If picking up something here isn't your thing, pop in to the attached Subway. This location is convenient, especially on the stretch of 29 that doesn't have any other gas stations or food options. Frazier's has been around for over 10 years and you can tell. Conditionally, it is showing its age from the lot to the interior. Nothing crazy, just normal wear and tear. Gas is a bit more expensive here, so I usually just stop in for snacks/drinks. Service is always friendly and welcoming. Overall, solid gas station!

I would give zero stars if I could. For the last month or so, there has been a new girl working…read morethere on second shift. She is rude and acts like its the worst thing in the world to wait on a customer. She was literally huffing in annoyance that I came in 10 mins before closing. Didn't greet me like first shift does. She always looks like she hates the world. I apologized for coming in so late as I knew that she was working on closing, just trying to break the tension and bad vibes rolling off her. However she rolled her eyes and said "yes, I am trying close now" with an attitude, like she always does, every time I walk in there. Then preceded to grab my stuff and scan my item's and huffed in annoyance again when I told her I need 2 packs of cigarettes like i was an inconvenience to her. Like seriously, you chose a job in customer service, it doesn't hurt to be nice, even just fake it a little. So in short, if this is the expected manor i will be treated when going to this store, then i will not being going back. Atleast not during her shift. And I know alot of people that have shunned that fraziers just because of her attitude and being disrespectful to customers. To clarify i do not know how this girl, nor have I met her previously, so this is absolutely nothing on a personal level. I genuinely think she's just a rude person with a bad attitude and shouldn't be working with people in a face to face customer service environment. And fraziers needs to be more diligent in the type of employees they have representing the company. As they are the face of the company that customers interact with on a day to day basis.

While the store could use some work conditionally, it is in decent shape. However, the store could be cleaner for sure. Outside of cleanliness and condition, the service is really what is lacking at this location. The associates are curt and disinterested in assisting, no matter where you need service. Overall, it is just an unpleasant spot to shop. Always the same service wise. Id rather pop across the street to Target/CVS.

I waited for 35 minutes to get to the window. When it was finally my turn, it was at least five minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was at the drive up window. The person picked up the phone to tell me that they would be with me in a minute. I could see people working inside. No one was waiting at the inside counter. Two times one of the associates came to the window, but did not pick up the phone to interact with me instead they typed something in a computer, turned around, and walked away. Finally when someone came over to help, the associate acted as though it was an imposition to begin my test. I tried to pass the information that the confirmation email stated had to be brought to the appointment. The associate told me that she did not need to see anything and passed a swab through the drive-through window. I completed the Tess and place the swab back into the paper wrapper. I am not sure how my test would be distinguished from someone else's.
