Our only complaint was that the music in the patio area, where we were seated, was a bit too loud. We had to ask twice for the volume to be lowered so we could comfortably hear each other during conversation. Once it was turned down, the atmosphere was much more enjoyable. Everyone in our group enjoyed their food, and the entire experience was fantastic. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be stopping by!

AVOID THIS LOCATION! We stopped by this location because my parents wanted an americano from McDonald's. After my parents tasted the coffee, they told me that the coffee tasted like trash and there were things inside it making it too bitter too drink (to the point of gagging). So, I tried it also and it tasted horrible, it tasted like they got the used up espresso beans and put it in the drink after it's been in the trash. So, we went back to the location and asked to speak with the manager. This manager was WOW.... I've never seen a manager this unprofessional and this rude to a customer. I let her know that my parents couldn't drink the coffee because there were things inside the coffee (while showing her the cup) and that it was too bitter while tasting like trash. She insisted that this was the americano and we told her that this wasn't the americano we asked for (we're regulars). They proceeded to give me our refund and while they were doing that, all I could hear from the workers were "doesn't look like there's anything in the coffee" or "looks fine to me" and I told them, if it looks fine, you should taste the coffee you made. We're the ones who tasted it, not you. Keep in mind that the manager still hasn't apologized at this point and just blamed us. So when they gave us the refund, we asked if she was going to apologize and she said "you got the refund right" and I told her yes, and she said "ok, bye" in the most condescending way. All I can say is, I really don't know how McDonald's can choose a manager like this.. We were so shocked to see someone so rude in this position. We used to come here a lot but this will be the last time. Never in my life have I been so belittled especially as a customer trying to enjoy the manager's restaurant. Does not make sense to me. I am a frequent patron of this particular McDonalds establishment and have been for several years now. This McDonalds offers a lobby that remains open for customers 24 hours a day. I tend to find myself awake and craving caramel sundaes fairly often so the perk of relaxing in the lobby while I enjoy my ice cream as appose to my car or my room is rather awesome. An ice cream, I imagine will melt by the time I make it home. My gripe with this location is the customer service. I am regularly treated poorly. As if the employees are peeved by my presence. It's fair to assume some sketchy people come by in the wee hours of the morning. I've seen people using a booth as a bed among other things. But to be treated as if I'm associated with these people, like a degenrate, is not fair! I am met with short, snarky answers as if I'm causing these McDonalds employees some kind of inconvenience. It's unacceptable. It has been verbally requested of me to leave while sitting quietly in the corner reading a book. The lobby is completely empty and I'm told to leave. I am nothing but friendly with these people and I'm treated like this. Am I expecting too much from the people working at McDonalds? Probably. read more

Like I know it's a McDonald's but Jesus fucking Christ dude this is an anomaly... like how the fuck can these employees fuck up so many times and the food taste like it's been sitting out since yesterday and then popped in the microwave. The bathroom,s mirror has more glaze then a Krispy Kreme doughnut and hasn't been cleaned in days.. with the little chino hills so called "gangster" kids writing in the mirrors and a shit load of crackheads walking in and out of the bathroom all day. Megan is truly McDonald's golden star. She was a chef sent from Food Network. In my opinion, this Mcdonald's is truly a 5-star restaurant from me! Megan, she is such a doll. She was on the grill, other known as the kitchen. When I received the juicy big mac, I asked how can someone make it so perfect. Megan came from the grill wearing a chef's hat, chanting her glory. She had made the big mac I ordered so perfectly, I thought Gordon Ramsey had made it. The lettuce was so juicy and wrapped around the burger, the authentic cheese was melted to perfection, the meat was cooked ideally, I was just speechless. Gordon Ramesy? Never heard of him! Wow, what a morning! Some may say that I woke up on the wrong side of the bed. The girl taking my order, Jacqueline I presume was truly energetic. I asked for a large iced caramel coffee to get me through the day. It was 7 in the morning and I had a long day ahead of me. Jacqueline had told me that we ran out of coffee, how could that be? Yet rather than letting me leave with disappointment, she went to the nearest Walmart, bought coffee beans, and crushed each bean individually for the smoothest coffee taste. All I can say is WOW! Kimberly is a fast food god sent from heaven! She was on top of everything. I wanted apple slices for my happy meal, but McDonald's had said they ran out. Rather than letting me leave with disappointment, Kimberly ran all the way to the next apple farm, picked four freshly grown apples, and cut them into thin slices for my toddler. I am beyond thankful for her! She helped save me from a toddler temper tantrum especially since my daughter is in her terrible twos! Thank you Kimberly for all your service to the fast food industry!
