Drove up to the widow cashier took my debit card that handed it to another employee that handle it to another employee that swiped for my meal. She handled it back to the guy and then the other guy then the guy at the window. I didn't appreciate all these people touching and viewing my card information. What made matters worse is that my Big Mac was cold, cheese looked darker around the edges bread was so stale I spit everything out and my coke was brown water. If I were this McDonald's I'd pray to never be on Yelp! But since they are let me say this is one of the nastiest McDonalds in town. From the upkeep of the facility to the attitudes of the workers. When you go inside you can see how nasty the floors, counters, and tables are. It's like no one is allowed to clean or something. Heck you can see the dirt & grease on the floor from the drive-thru. I dont normally make reviews like this. I've worked in food service myself, so i know how tough it can be. But this was truly an awful experience. I will say- THIS WAS A SLOW NIGHT. BARELY ANY CUSTOMERS. So i drive up in the drive thru, it was pretty dead- so no line. Probably about 8:30-9ish at night. There was a sign saying to say hello because their sensor was broken. So i yelled hello about 5 times before a very sarcastic woman responded. I ordered some chicken strips and a shamrock mcflurry. To which she responds "I'm sorry we are un able to serve that." At this point, I've already been so caught off guard by her HORRIBLE attitude, and i glanced over and saw a pile a pizza just stacked up on a napkin right next to her that she was likely snacking on. This McDonalds on Highway 58 is the worst McDonalds I have ever encountered. They took my money for a Mocha Frappe then when I got to the window they said the machine was broken since morning. Well, why not inform the person taking orders? Mochas are premium price and I was offered a lesser option drink which irked me for the second time this visit. I had been to this location for 3 days in a row and they still hadn't fixed the Mocha machine so I quit going for a while. On a whim, before I go there for another chance to get a Mocha, I called. After over a week, they still don't have it fixed. I just weaned myself off this location forever. Besides, they are sooooo slow. I see people pulling out of line all the time. The hash browns are always cold, the biscuits are always hard as a brick, the iced coffee taste more watered down, the play area inside has moldy waffles, pop tarts and dirty kids socks and moldy food all over the kids play area. One day I took my daughter there to eat inside and an employee ran into the restroom and started vomiting. They have a door leading into the hall where the restrooms are, I asked if that door could be shut because the vomiting was so loud, I was told no, that door can't be shut. Stopped in approximately 11:10 this morning. Ordered 1 Large DeCaf coffee with cream. Came home and tried to drink it. I guarantee that coffee had been setting on the burner for hours. I added lot more sugar and cream and still had to pour it out. Worst coffee I have ever had. Have always had problems of some kind with that McDonalds. Others have been fine. SERVICE ALWAYS SUCKS A double S here. I've given this location multiple chances. I've waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for a frappe only to be told ONCE I GOT TO THE SPEAKER that the machine is broken. Same with ice cream plenty of times. The professionalism was a disgrace. I ordered two-hash brown and orange juice. The young lady did not offer me an option of either, small, medium or large. However, I gave her a $5 bill and she gave me some change back. I asked her to remove the orange juice and keep the two hash browns. She asked the team leader to take the orange juice off the order and hand her the ticket. However, the team leader said "what she did not have enough money to buy it? I immediately explain to the lady that the receipt shows that I have already purchased the items. However, I still had not received the order and they included the supervisor. The supervisor said that they would get in trouble if it were not their fault. I still had not received the order and explain that 1) I have not received the order and I have a right to change my order. I finally got my $5 back and went to the McDonalds on East Third and the first thing the employee asked me would you like a large, medium or small orange juice, and I said small. This is the kind of employees that needed on Highway 58. because they think that the actual own McDonald themselves.
