I would give this McDonald's less than a one star if I could. I made a mobile order from the app and it took him 20 minutes to get it to me after I checked in. I watched over 20 cars come and go in that time. The order was not correct when I received it. And I ordered a 20 count of nuggets and they tasted like plastic and smell smelled even worse. I went inside and I stood in line by myself for over 10 minutes while nobody came to the front desk. People had ordered their food long before I came in and we're getting very disgruntled This has got to be the absolute worst run McDonald's I've ever known in my life. Amanda is the manager. And she has no idea how to run this place at all. And she has no teeth. Not judging her, but this place is crazy. read more

There is a lady there by the name of Kiana and she is the main reason why I keep coming back no matter what has happened at that McDonald's whether they're out of drinks pouring out of 2 L or there's nobody there working that lady is always there with a smile on her face doing exactly what she needs to do I always get extra ice when I come through there and she's been one of the only coworkers there that always gives me extra ice with no questions asked she is one of the best workers they have and they should really recognize this lady she's amazing. read more

Both of our burgers were clearly cooked hours, if not days, before we ordered them. The patties were black, shriveled, and crunchy, with an off-putting taste. My wife's ask for extra onions was on our receipt, but hers came with no onions. We force-fed ourselves these nasty "crispy critters", having spent $9.48 for them. We have both been in the bathroom several times since on the following day. This experience has convinced us both to make healthier eating decisions in the future, and I suppose we have this location to thank. Neither we, nor our kids, will be looking in McDonald's direction again for future meals. read more

The second shift griddle operator is in the wrong job. The second shift crew is good with the exception of the person on the grill. On some of my visits this person purposefully slowed down the flow of orders to the point they told the person taking orders to stop taking orders. I have witnessed this. It took me 15 minutes to get a standard order tonight. Don't go to this McDonalds after 7 p.m. unless you are prepared to wait. read more

I want to thank this McDonalds for being a shining example of providing the absolute WORST customer service in Chattanooga. The idea that you can force the use of kiosks and have absolutely no customer interaction is fiction. Bad fiction! We stopped in just to grab a couple of ice cones. We stood there for a while not knowing if our order was actually placed since we selected to pay cash at the counter. After not seeing our number show up on the big screen behind the counter and seeing others standing around waiting we decided to go across the street to Dairy Queen where they still know how to provide customer service and not expect their customers to serve themselves. What's next? You want food, cook it yourself? Stay away from this place. At least in other McDonalds they will take your order if you prefer not to use the kiosk. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This has to be the SLOWEST rudest McDonald's I have ever been to.

This place takes forever. I recommend watching an hour longs worth of paint dry, then stand around and wait here. What do they want us to do cook the foods for our selves. 1 star, the food is good but the customer service is terrible. Even a packed fast food place could get your order in 5 minutes read more

They don't acknowledge you hear they take forever to put your order together. For serving microwaved imitation food you certainly are not getting what you're paying for read more

In drive thru for 20+ minutes. I ordered but did not move for 10 minutes, two cars in front of me.... one was at the pickup window. Looked accross the street and Dairy Queen had one person in line. Left McDonalds, drove accross the street, ordered, got my food and the line at MD still had not moved. I don't think they know what "fast food" means LOL. read more

I order a Big Mac and spirit+ A piece of meat for my dogs. They love McDonald's hamburger meat. They handed a spirit that was just flat. Then they told us to pull up and wait. Finally after waiting 18 minutes, I went in to see what the problem was. They had not made the order. They said, they did not have just patties for sale. So we purchased a burger for our dogs. We then had to wait again for the Oder to be prepared awful service. read more

Placed a mobile order, got home, realized the food was made wrong, went back, told the cashier what happened the first response was "huh" and then proceeded to tell me the double quarter pounders I ordered and received with one patty was made correctly, a double is two patties not one, they took the food I ordered back behind the counter and still gave me back a completely wrong order, it had two patties except this time both burgers had onions all over them and one single half piece of bacon on each burger, one large fry when I ordered two, I tried calling at least 8 times and could not get anyone to answer the phone. All of these workers need a new job since none of them can actually read and don't know what professionalism at the job is. Also they served me completely raw meat. They took my receipt with them to verify order and hopefully read the receipt to make the food correct but it was still wrong. They tried twice and failed twice. The food was so bad I couldn't even feed it to a dog if I wanted to. I am pregnant and they knowingly served me raw meat. read more

