I visited this Wendy's on May 31, 2026, at around 11:00 PM, and had one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. I was served a spicy chicken sandwich with raw chicken inside. After noticing it, I immediately returned to the drive-thru. Before I could even explain the situation, Felipe the employee, already seemed to know why I was there and immediately asked whether I wanted a replacement sandwich or a refund. That alone made me wonder if he was already aware of the issue. What made the situation even more frustrating was how it was handled. Felipe refused to give me the replacement sandwich unless I handed over the raw one first. When I decided I wanted a refund instead, he then asked for the replacement sandwich back and told me I would only receive a refund for that single item. Being served raw chicken is a serious food safety issue, and I expected much better customer service and concern for the situation. To make matters worse, I was instructed to pull forward after ordering. It felt like this was done simply to keep the drive-thru timing statistics looking better rather than actually improving customer service. Serving raw chicken is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. The lack of concern and poor handling of the situation afterward made the experience even worse. I wanted to leave a great review for the Wendy's on Pipeline in Chino, CA. The staff there are great, especially the manager. The food they prepare at that store is fresh and hot and the staff is so nice. Love this Wendy's. However, the Wendy's on Peyton is SHIT. I will never go to that store, which is closer to my house. I'll drive the extra mileage to the Wendy's on Pipeline. The Peyton store has horrible customer service and the food takes so much longer. The manager runs a shit show at Peyton location. read more

We asked if we can get a half and half of Peppermint and Chocolate Frosty, the staff said: sure. Here it is! So yummy and glad the staff attitude was always pleasant. We also ordered the Italian Mozzarella Cheeseburger, also extremely delicious. The bun was great too with herb spice. The mozzarella was so cheesy and stringy. Didn't seem happy to help customers or that they even had a job. Food was ready in 4 minutes. Hot and fresh. Apparently, prices have gone up and the size of sandwiches has gone down. What the heck! Date of visit: April 15, 2018 Seeing how I had bought the $2 Jr. Frosty tag last year allowing me to get free Jr. Frostys for all of 2018 with any purchase of at least a buck - and I hadn't tested it out yet - off to Wendy's for lunch with my lady. Both of us went with the 4 for $4 combos - I went with the Double Stack, she got the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, both with fries, a four-piece chicken nugget, and a regular drink, along with my Jr. Frosty (more on that a bit later). The food was just... alright, with the buns on our burgers being a bit cold; why doesn't Wendy's toast their buns?!? The chicken nuggets were decent, but the fries were just... eh. As many of the Yelp reviewers have noted, service here just plain SUCKS... not only did the staffer who brought out our order go to the wrong table (and they didn't even call out our order), I had to go to the counter twice afterwards. Once was to get the sauces for our nuggets, and the second time was to get the Jr. Frosty. Looks like some customer service and awareness training may be in order here... But, you're probably wondering why this review is a 2-star one (in this case, more like a 2.5), and not, say, a one or a zero? Well, the Jr. Frosty was really good (chocolate or nothing!), and this Wendy's has a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine that allows for near-infinite beverage combos, along with some of their own drink specialties (like a berry-flavored cream soda). So on those aspects, Wendy's is doing something right. While Wendy's is further down the list of places to head to for fast food, I'd only come back to get a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger or a Double Stack (along with my free Jr. Frosty). read more

I was came to this Wendy last Saturday 03/16/2024 because I thought it was convenient and that I didn't want McDonald because the kids always wanted to get the kids meal with the toys. First of all I order spicy chicken, and chicken nuggets, they made Dave single or something while I don't like eating the beef, I figured I didn't want to make it into any issue because I was in a rush and was hungry, my daughter wanted cheese so I order junior bacon cheeseburger with extra cheese on the side. After receiving the order there was include a piece of cheese on the side but not in the junior bacon, so I went to the counter to ask the server, he said there supposed to be another piece, so I was looking for it but didn't find it, so I went back to the server again I was like wasn't there suppose to have a piece of cheese inside the junior bacon, he said yes, but after I showed him the junior bacon there wasn't a piece of cheese, so he went back to the kitchen and was talking to another guy, they had an long conversation and told me I must return the junior bacon so they can make me a new one, who knows what they do behind the wall, I wasn't very pleased and was in a rush which I ask them for the refund, they told me we don't give out refund only can exchange, I was WHAT??? I want to talk to the manager, he said manager isn't here and if you wanted refund you need to contact with the main headquarter, for five dollars I have to call the headquarter this must be a joke, what a waste of time so I was fine give me some kind of proof so I can call your headquarter, while they were trying to contact the manager and had very long conversation, finally he came back and said we will refund you in cash, they screw up someone's order while I was standing there, honestly speaking there is like no one there, how can they screw orders, don't they double check before hand it to the customer?? this will be the last time going to this place. No wonder it wasn't busy with 2 stars, who even own this restaurant should open their eyes and see what is going on and see how their customer are being treated. At the time I was there, pretty much no one was there. Feels like their staff were undertrained with no customer service. We don't give out refund, for refund you need to contact with our headquarter and if this is Wendy's policy I will no longer support this food chain, I will take my money elsewhere as I never had this issue with other restaurants before. The bathrooms looked disturbingly destroyed, they seemed like they haven't been cleaned since the kardashion show started. She said do you just want what it anyway it the same, if it is the same why does it cost more, well....the patties are bigger. I said no.
