Double cheeseburger
Chris K.

As McDonald's go this one was okay. Ordered a double cheeseburger and a drink. Both tasted fine, it just took live than I expected to get my food, but t was lunchtime. Don't expect a congenital staff. You pretty much have to order at the kiosk and wait for your food as they toss it on the counter, and that includes the manager on both counts.

Just an ok location. Some of the staff are nice. But you go here for food. There should be no reason for the bread on our sandwiches should be hard. REALLY?? Also, McDonald's are known for the fries. But when you get them and they are a little warm. SUCKS. It's only a few minutes from my house. But I usually go to another location.

Supposed to be two Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese... second photo is replacement. Disgusting

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Everyone on this staff is utterly INCOMPETENT! They don't give you a receipt ON PURPOSE so that when they give you the wrong order, and you go back literally MINUTES later and ask for the food YOU PAID FOR they interrogate and harass you for their mistake! Ordered TWO double quarters with cheese and received a single with no cheese. There's supposed to be 4 total patties!! DO BETTE!

What I THOUGHT I would get after giving them extra time to make it

Just ordered a cone and coffee and after ten minutes any two cars in front of me I left. Not-so-fast food!

Our whole experience here was pretty bad. We ordered drinks and tried to put lids on the cup but…read morethe lids seemed too big. I asked the cashier at the front about it and she told me that there are lids under the drink station. I guess she was too busy to get them for me and tried to make me do it? I couldn't find them so I gave up. She did eventually come out and replace the lids though but never told me that she did it. They also ran out of broccoli and had to drop some more but never told us how long it was going to take. So I was waiting for 5-10 minutes for my girlfriend's food to be ready as my food got cold. Wouldn't have been as bad but they never told us how long the wait would be and we were both getting hungry. There were also a good amount of flies in the restaurant. We tried to sit outside but there were a lot of flies there too. Instead we walked to the brewery where the flies seemed to leave us alone. My food was seasoned well enough and had a good flavor but it didn't really taste that fresh. Not sure if it was from the wait but I'm sure it didn't help. It seemed like the ingredients may have been sitting out a while. I don't think I'll be back which is unfortunate because I was excited to find a healthier fast food restaurant.

I got the Huli Huli chicken. It was okay but there wasn't much chicken in the bowl and the chicken…read moreitself didn't have much flavor and was fairly small for the price. The bowl is honestly worth about $10-$11 not worth $14. Also ridiculous to charge $1.17 for pickled onions and only receive a few. The chicken was cold. Not sure if it's intended to be that way but it was. It's overall overpriced and underwhelming. Probably won't return.

I tried the turkey and brie sandwich and it was absolutely delicious and the food came out super fast. They are closed on weekends and only open on weekdays until 2:30pm. I do wish they had longer hours so I could bring more people to experience it. I love everything about this cafe and can't recommend it enough. Spacious, welcoming, and serving amazing food. It's super spacious, with tons of natural light, high ceilings, and both indoor and outdoor seating. The outside patio has cushy lounge seats, perfect for soaking up sunshine (though it's right by the highway, so some outdoor spots come with a bit of traffic noise during rush hours). This place is a dream for remote work. Every table is so spread out (esp outdoor) that you don't overhear other conversations, no loud music, and sunlight streaming in from every corner. Service was quick and thoughtfully accommodating. I appreciated that they bring food in a to-go container if you're sitting outside, so you're not stuck carrying plates back. And bonus points for their commitment to using sustainable packaging. The coffee was quite delicious! Jubala Coffee actually makes a type of specialty beans roasted just for F&F. Their drink menu is on the simpler side, but they usually have a couple of seasonal lattes, and everything I tried tasted great. Food-wise, it's a gem: generous portions, very reasonably priced, and flavorful. It reminded me a bit of Fount Kitchen in its "organic, healthy" vibe, but with more non-vegetarian options and even better flavor. There's plenty of parking right out front, but sadly they close at 2:30pm, so it's more of a morning or lunch spot. All in all, a wonderful place for a morning work sesh or a work lunch in style!

Bottom line: Really enjoyable first visit to Morning Ritual. This coffee shop/cafe served up a…read moretasty latte and Egg + Cheese Scramble to start my day off right. Helpful service in a nicely decorated small cafe, a nice stop for getting a morning going. The Deets: Deciding to venture out a bit to try some place new, I found Morning Ritual on the trusty Yelp app and headed off to there. It is joined along side The Goat restaurant on the edge of an apartment complex campus near Brier Creek. I like the look of the building and while noticing there is outside seating available, there is a convenient take out window on the side as well. I went inside and liked the warm, inviting but still slightly modern look of the cafe style seating and ordering area. There are a couple of seats within range of a power outlet and there is WiFi but note it is public/no password/unsecured access, it appears. Their menu shows a good array of beverages and eats to satisfy those morning needs. I decided on a 16 oz hot skim latte to drink to enjoy there and then ordered the Egg + Cheese Scramble which has Monterey Jack and Cheddar and served with one of their biscuits. You order and pay at the register/counter then they give you a table number to take to your seat. My beverage came in well enough time to enjoy while I waited on my food order. My latte was so good that I had no need for additions such as sweetener or syrups and I like the mug with it to enjoy in house. Food came in good time as well, looking pretty tempting. The toasted biscuit was good and I liked it but a tad small bit sweet for a Southern type biscuit (the type that I'm used to/grown up with enjoying). The scramble was really great...I usually do not favor getting cheese in my scrambled eggs but everything was delicious here and perfect texture as well as portion on the eggs themselves in a small cafe setting. There's always that challenge in a new coffee shop/cafe in figuring out their used dishes protocol/station but loved that my server saw me searching and happily took my dishes at the counter for me. I enjoyed this first visit to Morning Ritual and can see me visiting in the future, I like it.

The coffee was actually delicious. The service not so much!…read more To be fair I ordered my coffee with my breakfast at The Goat (the restaurant that Morning Ritual shares the building with) but the coffee is listed on The Goat's menu, so they need to get in sync. Our breakfast ended up coming out before coffee, which made no sense. I had to ask about the coffees before they were actually made. When the girl came from morning ritual She brought out my husbands, hot cappuccino but my mocha out iced and I immediately said I don't drink cold coffee and I did an order iced. Instead of being apologetic, and stating that she would change it, she just snatched the iced coffee and walked away. That was such a strange encounter. It was rude and I got no apology, nor did I get any explanation of what would happen next. I let my server know to ensure I was still going to get a coffee because I can't live without my coffee in the morning! When my Moca loved her honey, oat milk, coffee came I took a sip and was glad i didn't flip out and say "forget the coffee" (as I was already done with breakfast by the time in arrived) because the drink was delicious! If I'm ever back in the area (I was staying in Raleigh but decided to take a little detour into Durham that morning) I'll come to only Morning Ritual to see if I can change this 3 star review for service issues into a 5. For now they need to work on getting coffee service to The Goat streamlined!
