My food was good, however there was a lady who wasn't in uniform( tank top and booty shorts) was behind the counter yelling at an employee. I'm assuming she is someone in management. If this is how employees are being treated by management then they just need to shut this location or find better management. I've seen multiple complaints about a manager yelling cussing at customers and employees. It's safe to assume nothing will be done about her. This place has gone down hill since they can't keep managers at this location. The manager that was in uniform tonight has always been amazing when me and my family has been here to eat. read more

F if for failure. Honestly how hard is it to make a sandwich. We got two things. A sandwich and a three piece tender. Smallest tenders I've EVER seen. The drinks were not even filled. Charged for ranch and didn't get any. And half the signature sandwich was missing the signature. No pickles. While collecting the sauce and pickles after pulling off, someone came in twice to ask for the sauce and the toast they forgot to pack in their order. And a separate guest was missing coleslaw. What a Waste of my time and money. The one young white kid was the only one hustling and the manager sits back and complains he's doing too much. Zaxby used to be one of my favorite restaurants for a quick bite to eat when in a hurry. I'm sorry to say to quality of the food is not what it used to be. Last few visits, I've really been disappointed. The staff are always nice and offer good customer service... they can't help it that the quality is no longer there. read more

When giving you're order at the drive thru they talk over you then have to ask you to repeat yourself or questions regarding the order t 7/10/2020 visit I placed order correctly, order taker repeated it back to me correctly but they gave me a different menu item. I drove back around and took food in and told them what I had actually ordered. While speaking to the guy at counter who was nice and taking care of issue I hear her say loudly that I hadn't ordered correctly. I did and she was rude to behave and interject like that. They made my order but left out sauce. I don't require super friendly service but I don't appreciate rudeness. read more

Stood inside waiting to order for about 15 minutes before deciding this food was not worth any more time standing around. Ridiculous because there was one couple in front of me in line. This was my first visit. I walked in and the girl did not acknowledge our large group for a minute as if she was annoyed we were there. She sneezed in her hands, took our orders, and handed us our cups never washing her hands. Food was really good. I ordered the snack meal with 3 chicken tenders and I could only eat 2. I love this Zaxby's. Food is great. Free advise: Your french fries are awesome when served fresh and extremely nasty when not fresh. That being said, please throw out your fries if they've been under the warming light more that a minute or two. Better to lose a few cents in waste than serving nasty fries and losing customers. read more

Recently visited & again ordered the star of the show, the Zaxbys Fried Chicken Zalad (Salad.) I have never been disappointed and always have an abundance left over to take home. The salad has a massive amount of greens, crisp cucumbers, sweet tomatoes and crispy fried onion bits. Not to mention, the wonderful fried chicken cubes layered over the top. Their house ranch dressing is over the top. I always order at least 3 additional packets, as the salad needs more than it comes with.... well worth the price. The salad comes with Texas toast. I also suggest a basket of fries - an ample amount to be shared between 2 people. The wait time isn't excessive to receive the order, considering it is so fresh. I have always found the location to be clean in all areas, including the rest room. Frankly, this location is likely the best restaurant on Highway 58 at which to dine. Though a bit more expensive than some, it is well worth it for something so tasty and well made. read more

My family and I love Zaxby's, we usually eat there a couple times a month. I really wish they would consider looking at the policy on charging for extra condiments. If you buy a 5 piece wing you get one sauce...if you buy a 10 piece wing you get one sauce...The one sauce works for 5 wings but for 10 wings it will never work and you have to spend .25¢ for the extra sauce. If there was an equal price breakdown and I bought two orders of 5 wings i'd end up with two sauces:) Why not offer 2 sauces on the larger order. It probably sounds like someone making a minor a major but at the end of the day i'm sure the .25 adds up big for them just as it does for us over a period of time. read more
