On my first visit, I hated this place. They were rude, talking about customers behind their backs and I waited 40 minutes to pick up my order. On my second visit I was floored at how much had changed (for the better). Everyone is super nice now, the food is always ready when I walk in to pick up my order. I can definitely see why you would receive 2 1/2 stars. Well the chicken was excellent. I was expecting a different ingredients on the sandwich. In addition to mayo I thought I was going to have tomato and lettuce. I don't know if I ordered the wrong thing or what because my first order had to be returned. I asked for a chicken sandwich and they gave me a chicken biscuit. That was after some confusion on my initial order because they're advertising sweet potato fries and don't have any. The staff was very friendly nice and accommodating but they weren't very accurate in any respect. I bought a 3 piece meal and a 5 piece meal and there was more chicken in the 3 piece! The 5 piece was a tiny chicken nugget, a small piece that was ripped apart (they counted as 2 pieces), one strip, and a tiny piece that I threw away, because it wasn't worth eating!!! I called and the lady said that they can't control how the pieces come out! I'm sorry, but if they got this as their plate they would have a fit!! I went to Bojangles this morning with my girlfriend, and we were both thinking that we were going to enjoy our breakfast. Unfortunately we were WRONG!!!! The food was terrible and the biscuits tasted like they were 3 days old!!!! Not only that the cashier was very impatient and somewhat rude. I am so thrilled they finally have a Bojangles on Hwy 58. This is their third day open and the line was wrapped around the building and the parking lot filled up. They have ample parking space, so you should be good on finding a spot once, the newness ease up. The employees are great and the food was good. read more

My first and last time eating at this chain. My order was incorrect. The sausage and egg biscuit that I ordered was not in my bag, even though they repeated it 3 times. The drive thru girl didn't speak. The biscuits were extra dry and tasted old. there was not a receipt in the bag to take the order back or to call the manager and complain. This happened at about 11:30 on Wednesday. I guess they figured since I was in the Drive-Thru they didn't give a crap. read more

I had to call the 1-800 number to complain about my drive-thru experience here. I waited one morning for over 20 minutes just to get a coffee (bad decision, I know). I was late to work, and extremely annoyed. The poor girl working the morning shift drive-thru definitely needs help. read more

Bojangles is Bojangles. The food tastes the same wherever you go. This location gets two stars because the service is horrible. My family ordered 2 chicken filet sandwiches and a supremes combo. It took over 10 minutes for our food to be brought to us. There is currently a car in the drive through that has been waiting over 7 minutes. The food looks like it's been sitting out for an extended period of time and the staff appears to be hanging out while moving at their own pace. Basically, don't come to this location unless you have a large amount of time to wait. This appears to be the norm. Quick update...I got a refund and left. We waited 30 minutes and still didn't get our food. So off to church we go with no dinner. We will not be going back. Sorry Bojangles, I was really hoping for success at this location, but at this rate this location will be out of business by the end of the year. read more

They failed to give a receipt three times consistently. The man at the window misheard our order twice, and the manager tried to charge us for a biscuit that was supposed to already be on our reciept. Food was okay, but the service was terrible. The employees were in the back singing and having a party, knowing I was standing there at the order area. It took almost ten minutes to get waited on and receive our food. Then after I finally got our food, the employees now are in the dinning area eating, and they had left the garbage cans open and pulled out of their cabinets, and the liners out of the cans. When my family and I were ready to leave, all I could do was set our food tray on top of the can area. One of the employees said to my wife you've got to be kidding, and then said something else under her breath; she called me some name.