How do you even miss one sauce on a 20 piece when you get 3 saviors. Screw this McDonald's. They're a joke

Skipped the long drive-thru line wrapped around the restaurant, and ordered at the electronic kiosk inside. Just ordered 1 happy meal for my grandson, having paid right then--20 full minutes later, I had to ask for my order, that I could see sitting in the food prep area. I was therefore 5 minutes late picking up my grandson from preschool. If you are in any kind of hurry-- this is NOT FAST food, but anyone's measure!!! Or don't pay up front, so you can just leave when you're gonna be too late!! read more

Bread on burger was so hard some of my fries wasnt even cooked.. waited 45 mins on order of 3 happy meals and a $5 value meal...they are constantly yellin for a finger (manager) to discount meals for other associates... very disappointed in the lack of urgency and smiles.. read more

I'm always surprised by how poorly you can misunderstand the literal bare minimum of a McDonald's order, yet something Is wrong nearly every single time. I guess I wouldn't give a crap about my job if I was paid the bare minimum here as well. Don't worry though, at the Hixson McDonald's, you truly get what you pay for. I added the extra star because they managed to heat the food up, thanks for that! read more

Waited 40 mins in the drive through, guy at the window completely forgot 80% of my order. Worst service I've ever had at McDonald's

We rarely go get fast food, but I recently figured out that McDonald's coffee is pretty good and it is cheap. We ordered an iced coffee on the app and went inside to pick it up. We stood there for 15 minutes while no one made an effort to make our drinks. We asked about it and they finally went to make it, but instead they put them in medium cups instead of the large sizes we ordered. We each took a sip and threw them immediately away. It had no taste of coffee. Wasted time and money. We won't return to this location. read more

S ... L ... O ... W . The service here is ridiculously slow. It took 20 minutes to get through a 4-car drive-thru line. I used my stop watch; I sat at the drive-thru speaker for almost 2 minutes before being asked for my order. No "I'll be with you in a minute" or anything. At the window, the only words spoken were "Thank you" by the masked attendant. Pandemic's passed, take off your mask. The same lady pulled out the trash, compacted it down with her bare hands and continued working. Goodbye forever, McDonald's on 153. read more

It is NOT 24 hours. I've tried to go several times, and it's never open even tho google and Yelp say that it's 24 hours

Doors were lock @ 10:30am? Good job! Long line in drive thru. Is what it is. Golden Arches are sagging.

Burgers and fries along with an ice cream will be my interior digestive lubrication before I settle into a hard and bitter nap in the booth of old MacDonald. They allow me to slumber as long as I please, sometimes deep into the night. The psychedelic sensation of savory sweets sending me skyward is quite sublime. The ketchup packets can be opened and enjoyed over fries or swallowed whole if the situation is dire. read more

This location deserves 0 stars but it's not allowed. The employees are rude, they don't even turn around to hand you your food out the drive through window. Then get snarky when you tell them they are being rude. Management should fire them all and start over. read more

I almost never go to MC D's but I decided to take my son there recently. The place is nearly empty but the place was disgusting. The floors were dirty, tables uncleared, play area had food and overflowing trash cans. There is just no excuse for this. You have kiosks that take orders! Why aren't employee's cleaning? read more

Dear doordash drivers When you get an offer here mark it as order not ready. This place will waste your time causing you to lose money and get bad reviews from the cheap customers they have. This McDonald's NEVER gets orders out on time. You're lucky to get it 15 to 20 min after your pickup time as they pander to those in the drive thru ONLY! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I'm giving this McDonald's a 1 star. I came throw the drive throw today at 930am. At the first window the young lady was very nice and welcoming but then I pull up to the second window and know one was there to welcome me. When she finally got to the window the girl didn't say a word to me. She handed me my drinks (with no straws) and rudely said (pull to one waiting on hash browns )then I said okay can I please have two straws? This is what make me upset about the Service She provided. When I asked for the straws. With a Attitude the girl puckered her lips and rolled her eyes. Like I said nothing was said to me besides pull to one waiting on hash browns. No hello how are you doing this mornin? Nothing but ATTITUDE AND A EYE-ROLL. Very unprofessional!!!! read more

