We had a great experience here. The restaurant was clean with flowers on every table. The music selection was nice. Our order was right, and the ice cream machine was working! The employees were friendly, helpful, and checked on us to be sure everything was good. read more

09/12/26 @ 12:00am ordered my food at 12:06am and by 12:15am no one came to check on me at the front. there were 3 customers ahead of me waiting on 2 apple pies that were never dropped in the fryer. i was waiting on my DoorDash order to pick up as well and again no one came to check or ask me what I needed or what I was waiting on. There were at least 5 employees on shift and only 1 of them, a girl, seemed to be the only one working. she was going to the fryer, bagging orders and taking the drive through while the lobby was swamped and customers were getting angry. I finally got my food at 12:20am. ridiculous. read more

The service was great a the food was extremely quick and piping hot! We went through the drive thru and got great service with a smile!

This McDonald's is the worst. First they don't know the difference between Mocha and Caramel and apparently they think I'm colorblind. Second how you a manager in the morning and can't even give a customer the utensils and syrups for their breakfast that comes with it. Don't matter how long your line is if the food was ready utensils should've been in there as well. I'd give a zero for the morning shift point blank sorry as manager read more

Horrible service. The managers don't care if your orders are wrong. I will never come back to this location again. Horrible

Probably the worst McDonald's in Carroll county. Today's experience was long lines, people waiting for food or demanding a refund. Employee's more concerned about the cell phone and having fun than customer service. Just terrible. I should have left when I initially thought of it. The bread on the two sandwiches I ordered was hard. You can tell it was pre-made and left out to dry out under heat. Or probably an sandwich that was ordered, made, cancelled. A Chick-fil-A will open soon across the street. I threw both sandwiches in the trash. Didn't want to risk getting sick. This is a awful and poorly managed restaurant. read more

They should shut this McDonald's down. The food was cold and the order was wrong. They lock the dinning room door so you have to use the drive through. I will never return to this location. read more

If you want items you didn't order, a few of the ones you did, cold food, disgusting attitudes and SLOW service, please visit McDonalds on Bankhead Hwy in Carrollton Ga! Literally have messed up EVERY drive through order in the history of EVER! The third shift crew are HORRIBLE and the slowest I have EVER seen! 30 minutes (keep in mind I was the first car in the drive through) for a double cheese burger and fry! Do NOT waste your time! You can CLEARLY see that the owner gives ZERO Fcks about fixing ANY of their issues! read more

It's prob one of the best McDs in this area. Since they have new servers at night this place has improved in a big way. It also helps that they have a few stricter managers to run off all of the rowdy and creepos at night especially on the weekend.... read more

Worst. Ordered two coffees and no one got to it until we asked. Six other people got their entire meals before this coffee came out! It doesn't take that long to pour coffee. read more

SuperSlow. Must be run by teenagers. Took female forever to answer in drive thru. Ended up going inside out of frustration and still took 15-20 minutes. Slow slow slow. read more

Terrible service and employees will not apologize for extremely slow and incorrect orders. It takes 30 minutes to get a sandwich in the drive through and then they tell you to park and wait. The problem is that they never bring out your order. You have to go inside and get it. These employees are the worst I've ever experienced! read more

I honestly try to avoid this McDonalds. I don't think they've ever gotten my order right and I'm always here at least 15-20 mins trying to get my order. read more

Unacceptable drive through wait: 16 minutes before the line moved. 6 more minutes to the pickup window. ???????????

I find it crazy there aren't better reviews for this McDonalds. Every time I've went there I've had fresh fries and a fresh burger. They are always warm and the employs never mess anything. They also are really nice. The other reviews at the McDonald's on Bankhead highways are just bozos. I'm sure if you go there self you'll get great service and good food. read more

25 min wait in the drive throught and they could not get my order right. No clue what customer service is.

This McDonald's must have the worst must have the worst ownership. It's been bad for at least 2 years, service has always been bad, the all day breakfast is actually good only till 2 p.m. read more

Waited 20 minutes in line for egg McMuffin. Employees had very bad attitude. Will never stop here again. Went through drive through at 3:02PM and now waiting in parking lot for egg McMuffin. It's 3:07PM 7/1/19. Very rude employees. read more

Absolute worst McDonalds ever. I have been to this store twice within the past 2 weeks. Both times it was cash only due to either the power going down or the computer system was down. I do not which. The employees there are the slowest servers I have every seen. Half of them were on there cell phones, not talking on them but looking at there phones messages I guess. Yesterday I went there and the District manager was there. He saw that there were a few mad customers, but he walks past us and goes to a table up front and sits down. No explanation, no apology. The servers were moving and talking in slow motion, and a few of them were doing nothing. BAD customer service. They just do not care or they just do not know how to satisfy a customer during a power outage or when the computers go down. They need training to know how to handle any crisis that occurs. I would have gave free food or a free food voucher or just anything to make it seem as the even care a little bit. read more

Zero! I've been in line for 30 minutes. There were six cars in front of me when I got in line. 30 minutes later I finally creep up to the window to get my food and I'm asked to park and wait in the drive-through reserve parking. I ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese bagels! What could possibly take make this take this long. Unbelievable! So after about 10 minutes waiting in the parking spot. I walked in and asked to speak to the manager. She informed me that it was my fault it was taking so long and they did me a favor by letting me order bagels at this time of day. By making a stupid comment to a customer like that she also informed me of why this place takes so long and has such bad customer service. She's running the show! I asked her why they didn't tell me that why ordered she rolled her eyes and walked away. Another 10 minutes went by and I finally got my food. First bite in the bagel and you can feel ice inside the egg. So a total of almost an hour to get ice cold food. read more

Absolute worst McDonalds ever. I thought the point of fast food was that it was fast- we waited in the drive thru on a Sunday morning for 30 minutes before we had to leave and not even get our food. The line was still 4 cars deep when we left. Don't waste your time at this restaurant unless you enjoy sitting hours in the drive thru line. read more

May have had a remodel. But, the same qualty food is being served. Under cooked nuggets for my children and got the burger order for the rest of the family wrong. It may look like a different restaurant now. But, it still has the same work ethic. I havent ate at this establishment in quite a while because of the quality of their food and customer service. After the remodel I gave them a second chance. I was disappointed once again. read more

This is always the worst McDonald's on the planet!! Their staff is rude and they have the slowest service you're gonna ever find!! Save yourself a lot of grief and just go next door to zaxbys or on into Carrollton and eat somewhere else! read more

i'm sorry but this is the slowest mcdonald's i've ever been to! i went here at 2 in the morning and it even took 20 minutes. Can't imagine the wait it takes during the day. So disappointed in this restaurant. read more

Worst McDonalds in the state of Georgia by far. Every single time I've come here, I've waited for 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru, and every single time my order has been wrong. The staff is rude and does not care about anything except talking to their friends on the phone or in the lobby. This location is broken. read more

Kids place always dirty, the slide hasn't been waxed in years making sliding rough. I don't know how many times I've seen kids with the back of the legs and thighs red from the friction of going down that slide. This location gets really busy early morning and during lunch time, avoid if you're in a rush or just park and go inside, much faster. Most of the times I've visited this place the restrooms were dirty too; tissue all on the floor and no tissue in the stalls. read more

Horrible service consistently. Appears to either not have a manager on Saturday nights, or if present, they have no concern with customer service. I have been there 3 times recently, and all 3 orders were incorrectly filled. If you hang other remotely possible dining option, I would choose it. Horrible place. read more
