Disappointment. It's only a matter of time before McDonald's has ppl down their throats about the "all day breakfast" promo. We've all seen the commercials, in face the menu says it too, but it is very misleading. They do not have ALL the breakfast items all day. They don't have certain items. Specifically they don't have hash browns, anything with a biscuit or the mcgriddles. The woman proceeded to say they turn off the has brown fryer at the end of normal breakfast time so they do not offer hash browns after 1030. I saw customer after customer order then was told they don't offer hash browns. But the big sign has "all day" breakfast with a pic of 2 hash browns. Misleading and unacceptable! This guy seemed like he didn't want to be there and was being very unprofessional that my family and I decided to leave right away. The workers today were nice. But on the others days I went, they were super rude. This Mc Donald's location is super stingy with their sauce. When I ask for more, they say "I already gave you some." They didn't even give our 6 piece chicken nuggets and we paid for that. We wanted honey mustard sauce, sweet & sour and ranch. They gave us only 2 ranch and 2 sweet & sour for 40 piece chicken nuggets. They had a couple missing items that we paid for. Was in drive thru, issue was resolved after I had to park in the front. I didn't know which breakfast sandwiches were 2 for $4 but I assumed it was a "mcgriddle" (looking at the promotional picture) when it's only the biscuit bun (?) and the English mcmuffin bun that is 2 for $4. Many customers do not know how to admit when they are wrong. I will admit I did not order correctly/clearly enough, but I did say "Could I please get the 2 for $4 breakfast deal? One sausage and one bacon/egg." I should've been more specific but it was my first time ordering these breakfast sandwiches. Well let me start by saying this was my favorite Mcdonalds... was. I went in today to get a medium hot chocolate... That's all simple as that. I went through the drive through it's morning the rush is on... I get that, but if you make a mistake on someone order don't try to cover it up just take the time and remake it. I guess today was my day because they gave me coffee with whipped cream on top of it. It was so nasty and bitter. I have already ordered my meal and waited with my wife and daughter. No other customers in line. I than went back in line to order a milkshake. I waited behind an olderman waiting to order. A father and son were waiting for their food as well. The manager than told me to wait outside to obey safety. The managers and staff did not care about my safety or health. It is hot today and there was no shade, but a homeless man who wreaked and talked crazily who wouldn't leave me alone. I looked in and seen 2 new people standing in line to order. I asked the staff when are they supposed to call me in. The manager smirkly said they work here working on the A/C. I asked if they are customers because they don't work for McDonalds. They gave my food to the car in front of me, I seen him look into my bag and he put the car in reverse and gave it back to them. **about Samantha** Most of the people here are pretty friendly and competent in the knowledge of basics of customer service. I.E.: active listening, being friendly, common courtesy etc. Today I encountered the exception!Her name... Samantha (I believe) who through the drive thru took our order but the screen showed items added and deleted and she said a total and suggested I drive up to the window despite the erratic on screen flashes and lack of order restatement. Clearly, I was not confident that she took the order correctly but I drove up as she suggested. Frustrated but still forgiving, I drove up to pay and the first thing I asked when I arrived-- after she looked at me, i said, "yeah can you please repeat my order?" Suspecting she got it wrong. She restated it. Well, as suspected, she did get WRONG. When I corrected the order she did not re-state it yet again so given her inability to listen previously, I again, I asked her to repeat the order. Her response was --- "I already did." As I was speaking to her, trying explain she had not restated it after making the order correction, she proceeded to take someone else's order over her headphones. So now I am super pissed and vocal about it! I tell her, " hey I'm still talking to you! " and I point out her unprofessional manner and that she needs stop and listen & She can even ask the person in the speaker to hold a short moment ... Her response to me, was NOT apologetic in nature, her response instead was to tell me "you're rude" Omg, I nearly lost it completely, I told her she was incompetent, she lacked basic listening skills and respect for customers which is needed in the customer service industry as I simultaneously handed her my payment. She took my card and tried closing the window on me as I was still speaking. I reached out to block the window closure and wait for my card and receipt. I admit at that point I called her a "little C.U.Next.Tuesday" bc she closed the door in my face and she utterly pissed me off. I took my card and receipt and drove up to the second window and asked for the supervisor/Mgr Beleaguered by the recent experience, I was flustered and loud! I encountered a calm and professional Maria who apologized and reviewed my order with me and to No surprise, Samantha Got it WRONG AGAIN! As Maria gave me my REFUND, 2 young ladies apologized for the experience and assured me that they completely understood my frustration with her. I calmed down almost immediately because they were friendly and acknowledging and apologetic without accepting blame. The girls in the second window, more mature than Samantha said she is young with a sense of entitlement an has an attitude. they even said she thinks she is something big because her dad is a cop. How sad that she has no identity of her own. Also, I'd hate to know what kind of cop that man is if he cannot teach his daughter the basic tenet of respect. This is my local McDonalds, so it's the most convenient. I have considered going to a further McDonalds because this one is very bad. Very often items are missing from my order or the order is wrong. They can never get it right even 90 percent of the time. I don't know if this is on purpose to lower costs by shorting peoples orders, but taking in the cash. Bad service experiences also when going inside to order. One time I asked for popcorn chicken, not knowing what McDonalds was calling them(McBites) and the person taking my order said "We don't have popcorn chicken. I asked again for the chicken, like popcorn chicken, and he said, " We don't have popcorn chicken.". Like 3-4 times I tried ordering, not knowing what they were called. Then he said, "We have McBites". But he was rude about it. Instead of letting me know nicely what they were called. They also run out of stuff a lot. Sometimes no ice cream because they don't fill the machine in time when it runs out. Or sometimes certain fountain drinks run out. That sticker they put on your bag that says Double Checked for accuracy means you better double check the order yourself! Your best bet is keep on driving to the next McDonalds to save yourself a headache or even a return trip to get the stuff they forgot to put in your bag. read more

This place sucks due to management! They always try to short my order... Fries, drinks, ice cream, napkins, sauces, ketchup. It's like if they can cut cost they will and at the customers expense. I give great appreciation to the manager that works there countless days trying to run her shifts and work with new workers. She has the best customer service and always greets me with a smile. Never hesitates to ask if i need anything else with my order. Fast- Food expectations are always met when I'm in the drive thru and my food is always hot. We went in the drive-through. The drive-through area is constructed well to in order to handle lot of traffic. There were two lanes for ordering that lead into one pick-up lane. In the pick-up lane, you stop at the first window to pay, and then go to the second window to get your food. This set-up makes the process effect and time-efficient. The food is to be expected. If you are caving McDonald's, then you won't be disappointed. The man at the food pick-up window, Eric B, was very nice. He had a contagious happiness and friendliness about him. My first time walking into it and let's just say I am pretty pleased! Why? I am a sucker for anything that keeps my daughter busy.