Unacceptable order of scrambled eggs, 3 bites at best, approx equal to 1/2 an egg, about 1/4 or less the amount i typically get. Received through drive through, and of course would have had to take the time to go back. I would have never accepted this with dine in. Extremely disappointed as we order a lot of scrambled eggs and typically share an order, when we are on the road. read more

We only seem to go to McDonalds for coffee, iced tea and ice cream. It's common for us to stop by and get a cone and the kids get a McFlury. This location is very chincy with the portions. We went today and the two McFlury's were only a little more than 3/4 of the cup filled and the cones were half the size they are at all of the other locations we've been to. I guess they were probably doing us a favor. read more

Asked for two sausage and cheese McGriddles and 5 hashbrowns. Was in line for 5 mins, then in the que for 20. Cold hashbrowns, and instead of getting my Large Coke with no Ice, I got a can of Coke??? read more

Its unfortunate that you cannot give negative stars. I took my grandson in on Sunday. He ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, lettuce, and mayo only. He also ordered a medium fry and a large drink. The cashier punched this in the register. He told me we could get a Big Mac for only .50 more. I told him to go ahead and he asked me about fries and a drink. I declined. After a long 10 min wait (they weren't very busy at all) we got our food and left. The quarter pounder was just like they usually make them, the Big Mac was COLD-;like it was not even under a heat lamp cold, and there were no fries. The only thing they didn't screw up was the drink. I wonder how places like this stay open. And no, I won't be back. read more

I hate to even give this McDonald's one star. Literally the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. I have gone too many times since I've had a bad experience but they are close to me and I keep giving them a chance to redeem themselves, but literally every time I leave from there, I am missing something or something is wrong. EVERY TIME. There is a manager in training named Rachel there, and I have never been treated so rudely before. They are rude about remaking things. They need to clean out that whole staff and rehire people who know how to work efficiently in the food industry. I know mistakes happen, but don't be rude when you are told about them, fix them, and don't let it keep happening every single time we come through. read more

If I could give this place two different ratings, I would. It's convenient to my commute to and from work, so I drive through some mornings for breakfast and occasionally in the evening for dinner. Pros: The breakfast crew is always on the ball, and I never have problems or delays. Cons: The evening crew is...less good. Either they're not paying attention when I'm trying to order, or they get the order wrong, or they get the order almost right; it's rare to get exactly what I asked for, and I'm not asking for anything unusual or modified. Get it together. read more

This is the worst customer service of any McDonald's that I have ever experienced. Moved here from Florida and the Casper owed restaurants are excellent. Too bad didn't carry over here. Whomever owns this one needs to do a re-haul. The manager and staff last night have an "I don't care attitude and sadly this is the only one around this area. read more

I am giving this rating with the fact that McDonald's is McDonald's in mind. However, this McDonald's proves to be on a consistent basis the worst one ive been to. Food is almost never fresh, lots of flies around, generally dirty and also the best of the terrible McDonald's service experience you have come to know. Its actually probably a good thing because it makes me avoid it. read more

No. Just no. Placed two orders in the drive thru, had to pull up cause they were waiting on sausage to cook , at breakfast time I add, I pull up to reserve parking , got one drink but not the other , brought the one sausage biscuit and started to walk off, I said excuse me I had the big breakfast platter with that, got a disgruntled look, brought my food back out to me. Went to go eat it, no hash brown and no fork to eat my hot cakes with, had to eat with a spoon, but I got two straws by god ! Won't be back. read more

Front counter manager was very nice. However, after this visit I will gladly visit Hixsons other location or drive back across the river. This was an absolute nightmare. Ordered 35 bisquits, 30 hashbrowns. Took order back to set up for breakfast, was 4 bisquits short and the hasbrowns were thrown in one bag, and did not appear to have been drained of any grease. They stuck together and tore apart. What a disaster McDonalds. You apparently need to send your employees back to Mc. U read more

McDonald's - What a wreck - Fast Food Near Me - Chattanooga, Tennessee

There are places and times in your life when you will go pick up some fast food on the way home and it be what you expect from fast food... Don't let this stop be that place and time. Every time I come in the food is cold, the coffee is terrible, the tea is stale and the ice cream machine seems to always be broken. Just go a little further up to cook-out, or across the street to DQ. You'll won't be as disappointed and hating yourself. read more
