Been here couple times for lunch and to be honest, this is as good of a Taco Bell that you'll find. It's pretty secluded in a plaza full of other stations but they get the job done. I've never been inside so I can't speak for that experience, I've had no troubles with ordering on their app and picking up via drive thru. Wait times for me are always pretty quick and staff is friendly which is always a plus. Highly recommend getting their app and signing up for an account because you can get rewards pretty quickly if you're a frequent visitor. Love their value menu which is pretty cheap and fulfilling to a extent. My personal favorite is always their nacho grande and their Mexican Pizza. All under $10 each and basically a full meal. Recent favorites has to go to the crunchwrap supreme, full of flavor and easy to eat. Overall a good Taco Bell spot, friendly and quick staff, and decent fast food. They messed up me and my brothers order 3 times, which is crazy because I payed cash, he payed card, I payed at the kiosk he ordered on the tablet or whatever. We used different names for our orders. So the first mistake was giving my brother the wrong order and later I checked my tacos I asked for them plain and it WASNT plain? I HONESTLY love Taco Bell HANDS DOWN. I have been to Taco Bell before down in OC. I love their crunch wrap supreme the most. The wild strawberry was delicious, refreshing and fruity. I would give it a 5/5 since I love fruity freezes. The dragonfruit freeze was delicious, refreshing, and sour. I would give it a 4/5 since this was my first time trying this freeze and it's new. There is happy hour from 2pm-5pm only for $1 freezes or drinks. The $1 freezes you can only get a regular size with any freeze and $1 drink you can get a medium size. The service was fast & employee is nice and friendly. The store has their own drive thru and dine in to order your food and drinks. The store has a great atmosphere. There are lots of parking spaces. I've come to this location many times without problems, but recently the Mexican pizza and nachos have a very strange, bitter taste. I don't know if it's the shells or the refried beans causing this, but something about them tastes stale and rancid. I first noticed it with the Mexican pizza and thought it was the shells, so I stopped ordering that. Then on Tuesday I got a nachos Bel Grande and I had to throw it away because the it tasted so bad. I've bought them many times and never had this issue until now. This location is very convenient and the employees have always been polite to me, but if the food is inedible then I'll have to go somewhere else. read more

Lady was somewhat nice and patient to wait for our decision. My daughter wanted the Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco Box that's "on the menu", cashier said it's "discontinued"! So if it's discontinued, why are you leaving the item on the menu? And when we pulled up to pay and pick up food, it's taking a long time so the cashier asked us to pull to the front and she'll bring the food out. I don't get it. They get paid $20 an hour. I asked for sauces for my food and I was only given 1. They close at 2am on Monday june 3rd. I placed the order at 1. They had 30 to 45 to prep the food. A huge huge change at this location there's a young lady and I asked her for her name Jacqueline who's a shift leader went above me on that I couldn't even imagine. I've been asking for these caramel empanadas which I do recall they discontinued them but for some reason this location still had a few and this young lady decided to go above and beyond went into her freezer did all her checking and even recalled a night before doing inventory which I've never known a shift leader to do inventory usually a manager does but anyways she did that and had it made for me on top of gave me an extra little sweet empanada on the side for my patients which I'm going to say for a drive-through location let alone fast food this young lady with above and beyond and I hope this location really follows her type of lead because all the managers prior about 90% of them didn't have a genuine approach that she did and does and I hope everybody can follow her shoot I'd be her employee but I unfortunately had my own business so I can't work for her at the moment God bless you young lady thank you for going above and beyond truly and I hope this review shouts out really that this Taco Bell location is honored to have somebody like you and I hope you get all the praises See you next week hopefully you're there God bless read more

Just as all the other bad reviews say, service is horrendous, they do not honor the hours posted and/or there is always something "conveniently" wrong causing them to shut down for the day.(system shut down, internet is down etc.) As another reviewer stated, it just seems like a bunch of employees who are closing out of laziness because they can get away with it. Today marks the 3rd Wednesday evening in a row I've had issues with this location. I usually visit here every Wednesday night after church before my drive back up to Fresno but tonight was the LAST time I'm coming to this specific location. First time on 10/13 between 8:30pm-9pm their indoors were closed although the signage and hours say they are open and welcoming customers inside and I had to knock on the window as they messed up my meal through the drive through, although, the girl that did assist me was very polite. Second time - 10/20 also between 8:30-9pm, got to the drive thru for them to tell me their system was down and couldn't take orders. Third time - today on 10/27 at 8:45pm we are waiting at the speaker to order with no one answering us, and I suspect the same thing happened to the person in front of me as they ended up pulling forward to speak with someone at the window. Whomever was in front of me went back and forth with the employee for a few minutes before leaving. We get to the window to have the employee tell us "we had to close early tonight." Oh my, the manager needs to get fired. No service and very rude attitude. The only worker who is more attentive is the Asian guy and the rest of the workers need to be replaced too.
