Never thought I'd leave a review for McDonald's but here we are. I'm not here to tear them down- if you're a local, you know exactly what to expect from this location. During peak hours, the line is wrapped all the way around every day. This place doesn't need your business or care about the 1 star reviews lol. If the line is long, expect to wait- lol this isn't Chick-fil-A. The food is usually hot and good but you have to double check your bag before leaving. They're never accurate- they're always missing items and sauce. I can appreciate a good meal but I'm not above a mcchicken. This place fumbles hard, but I'm still here once or twice a month. read more

Multiple times they tell me their systems being down and can't accept my mobile coupon even tho they start each order saying "would you be using the mobile app today" When I drive up and present my coupon number, the same guy always says their systems are down, like he's too lazy to put it in or management tells the workers to not accept it so they don't lose money They stated they don't have the $6 McChicken meal anymore and that I can order each item separately even tho it's clearly visible on their menu. If I could give a zero I would. After ordering a to go order at the kiosk inside the restaurant at 7:51 pm for 3 meals we waited until 8:11pm (20 minutes) for the workers to give us our food, we had to get the attention of a worker to tell them we were missing 2 large drinks, who then slammed two cups on the counter for us to pour ourselves. At the drink machine there was NO ice. At home I gave one of my sons his meal and after he took a bite, he said the burger was raw. which it was, (I took a photo of the burger) all of our fries were ice cold. My burger was burnt beyond recognition and the lettuce that was on my burger had burnt edges. How does lettuce even get burned? It goes on after the meat is cooked! The teens that were working there looked overwhelmed with the amount of customers that were ordering inside, plus the drive through. I am actually shocked that at least 2 of the workers didn't throw down their hats and walk off the job. This was my last visit to McDonalds. I'm a senior citizen who went into this location a few times for coffee. It's an ever-lovin' DISASTER all the time day and night. Groups of 20 people using this as a regular meeting place, screaming kids, people on speaker phones, teens with noisy cars in crowded parking lot. Dirty tables, food scraps on the floor, garbage all over the beverage bar from kids and homeless. The female manager (with black glasses) doesn't "manage" anything-just works in the food line in the back. No one is EVER at the front counter-too busy running food to cars outside. One time I asked for help and this "manager" says "just wait - you're not the only one here you know". (?!) Christmas day politely asked her to put the sunshades down and she said "if you don't like it, move". I told her I'd report her and she says "go ahead". What kind of nasty, hate-filled, low-life person is this setting an example for the workers ?! NO WONDER THE PLACE IS A DUMP. I've NEVER been treated so badly ANYWHERE. Maybe she has a "relationship" with the boss to keep her lousy job. Or maybe the owner is too busy counting money to care. This location IS the most expensive around. Funny how the other McD's in the area are much cheaper. Go here if you want to pay $1.25 for THE SAME coffee you get at ANOTHER McD's for 98 cents. I was using the app for the first time and tried to use the 20% off a $10 or more order. My order was $14 before tax, so I knew it was valid. I told them my code at the drive-through speaker. I get to the first window, and she doesn't know how to apply my code, so she sends me to the second window without paying. The guy at the second window was flustered that I didn't pay, but I told him I was sent to window two by the cashier, and then he told me to come inside anyway. Once I got inside I explained the situation to the inside cashier, and she said that deal doesn't work for breakfast. The deal does not say ANYWHERE (and I checked) that it does not work for breakfast. Yes, the picture is of lunch food, but that's not a good enough reason to day it only works for lunch. Mediocre. Our food order "for here" (we got a numbered table marker) was sitting in a bag on the counter while we waited for the food to be delivered as it was for other members in our party. I ordered two hash browns and only one was rung up/shown on the receipt. I didn't go back for a second. The ketchup and even the napkins are kept behind the counter--stingy or is there rampant ketchup and napkin theft? The Play Place was closed. There should NOT be a two lane drive thru if they can't handle it. At least close one lane. The line was long and the person talking in drive thru doesn't listen, nor acts like he wants to be there. My issue was that I asked for 2 plain quarter pounders and fries, with a coupon for each. Since they only accept one coupon per visit, I asked to cancel the fries and they responded. At the first window, they charged me and didn't give a receipt. So I was like "can I have a receipt?" He said it's at the second window, which is ridiculous. They charged my card and I don't even know what is. I went to the second window, got my food, then I had to request a receipt. It looks like they were using the receipt to prepare the order. This McDonald's only has a few 5 stars and the reason for even those few 5 stars is that when your inside they come around and ask people to do surveys and offer free ice cream for doing it but they sit on top of you and refuse your ice cream if they see you actually give your honest opinion they say no ice cream so you have to basically lie to get anything or just decline the survey worst service if you ask me tbh . read more

I waited almost 40 minutes for my curbside pickup. I requested a check on my order from the employee bringing out other orders but he didn't speak English. I went inside and finally got someone working my order after 25 minutes and when I finally got it, it was wrong. Then the manager helping me basically accused my of lying when I still persisted that my fries were missing. When I showed her the receipt she brushed me off but at least I got my fries... It's McD's, and it's okay for what it is, but for whatever reason this McD sometimes ignores what you order on the app and will argue you for things to be corrected (e.g. you pay extra for a bottle of water, don't get the water). Or the drive thru person hands you a Coke, you ordered a Dr. Pepper, and they go "Eh, same thing." and insist you take the Coke rather than what you ordered. Another issue is the food. The quarter pounders range from "heck, this is explosively juicy" to "this is dry and tasteless." For something that's supposed to be "made fresh" the food doesn't always taste like that. Or the fries you get are soggy and limp, despite getting them from the drive thru during rush. Quality is just kinda hit or miss. read more

Whoever is working the second window tonight was extremely rude. We asked for sweet n sour sauce, she gave us one and when we asked for another she said she was being nice by giving us another one. She then said we had to pay if we wanted another one. We said we would. Seemingly annoyed, she then she told us that we could not purchase another one unless we used cash. When we said we did not carry cash she told us she would not give us any sauce. I though more of a multibillion dollar establishment, but specially one we spend money at. One sauce that we offered to pay for? This is so bad because you lose business for silly reason like this. Hire better, understand that customers have favorite sauces and accommodate that, especially to paying customers. We will not return and will tell others yo go elsewhere. read more

Each one has a half slice of cheese, so instead of the square slices that cover the buns and corners peek out, I got a rectangle that covered one third of the bread. I was late coming home from an event in Maryland - and I was starving due to not eating much due to the food being so bad where I was at earlier in the evening. So I broke down and hit the Drive-Thru - I ordered a Number #3 - The Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Fries, and Lemonade. This McDonald's is pretty quick, the drive-thru line moved very fast. They accept credit cards, and they are open 22 hours a day. I think they are closed from 2:00 am - 4:00 am each day. They also offer free Wifi, and there is a large, colorful play area for your kids. read more

I recently had a terrible experience at a McDonald's due to the incredibly rude customer service. From the moment I approached the drive thru, the staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. The person taking my order was dismissive and acted as if I was inconveniencing them by simply being there. When I politely pointed out that my i wanted to add one more item to my order the lady just responded with come to the window and I saw she indeed did not add the item. I made an mobile order and picked up food at drive thru; I was with my two little kids and I wanted make the trip as simple as possible without getting out of the car. When I got to the window, I told the employee what I ordered, and she gave me a bag of food. I drove home then opened the bag and realized I got the wrong food. I drove all the way back to the McDonald's and got both of my kids out to walk inside. I explained what happened and the person I talked to rushed me by saying, "ok ok!"
