But whenever I have to come to Lagrange if I need anything I will always stop at this location. Ingles has always had great customer service, a very clean store and great prices. However, now I do see that many of the items are not as cheap as other grocery stores anymore. Do to the economy everything is getting higher. But still, if your looking for a good selection of meats and produce come to Ingles. Or if you just don't feel like cooking Ingles has a great deli/hot bar and salad bar.

Sales are good, they have an app you can check the circular in. There's always a few BOGOs, though not nearly as plentiful as something like Publix. Wish the bakery had a little more variety. The parking lot is big and there's always plenty of space, but the pavement is in rough shape. Just pretend you're in an army minesweeper vehicle when you hit a pothole. However the middles space of the store is an odd combination of items from seasonal, furniture, patio sets, clothes, protein and a few other things. The store was clean, well lit and well stocked. Mu only two issues here, which could go hand in hand, were lack of available staff and lack of carts. There were no carts from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. All the carts were in the corral's in the parking lot, so if you wanted a cart, bring it with you. The lack of available staff was unfortunate, as we had questions relating to computers and outdoor storage, but were unable to find anyone other than the associate helping with self checkout. And she honestly was at a loss as to who was available to help. Overall, I'll stick with Costco, but my folks seem to enjoy this spot.

I ordered for my wife and I the 16 piece baked chicken for lunch and dinner later. The pieces of chicken were very small. The breasts were an average size. However, the chicken was very dry, to the point of being almost inedible. My wife and I couldn't finish our breast pieces due to how dry they were. I tried a wing and it might as well have been dust. I decided to take the rest to our cabin to try and rescue something for dinner, but nothing could be saved. We were on a tight schedule so I did not bother asking for a refund. The area where you sit and eat was filthy. The window ledges had mold all over them, the trash was full, tiles were filthy, and tables hadn't been wiped. See photos. My go to at Dunkin' is usually an Iced Mocha Latte with Almond Milk, and that is exactly what I got today. I made it "signature", which is the addition of whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. It was a nice little treat-myself moment. The drink was excellent and super tasty! Service at the speaker was friendly and the helpful, along with the service from the associate who handed me my beverage. I assume them to be same person, and she was pleasant. However, the gentleman that "greeted" me at the window was far less friendly and welcoming, not speaking one word beyond the total for my drink.
