What could improve? Where do I start? I walked up to the counter for a mobile order, and instead of being asked for my name I was yelled at by the cashier ATO. By far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered fuss at me because I didn't tell him my name and I didn't even know that I was supposed to acted rude to me the entire time I was in there and then gave me cold food as I was leaving the establishment he proceeded to yell at me. This is how you treat people that come to your establishment and spend their hard earn money I won't be back. Worst experience at Wendy's today we ordered online in the app and when arriving at the store location on South Park. Nothing but attitude from the workers and drive-thru. When asked the name on the order I told them the name on the order. They repeatedly asked for it three times and got a attitude, second, the food was not even fresh though I had to wait 15 minutes for the food the fries were cold. The nuggets were tough, not fresh management at this location needs to get it together and get it in gear. Had to cuss an employee out the other night , I don't understand men who are gay why half of them think they have to have the bitchy bossy female mentality. I was DoorDashing and didn't go up to the speaker because I'm new and there so rude when I go up and speak into it I figured I wasn't suppose to . So the other night I didn't . Well instead of saying next time make sure you do or mam you'll have to go back , he spoke out of his neck sipping his water cup with an attitude & when I asked him who he was talking to he manned up & told me I HAD to go to the back of the line so obviously that would result in me having to cancel my DoorDash because this Wendy's sucks so much and are slower than god knows what !! So I cussed him out & all I have to say if he better be glad I didn't throw my water on him. Sorry not sorry , you can only take so much from these rude ash employees!!!! By far the worst location. They continue to get orders wrong, doesn't matter if it's in the morning or evening they messing something up. How you gonna put Mayo and ketchup anywhere but on the burger? They forreal foul. They also don't give you a receipt so you're stuck not knowing what they rung up or charged you. We ordered DoorDash and got an order that gave us everything wrong. They left out half the meal and messed up what they did give us. Large Sweet Tea instead of small Dr Pepper. Got only the burger on kids meal with all toppings instead of none. Messed up many other parts of the order and still got charged for it. Slowest moving, worst I've ever been to. This is what happens when you hire people that don't care about their jobs and have zero work ethic. I'm sure the turnover here is constant. Why does the Chik Filet down the road rock and this Wendys suck so bad?...because a good manager fires the people who move at their own pace and could care less about the customer and hires people who aren't selfish and appreciate their job. I never use the drive through, but having read Stan's review, I kept a watchful eye on my order. The only glitch: I ordered the food "to go" and the same young lady who took my order presented the items in a tray. Then she packed the lemonade and Chili in a small bag with no room for the ice tea I had to serve myself. Since I was carrying lunch for two by myself, I grabbed a cardboard tray that the server had in front of her to carry the beverages and I packed the chili in the small bag into the larger bag with the salad. This way, I carried the food in one bag and the beverages in the other hand. In summary, this server was not fully engaged with her job and was simply going through the motions. read more

A friend and I visited this establishment on 4/14/18. I ordered a single hamburger and my friend ordered a Caesar side salad, for which she was charged $4. When she picked up our order, her salad had chicken on it, she looked at the receipt and was charged for a spicy chicken salad. She took the receipt and her salad back to the counter and requested the correct salad and a refund of the difference. The foreign man at the counter offered to take the chicken off her salad and began to argue that she received what she ordered. She again asked for the correct salad and a refund. She finally received the correct salad and refund. My hamburger was overly salty and was dripping with mustard and ketchup. We had to clean a table at which to eat, the floor was littered with trash and there were several puddles of water on the floor. Never again. read more

Got to the drive thru at 11:40 Pm on Saturday 10/20/18. Waited in line behind 7 cars. Got up to order at 11:54 and a recording said they where closed. They took the order of the car ahead of me.There where cars still in line behind me. I left and went to Burger king at 11:56. Placed order and got hot fresh food with extra food I didn't order. The food is good of course, it's Wendy's. The crew lacks motivation, pride or any knowledge of customer service. For instance, I go to Wendy's and order 5 burgers- one is different from the others. Since it's not the first time Wendy's has done this to me, I pull out all of the burgers in front of the crew member and ask "okay, which one is the special?". She opens each burger and visually checks, the last one is the special and with a sense of accomplishment she says "It's here!" as if to say "See, I got the order right". Here's the problem- why isn't the burger marked, wrapped differently, a side folded down or something that shows that it's different from the others so that when I deliver the burgers someone doesn't start eating the "special" burger before they realize "hey, this isn't mine". Anyway- she say's "We don't do that here". I honestly believe her. I honestly believe that they Store Managers, the Team Trainers and remaining crew are stupefied and incapable of using common sense.
