarter-pounder with cheese and received a double quarter-pounder with cheese, (which is nice but not what I ordered). It was warm. They did not include a napkin. I've ordered food from this franchise with door dash and this franchise screwed up my ordder big time!! I've ordered 5 cheeseburgers plain and fish filet 3 drinks small size and mocha frappes.. Once my food was delivered, the cHeeseburgers had no meats fish filet had too much tarter sauce and bread was burnt. And the mocha frappes was missing. The dasher went back to correct that mistake. This McDonald`s totally sucks with their drive thru. Management was very rude and lied to me. 10 cars in drive thru and only taking one every 5 minutes. She stated I only have 3 people working and I counted at least 5 people in there. will never go back. Did I go to a completely different McDonald's??? My experience doesn't match the bad reviews one iota. It was almost midnight, with freezing rain and snow, the streets were littered with accidents, and the drive-through line was at least six cars deep. We waited anyway, because we had just finished 12 hours of airline travel. We were hungry enough to have fast food. From the time we entered the drive-thru line, to the time we received our food and got back on the freeway, was less than five minutes! The person delivering our bag through the food window was ready for us before we could even finish paying at the first window. Additionally, the food was HOT! The fries were FRESH out of the fryer! The order was accurate AND tasty! I've only seen a few McDonalds operate this efficiently, and most of them were in California. This place seems to have it down as well! I hope it wasn't just a one time fluke that we received this level of service, but it is certainly in stark contrast to the negative reviews I read for this location. Went to the store the other day with my coworker. She ordered no lettuce and I ordered no pickle extra onion. We got in her car and I thought to check my receipt. I noticed my order was not modified on the receipt. Her burger had lettuce and mine had pickle. We took our food back inside where a woman manger asked what the correct order should be and had it remade. My receipt was in that bag and so was my coworkers and it was NOT given back. When I got back to where I was eating I had NO onion, EXTRA PICKLE. I find pickle extremely disgusting so my meal was ruined. I'm VERY upset with my experience. Ordered online for a carryout Tuesday Sept 20. Order number 1644 if anyone cares. Got there at 1600 doors were closed and had to go through the drive thru. Finally got to the pick uo window at 1615 and the whole order was cold. I asked for hot fries at least and the guy hesitantly said yes and pull to the next window. Sat in drive through for 15 minutes and on getting to the ordering box, the outside one, since there are two, and waited and waited and waited.
