I love coffee and at Starbucks I can customize my coffee to suit my taste there is over like 180 combinations and not to mention the "Starbucks Secret Menu" app that shows created custom drinks from people who go to starbucks. I love the efficiency, the lines when I have gone in the morning or even at 2 in the afternoon, or 7pm at night are never long enough to make you late for class The staff here are friendly, helpful, and upbeat which in the morning is refreshing I like the low lighting and atmosphere too but I see it as either great marketing or a bonus that it is located right beside from the library, because I can grab coffee and head to the second or third floor away from the noise and hurry of the day and relax. Or head back to the TLC and sit on the second floor and chill. I wish they would move it into it's own location on campus apart from the library, maybe they should buy out Gallery Row's location because compared to Starbucks, Gallery Row sucks.
Bella's coffee is not gone but they've reopened under a different name to correct some other reviewers ... and Gallery Row is terrible... Their locations are in awkward places and their advertisements are false. As they are most definitely not a better cup more like an ok-kind of-sucks-cup... And the Dunkin' Donuts coffee is disgusting too.
Gallery Row SUCKS is because from my experience the coffee is disgusting... Even if you order a Frappuccino, that you would expect to taste sweet not gross and bitter like expresso.... whatever they made it out of tasted like it was left sitting on the counter for like six-hours. A Friend and myself ordered two different things... I ordered a red velvet cake Frappuccino two blueberry muffins he ordered a vanilla latte with white mocha which wasn't sweet at all and tasted like very bitter dark-roast expresso. I asked about the muffins and the people who serve the coffee there say they don't eat the food so I guess they don't know that the blueberry muffins taste like cardboard. The only thing cool about Galley Row is that they have their own location separate from the main campus but close enough to walk to from the Dorms. read more
