Ordered their Double bacon cheese burger. For a price of $5.29 that isn't a bad price. The burger itself is not expensive unlike their competitor Carls Jr. Much more affordable. Their establishment was as clean as it can get and didn't see any issues with the food. It came out fast and didn't have to wait any longer than 60 seconds. The customer service was great. They were kind and friendly. This is exactly what I look for when it comes to the hospitality of an establishment. The burger was well cooked. This jack in the box is very good. I come here for the breakfast jack combo with coffee. The price is only $3.89 which is really inexpensive compared to most breakfast places. They also seem to be keeping very safe with masks and a low shielded-type window. I liked that a lot. The customer service is also good. They always ask if you want cream or sugars with you coffee. The egg sandwich is as good as can be expected, and the hash browns as well. I am a satisfied customer. The location is also ideal, right on the corner of Pipeline. read more

I've been coming to this Jack in the box for as long as I can remember. Grow up in Los Serranos and this was always our spot. Today I stopped to grab a chicken sandwich. Service was good through the drive through however when I opened my sandwich I discovered a hair. I turned around and parked, went inside and politely asked for another sandwich due to the hair. She apologized and said well I have a hair net. I didn't respond to her. It was no biggie to me, I know sometimes things happen but she continued to make comments like the cook has red hair and I have a hair net. Again I didn't respond. Came here on two separate occasions each time ordering 3 meals. Both times I asked for ranch and honey mustard. Maria Told me that I can only have two sauces per order. Not per meal but per ORDER! I ordered 3 meals. She ended up charging me per each sauce But never put the money in the register. The next day my supervisor went to order food at jacks for everyone, and for ALL of our food, she only gave him 2 ranch's total. Told him he had to pay for more for SEVERAL MEALS. Staff report that they are "short staffed" while still behind the registers and are refusing to fill any orders during business hours. And it seems like it has to do with the afternoon shift, because I come at all times of the day.
