Pancakes, need more baking soda, to be fluffier. Potatoes, probably should have gotten the grits. Eggs are slightly overcooked, sausage burnt. Darn! Really wanted to like this place. So disappointed!!! I think my experience is not the norm, as I look at other plates and other diners. I hate wasting money!!!!!!!! Your Pal, Dawn Always an honest review

They don't clean the kitchen, your food that's being prepped gets thrown into un-sanitized sinks that have already had shrimp juice, corn beef hash juice and whatever else in it, they under pay their servers (roughly $2 an hour!) so they force you to pay their 20% gratuity and they under pay their entire kitchen staff. Humble mentions that they hire crackheads from the street and sexual harassers and they don't do anything about it when you tell them these things. I can't believe they haven't been shut down yet. Hiring people for the kitchen that don't even know how to cook is INSANE!!!! Stop giving these people business! They made me take chicken out of the trash one time, rinse it off in the sink, season it and then put it back into the prep container so it can later be sold!!! No I am not joking!! Do not eat here!!!! (Another humble mention, they have made me work 3 different positions during my employment and paid me $11!!!) STAY FARRRRRR AWAY FROM ROSIES COFFEE CAFE!!!!! Plus, I was already a fan of the Bremen branch, now we don't need to cross i-20 for decent coffee after 6. Love the signature classic latte flavors, iced Milan mint mocha is subtly minty and awesomely chocolately! Other signature flavors are tad bit sweeter for the sweet tooths out there. Oh if it wasn't apparently already earlier - for my fellow decaf drinkers, they do decaf espresso drinks! Woo! P.S. bring spare dollars & change to tip the baristas!

I'm not a sandwich fan, but theirs are exceptional. I love the Nathaniel sandwich, I can only eat half of it. Seating is limited, and the lunch TO-GO line can wrap around the building. Good for them! Well deserved, and people don't mind waiting for a high quality good meal. Highly recommend!
