Recently, I ate in person and the food came out piping hot. Service was great but also, I noticed the staff cleaning each table and the bathroom was also fairly clean. There was also a staff going around making sure everyone's orders were good. I thought that was great to see and enjoyed the spotless environment. Of course the main star is the food and it definitely lives up to the hype IMO.
