This is the worst Taco Bell ever. My last 3 orders have been absolutely terrible. A week ago I ordered a been and cheese burrito extra cheese and a nacho bell grande. The burrito had next to no cheese and the nachos had no meet and soggy chips. It was disgusting. This weekend I ordered the same thing in the drive thru and the same result. I asked for 10 hot sauces and they gave me 1. Today I was working from home and ordered the same through DoorDash. The Burrito had no cheese, nacho chips were stale. I asked for 15 hot sauces and got ZERO. I went to the store and complained to Omar ( the manager) who said " sorry things happen ". My last time going there. I hope they close down like the Carls Jr next to them because the food is horrible and the service is horrible. read more

All of my local Taco Bells are hit and miss, which is unfortunate because this is my favorite fast food. This location is decent. They've gotten my order wrong many times. It's especially frustrating when it's meat on a vegetarian Mexican pizza, which has happened enough times that I ask and check before I pull away now. Nothing worse than throwing away an expensive item you can't eat. But despite that the staff is usually friendly and the food tastes good so I overlook occasional mistakes. However, today was especially annoying so I'm posting this as a "warning" to others. I don't know if the staff messed up or the food has changed, but my regular cheese quesadilla was smaller than normal. Three of the four pieces were the size of sauce packets! See pics. For $5 I expect a real quesadilla, not snack size. If they were out of tortillas (how?!) they should notify customers or provide the larger option, not the smaller one for the same high price. read more

i payed extra for steak and got ground beef for both. They asked me if i wanted mild or hot sauce and I asked for fire but came back home to nothing. I swear, I should treat all fast workers equally and check my bags and open each wrappers individually because they are all incompetent. I used to come here before the pandemic 2020. They updated the store with the modern look. The dining area looks spacious and clean. In the past, I used to order Mexican pizza without the meat. When it came back after the lockdown for a limited time, it was sold out everywhere. Then I was able to try it once it came back on the regular menu. It tastes good but not the same. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme. It was meh. All the employees were super cool and friendly. Great service. read more

So my wife and decided to stop here for lunch yesterday, super easy to order on the kiosk, the place was clean including the bathrooms. The food arrived within 4 minutes. They were friendly, the order was correct, portion size was good . I'd say all in all we had a great lunch! read more

We actually drove out of our way to come to this Taco Bell because it was rated higher than others around where we were... The vibe was off from the start. It was quiet, no staff was around. We waited and waited. Then suddenly, a customer started pounding the counter and saying she'd been waiting for 20 minutes. I'm like, ok, let's go sit down. This may take awhile. Then the employees in the back started yelling at each other. One said they gave the other something, the other denied receiving whatever "it" was. At the time of this writing they're telling another customer that the deep friers are down. It's kind of uncomfortable and we haven't even gotten our food yet... EDIT1: Since we've been here, 2 customers have come back. 1 was missing parts of their order, 1 was asking when their food would be ready. Situation feels volatile. SO HOW WAS THE FOOD? Took time to figure out what belonged to whom. Nothing was labeled in any way. They forgot my drink. That was remedied quickly enough. The food was... really good! Did they actually customize my ingredients like I requested? Don't think so. Did they forget my sour cream? Pretty sure yes. But it was ok. So if you come, come prepared and manage your expectations. Whether you go drive -thru or mobile order it's a guarantee you will not be happy or even content with what you find in your bag. Looking at other reviews in here, I pretty much agree with them. I ordered two crunch taco supremes and a burrito supreme. They charged me 60 cents extra for the onions for the crunchy tacos. The other locations don't charge you for that. The burrito supreme looked more like a bargain burrito with barely any vegetables, but a lot of beans. The food I received for $11.76 was way overpriced for what I got. I won't be returning. Would give them a one star, but the attitude of the employees was friendly. read more

