Not a bad location, food is McDonald's which my kids love but I hate. Place was packed on a Thursday at 7pm, we sat in play area where parents just let there kids do whatever they want with no supervision. Place is big inside and has a great ambiance really, classic McDonald's play area which brings me back to times when I was young. The staff here seems like they would be happier if they weren't here so that is kinda a bummer. read more

Ordered two kids meals and ADDED CHEESE. Double checked them in the car because it's happened here before where they don't see the ADD CHEESE on the sticker and of course they had no cheese. I had to park with my kids and get off to let them know. The burgers weren't wrapped well and I handed them to one of the workers. The worker grabbed them with the bread exposed and handed them back to the people making them. I got THE SAME BURGERS BACK THAT WERE TOUCHED BY THE WORKER!!!! With added cheese this time. While I was waiting for them to fix the burgers one of the ladies came to the counter with a plate of food and slammed it on the counter. They always have a bad attitude and literally look like they don't want to be there. They won't acknowledge you for minutes at a time either. It's just horrible. Avoid this McDonalds if you can I swear they'll have you waiting till you turn to dust. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Their food is never ever fresh; they let it sit there for hours. I asked for no salt on fries & I still got old salted fries. Food sucks. Don't eat at this location. read more

Worst McDolands ever. We waited 15 in drive through to order and they STILL said I'll be right with you. After the 20 min mark we said we are leaving. We still had to wait an extra 10 min to get out of the drive through. I worked farther food before we were told we had to get cars out of the driveway in less than a minute and 10 sec. I understand there are times when you need extra time but this was not one of those times. No wonder they have a low rating. They are aware of when it's their busiest time & they should have extra help! I don't understand why this place still gets customers. Never again, go to another one! read more

I have not been to McDonald's in about two years. I was in the area of this one and walked in to get what I thought was going to be a quick lunch. 25 minutes after I ordered, I finally got my fillet of fish, fries, and drink. Completely ridiculous. read more

Literally had the worst experience that you can have at a McDonald's and that says a lot, my daughter and I decided to go through the drive-through and she was using her app for some reason the McDonald's app was not working, but it did give her a number but it wouldn't pop up so when we got to The window, the gentleman asked for the number she tried to give it to him, but it wasn't working it wasn't showing on his end and she was like what do I do because it's already charged me and it took my points so he said let me see what I can do. He tried to do whatever he could on his side called over a manager and the manager basically told my daughter oh well You lost that you're just gonna have to do it again and she said I'm doing it right here in front of you you see what I'm doing and it's not working you can override it. You're in a manager and she said I'm not gonna do that. You're just trying to cheat the system and was so rude. I wish I would've gotten her name she wouldn't give it to us. The gentleman was trying to tell us and it just wasn't getting through, she finally fixed it and said she was never going to do that again. Do not be taken advantage. I don't know what this lady's problem was. We went ahead and paid Food and I would never go back to this place again. Management needs to fix this. I cannot believe that she was acting this way. This was not our fault. This was an error on the app through McDonald's and she was so rude and condescending. It was awful. The gentleman that was helping us out the window was very apologetic and very sweet. I can tell he hast to deal with a lot with this woman being his manager. read more

Consistent on messing up orders or forgetting you entirely. We ordered 10 nuggets, large fries and 5 crispy strips. Waited at the the main window 4 minutes before being asked to pull around and park (aka the penalty box) because our order was not ready. 13 minutes later and zero cars in the drive-thru I decided to go inside. They forgot that we were out there. I don't go to McDonald's often, but when I visit this location more times than not, the order is messed up or incomplete. I am just one customer out of probably hundreds they serve each day and when my order is consistently missing items or messed up it says a lot about what's happening there. We often drive several miles farther to the McDonald's on Grand and Roswell. I have never had a problem there. read more

I feel bad for this place. It is our go to place for some McDonald's but service here is really gone down. They did a great renovation with a new play place for the kids, it looks modern and clean, but they are so slow when it comes to the food. They always say they are short staffed and even thou you Mobil order it's so slow. Plus there is usually no one at the front desk to take orders they are all running around like chickens in the back. Feel bad for people that don't Mobil order I watched for over 10min as a man stood there waiting to even give his order Just warning make sure you got time to spare and Mobil order! read more

Horrible service! I placed a mobile order which went through and we waited at the menu speaker for 10mins and saw cars driving up and got no response. we drove up to the window and the filipino lady with short hair kept saying we're closed and that if the light is off, that means they're closed as i was trying to show her we had a mobile order and walked away. I'm reporting to corporate. This management needs to be fired as they simply don't care and left mobile orders open to scam people. There were more cars waiting as we left. putang ina mo. The drive thru here is always screwing up orders. Last week i ordered chicken nuggets to get home and find it was missing the sauce. Today I ordered the Mc Donald Land meal at the drive thru and it did not have the collectible tin, had to park and go in. When I go in they tell me they don't have the collectible tins for the Mc Donald land meal!. I asked why I was not told that when I ordered it??? Why is it on your order screen if you don't have them? Ask to speak to the manager and the fella said he was, I am pretty sure the lady wearing the only red shirt was the manager. This place has been terrible for years and comes across as a disorganized mess when you deal with them. read more

Speaker system sucks for the drive through. The service is also horrible and they were out of the item I was going to get. The snack wrap is an item that was brought back and highly anticipated so this shouldn't really be an issue. I was also not asked what sauces I wanted with my order. Seeing as there are many poor reviews of the same thing, seems like management doesn't really care about correcting these issues. Would skip this location. read more

Not sure why most of the McDonalds around here have scores so low. I've been inside pre-pandemic and its a small location. They have a small kids play area which is appreciated considering the size of the location. During the pandemic I have done drive thru pretty often since my son loves the happy meal. They have a ton of employees because I literally rarely see people more than twice here and there given I go at similar hours. Some are friendly, some are not as friendly, but who really cares. Anyways, they always get the order right and keep the line moving at a reasonable pace. Fries are always pretty good- not too old or cold. read more
