Frazier's has been around for over 10 years and you can tell. Conditionally, it is showing its age from the lot to the interior. Nothing crazy, just normal wear and tear. However she rolled her eyes and said "yes, I am trying close now" with an attitude, like she always does, every time I walk in there. Then preceded to grab my stuff and scan my item's and huffed in annoyance again when I told her I need 2 packs of cigarettes like i was an inconvenience to her. Like seriously, you chose a job in customer service, it doesn't hurt to be nice, even just fake it a little. So in short, if this is the expected manor i will be treated when going to this store, then i will not being going back. Atleast not during her shift. And I know alot of people that have shunned that fraziers just because of her attitude and being disrespectful to customers. To clarify i do not know how this girl, nor have I met her previously, so this is absolutely nothing on a personal level. Nothing too crazy or impactful. Cleanliness is solid throughout the entire store, even the restrooms. Gas pump area can get a bit overrun with debris at times, but they seem to address cleanliness quickly here. Service can be hit and miss. I have had great service at the registers and then not so great or enthusiastic service on the next visit. Never bad enough to keep me away for too long. Couldn't leave if I wanted to since 'low fuel' light has been on for two exits (all gas stations locked up and pumps off) so I have a look around while I'm waiting: either they just had the station re-done or it's new because there's no filth or crud or gross stuff. Coolers and displays are organized and well stocked with the usual suspects; coffee and fountain drinks can be had to satisfy most tastes, same with baked goods and roller grill items in season. There's a taco shack attached but I have no idea about the menu or hours. So half an hour later it's all working again and it's chitterlings and giggles everywhere and not even an insincere apology for the delay getting me gassed up and headed home. On the plus side...what was very nearly a zero-star review is upgraded because I was able to leave the state of Georgia without further incident.