For a fast food establishment they are on top of my orders every time. That is very important when it comes to customer services. The place is somewhat dimly lighted and but the employees are very kind and polite. Have not had a negative experience yet. Let's keep it this way! I ordered a 5 layer Beef burrito, 3 tacos, and a crunch wrap! All got ordered correctly. We ordered 2 taco party packs that are now $22 each! I requested no lettuce on one of the party packs, but discovered they did not put lettuce on either pack!! The amount of meat and cheese was laughable and a total rip off!!! Definitely not worth $44 dollars for 24 empty tasteless shells. I also ordered 2 burritos supremes that were 80% full of beans. There was no lettuce, no sour cream and no onions and very little cheese. I guess this is a tactic used by management to increase profits. I will not be patronizing this location again!! I hate to write this review as I have been coming here for the past 8 years living in Chino Hills. Around 5:00 PM (11/15) I walked into the restaurant since it was raining as I did not want my car window down while ordering and picking up my through the drive-thru. There was only two of us inside and I stood at the front counter patiently waiting to place my order. Finally a lady came up and asked me if I was ready to order and I said I was. She then instructed me to go to the self serve kiosk. I asked her if I have to use the kiosk or can I order here and she said I had to use the kiosk. At that point I just said I will take my business else where and walked over to El Pollo Loco where they were more than happy to take my order. I am not sure what management is telling the employees to do in regards to those kiosks but sadly those kiosks are taking jobs away and I find that sad. read more

Excellent Service from this location!! I checked in yesterday for lunch through the Drive-Thru and the Order Taker was so cheerful, inviting, and communicated like a Professionally Courteous Badass ;0) The Gentleman was such a warmly attentive listener and even asked me to double check my order on the screen to make sure they heard me correctly!! I really appreciated how he took his time and didn't take shortcuts to make sure my order was accurate, and even asked me for the specific hot sauces I wanted ahead of time and packed all my favorites for me neatly with a cheerful and caring smile. The Wild Strawberry Freeze Lemonade is SO good too!! Definitely a must try. Chino Hills Taco Bell definitely follows through with the hype that choosing Taco Bell was our best decision of the day!! I had to email corporate multiple times due to this location being the worst in the area. To the point where I told corporate they need to shut down this location. Drive thu line is always a 20-30 minute wait and majority of the time they have the lobby closed. My cheesy Gordita crunch was literally a taco slapped inside the gordita tortilla. No sauce, no melted cheese, and on top of that my 5 layer burrito was 95% tortilla and 5% sour cream. Gave this location 1 last chance and they screwed that up. Please don't ever come here unless you want just tortillas or Baja blast. I'd love for the owner of this location to call me so they can be educated on how their employees are running this place to the ground. read more

The drive thru wait was very long so I walked inside. I did not wish to use the kiosk as I had a change in sauce and thus became complicated for the kiosk. The so called manager Beatrice refused to assist me with an in store order. She was rude and basically told the kid at the drive thru register not to take my order until all of the drive thru orders were done. I literally waited for 12 minutes just to put my order in. After waiting 20 minutes Edgar the store GM ultimately helped us. He refunded my purchase and apologized for Beatrice's poor customer service and lack of professionalism. She was literally smirking and grinning behind his back as he was speaking to me. Like a 8 year old getting in trouble with dad! I used to go here regularly as it is the closest to my house but on 3 occasions I've ordered tacos and got STALE taco shells not slightly stale but so stale they were literally hard to bite as it was like trying to eat cardboard.. I was on my way to work so I couldn't return the same day as I work 40 mins. Away so I called corporate and they refunded my order by sending gift cards and tried them again to use the cards and the tacos were OK and normal, Went back thinking it was a mistake and they should've fixed it... NOPE!! STALE again at this point I think I was lucky or they made sure to give fresh shells with the corporate cards as it is not a fluke that on separate occasions getting Stale shells. The Owner or Manager must be trying to save $$$ by selling everything past it's date or not to save a buck.. read more
