I want to start off by saying this review is only for the drive thru crew in the weekday mornings. I've never gone inside and never came later in the day or weekends. I'm sure is inconsistent. This is the most efficient drive thru for a McDonald's I have ever been to in my life! The line moves extremely fast. The employees are super friendly. I can be running late to work and all know I'll make it through the line in a couple minutes. And the way everyone greets you makes a good start to my day. The food is the food. I don't usually eat at McDonald's. They don't have a veggie burger and I'm still leery of the french fries. Once, I had a very nice oatmeal that ended up being 300 CALORIES. But I do come to "Old McDonald's" sometimes with the kids so they can run around on a rainy day. This one is not as nice as the one at the other end of town, but it's serviceable. The restaurant and play area are clean. This play area has the usual climbing structure, as well as a hoop tossing station and about 3 kid video games. Overall, mellow and satisfactory. read more

This McDonald has the perfect temperature on Their Ice Cream, it is very firm and does not melt easily like the on on Mission and Jackson. You can hang the cone upside down! So good even on a cold day! My quest for the perfect cone continues! read more

My wife and I have been coming to this McDonald's for at least twenty years, the passing of time clouds my recollection of events, and McDonald's is McDonald's. We've brought our kids, grandkids, and soon our great grand daughter to this McDonald's. I believe what impresses us about this McDonald's is the staff. Over the years we have always been treated with respect and efficiency. Today, Diane greeted us and she presented a very friendly and sincere greeting. I come here a lot. ONLY because this is the only fast food joint in the area. Whatta shame! It's a busy intersection, and because it's the only fast food place in the area, it's pretty much ALWAYS busy. Busy is fine, if the line was moving fast, but it's the opposite - they're busy and slow! What a bad combination. Not only that - they constantly get our orders wrong. Not only that - sometimes the fries are served cold. Not only that - they're really shady on the napkins and sauce. C'mon now... This location brings McD's to shame! Anyone willing and able to operate a fast food chain in this area would really be successful. It would be a very lucrative business. You have my patronage. read more

I mean it's McDonald's, so the food is really all the same but I wanted to note that I really appreciated how the cashier in the drive thru extended the credit card reader out her window so only I touched my credit card. And the young man who handed me my food was very sincere and friendly. So yes it is funny to give five stars to McDonald's but I very much appreciated these little gestures! read more

Almost 90% of the time (and sorry to say this does happen with the spanish speaking staff), my order somehow comes out wrong. And the funny part is that when they read back my order (i'm basing this solely off of drive-thru which I frequent many times a week)... When they read back my order and I review it on screen, IT IS CORRECT... However when I get to the window, Surprise Surprise, it's wrong. And the receipt magically has changed as well. I am not sure if their staff is inadequately trained to take orders quickly on drive-thru and as a spanish speaker myself I am a little let down that my order still gets messed up when I order in spanish. Sad to admit that the one white guy who takes my order has NEVER messed it up. Sometimes I end up with the wrong meal entirely and have to drive back through the late night window to have it corrected. It is the closest one to my house and open late, so I will be going back and hoping they improve incredibly. read more

This review is solely based on my experience this morning which is Thursday, June 20th at 10:24am exactly. I was in the drive thru placing my order. Apparently, they were only serving breakfast. I asked if I could place my order then wait for it. The person taking the order proceeded to tell me that they are serving breakfast (and won't be making anything else) for another six minutes. I could either order breakfast or wait six minutes and then order from a different menu. What horrible customer service! Are you kidding me??? You should always deliver impeccable service to the people that keep you employed! I'm not saying you should have to deal with rude people, but I was nothing of the sort. Perhaps McDonald's should hire people that actually want to keep their job..? Just a thought.. read more

ATTENTION HEALTH CODE & FOOD SERVE SAFETY VIOLATION IN ACTION!!! Made the mistake of stopping here. Normally, we attempt to bypass this place & for good reason. The car in front of us a dark blue beat up explorer was given our order. As we drove up to the last window the lady in the grey (asst mgr) ran and stopped the Explorer. In doing so exchanged meal bags. Then walked back and handed the gal at the window our bag not without telling her something. The girl hands it to us and we are told "I promise they did not touch the food." How could you make that promise if we couldn't even see inside the vehicle due to tinted windows, plus the fries were 1/2 full and Bag looked summed through. I requested the fries to be redone, and everyone became annoyed. We were told to pull aside. After a car later and us waiting.... I parked my vehicle in #2 and walked in. They didn't even give us our drinks. I explained to the older hispanic lady in spanish how upset I was, the one with glasses. She wasn't phased. I let them know I was calling the health dept. due to such issues. People working with food should have a food servers card. There is no excuse the course is provided in multiple languages. As a manager they should not put their new staff to do their dirty work-- its a sign of lack of ethics and weak leadership. As franchise owners, this is a serious issue. Fast food workers demand 15$/hourly... I only witnessed $7 at the most of hourly customer service worth. read more

Sucks when you have your once in a while cravings for mcdonalds and it gets ruined by not getting what youve been looking forward taking a bite into. and I agree with Coco..they repeat my first order and I look on the screen and its correct..oh and they didnt even let me finish giving my order cause she assumed i was just getting a 10pc chicken nugget meal w/ 2 honey mustard and 1 sweet chili sauce. I also wanted a mcchicken w/ bacon and light mayo. so she tells me to just go to the window. she repeats my order and it was correct..go to the next window, get my food, bring it back to the office..to find out i have 1 sweet&sour, 1 hot mustard, & 1 sweet chili sauce for my nuggets..really now??? out of THREE sauces, i can sparingly enjoy my nuggets with the ONE sauce they got right!?!?!?! then my mcchicken had no bacon and the big glob of mayo i requested light of..whats the point of working the drive thru if you cant get it right. then it kills me that youre not just a new employee cause obviously by the looks of your uniform and you were about to start the other girl on the drive thru. My family and I went through the drive through. They took our order. We went up to get our meal but they told us to wait. We waited and waited. About 6 cars had passed us and no meal. So i had to go up and demand for our meal but they said they never got our order...what? After a minute of them arguing amongst themselves and me just waiting, they gave us the meal. So we left. Wait, we ordered 3 sausage McMuffins with egg. When we opened up our meal had no egg and they didn't come with the hash browns that were supposedly included. Tried to use the apps daily $1 fry deal and when they scanned it at the drive thru they told me it was already used and didn't work. When I explained to them that it had not been used and asked if they could just try to key it in they just re scanned it and told me it's not working. They did not want to help me and just kept telling me my total over and over again. Worst customer service ever. Ordered my food thru the curbside mobile order and waited over 15 min to get my food. Fries were old and they forgot my soda. Here's a tip - don't do the drive-thru on Thursday night. The cashier tipped me off that it's their busiest time of the week because no one likes to cook. I've gone several times now by drive thru. It's on my way home from work so I've gone anywhere from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Give yourself at least 10 minutes to get through. It's definitely a much longer wait than most McDonald's. I don't like a long wait in a drive thru but I figured giving it one more chance tonight. I got in line only 2 cars from the ordering speaker. I only stopped for ice cream and their machine was broken. I left with nothing purchased skipping 3 cars and it still took almost 10 minutes. Food is like any other McDonald's. read more
