There Food in the morning is great and their service is good you should definitely get the bacon egg and cheese biscuit

If you're going to make everyone in the drive thru pull up to wait for their food... why not let us wait at the window. No point in ordering ahead on the app when the wait ends up being over five minutes. Your frappes are bomb though. read more

Great food! Great people! FYI, the burger in the picture is NOT a McDonalds burger. Look at the wrapper. Not McDonalds read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever had ordered from 1st they always claim they are out of half their menu , 2nd when you do a mobile order they claim their system is down and they can't process any mobile orders , 3rd their staff has attitude issues they don't like it when you come back to the restaurant to get your order corrected after they messed it up. So if I could I would give a 0 rating since this has been an ongoing issue for several months and no sign of improvement at all. read more

Poor customer service And they take too long and drive through And that is sad to say

Terrible service! They do not seem to know how to alternate taking orders at the two drive-thru order boards. I gave them my code off the McDonald's app and she asked me to repeat it (as they so often do). Then she said it would not take that and for me to refresh the app. I did that, and then the app told me I would have to wait 15 minutes before using the app again. However, I did not USE the app the first time, because the code would not work. Please fix the app glitches!! I asked the girl if she could honor the deal anyway and she said "no" so I told her I was leaving. She said "Have a good day!" but it was not a friendly tone. I will not be going back to this McDonald's. read more

We went into the dining room and ordered our breakfast because we needed to stop to use the bathroom on our way back home. The lady who took our order was super friendly and nice. Our food was out within minutes of us ordering. I was also impressed that they offer one free meal a day to those police who stop by in uniform. That's very respectable! read more

McDonald's - Free medium meal for uniformed police officers. Very impressed with this! - Fast Food Near Me - Carrollton, Georgia

Once I pulled up to the window to pay, I pretty much had to catch my drink because the lady couldn't get rid of it quick enough. Took one bite out of my Double Quarter Pounder and realized that apparently they just brown the outside of the patties now, as well as get the bun nice and soggy for you. Glad I didn't order a salad. The cow would've eaten it before I got my hands on it. Rude service, and poorly cooked food. Where's Simon Cowell when you need someone to understand that they suck?? read more

McDonald's - a hand holding a hamburger - Fast Food Near Me - Carrollton, Georgia

Have been to this location many times, I have a teenager, oftentimes they are only accepting cards, at other times - cash only. Better be checking your bag before you drive away as mistakes are a common occurrence. Someone else had posted about food not being properly cooked... the last Quarter Pounder I ordered actually bled! read more

Horrible costumer service and it takes forever to get your food. Then the order is wrong.

Food is horrible. My wife and I ate there last night the fries were too hard to eat leftover from many days ago the burger was not any good either. Save your money and go somewhere. We purchase this through the drive-through. The employees seem to be robotic... read more

sat in drive through waiting on mobile order for 30 minutes. absolutely ridiculous, worst service ever when we finally got food they didn't say a word recommend everybody not going to this location. read more

Service was unnecessarily rude, told us there was a 12 minute wait for breakfast. Then proceeded to ask for something and got a very rude and loud "NO". Needs better and nicer wait staff. read more

Worst service ever. Sat in line for 15 minutes before finally getting to the speaker to order. Then she tells me to hold on. After about 10 minutes, and being blocked in this entire time, I look over and see the person next to me placing an order. I finally had to talk into the box that I was still there waiting and had been much longer. She got a nasty attitude and had one the entire time. I wasted 30+ minutes at this sorry place. UPDATE 8/23/18 Went to get breakfast and had to repeat my order 5 times. Got to the window and she still didn't have it right. Added and iced American because it showed up on the menu. AND she left it off after repeating multiple times. Get to the second window and they hand me hot coffee. Told them that's not what I ordered. Instead of telling me it doesn't come iced the manager proceeded to make FUn of me and the coffee. I called corporate. read more

So disappointed. Went to get my coworkers breakfast, not only was drive-thru employee unfriendly but I got back to work with some of my order missing. And my order wasn't even big. Just a few items. Less one. :( I went thru this same place two days ago and my chicken nuggets were under cooked and I didn't post anything but now I am upset. Get it together. And learn some customer service. read more

I have just spent almost 30 minutes in the drive through at this location. This is unacceptable!!!!

Worst drive-through experience EVER!! Swapped lanes twice in hopes of getting service. Sat in left lane for 7 minutes before finally being served, and that only happened then because I called inside to ask them to take my order. Total experience took 25 minutes out of my day! read more

McDonald's - a half eaten sandwich in a basket - Fast Food Near Me - Carrollton, Georgia

HORRIBLE is the first word that comes to mind. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. First, the drive through line - which SHOULD be renamed to the "Pull up. Put you car down n park. Got a book to read? If not, how about you car owners manual? You're going to be here a while - Lane" 4, FOUR, cars from the other lane gave their orders and drove forward as I counted. I tried to get someone's attention. "Hello?" I called out. Another car. "Hello... hello?"Ahhh, speaker response. "We are taking orders from both lanes!" Someone barks. Dead air. Finally speaker turns back on, and I order. Of course by the time I drive around to the payment window, the truck that had originally been immediately in front of me in the same order lane, was LONG gone. Then I pay. Next window, "please pull up (one of my sandwiches needs to be cooked. 1:19pm I get in line (just happened to be texting my son). 1:29 ordered. By now, I'm keeping track. 1:50 I get my sandwiches. One is BEYOND cold. No surprise there. read more

I went to McDonald's this afternoon and ordered 3 plain butter biscuits and a large tea. When I got to the window she told me my total was $7.49. I told her that was not right - that I wanted plain butter biscuits. She tried to say I wanted chicken biscuits and I said No, I wanted plain butter biscuits. She then left the window and when she came back she said my total was $7.49. I told her that was not right that plain butter biscuits were usually just $1. She said they were $2. I told her to just forget it and drove off. She either needs training or McDonald's has lost their mind if they expect anyone to pay $2 for a plain biscuit. read more

Horrible Experience. Cars were wrapped around the drive thru lanes and the employees were moving like molasses. Tattoos, piercings, weird hairdos, and a rowdy crowd (employees mixing it up with customers) awaited me inside as I didn't want to wait. I stood patiently as the "employee" waited on someone before me. Then a guy came up after I had been there 5-7 minutes and the "employee" waited on HIM!! I left, the employee watched me, and nothing was said to make it right. We now have 2 McDonald's in my town that cater to loud, rowdy, and disrespectful employees and customers. I am done. read more

If I could give a zero I would... the woman at the window was rude and charged us completely wrong. She then proceeded to give us sass and treat us like we were idiots. I will NEVER come here again. You know what you can kiss. read more
