At first I was ready to hear an angry or at least a partly frustrated voice - but rather, they were just trying to give us a reminder call. When we finally reached the store and I apologized for the delay, a staff named Laura said that they try were just trying to be thoughtful since they realize many families have more things to take care of. It gave me the warm fuzzies to encounter such considerate service in midst of rough pandemic times - this is definitely a Kroger that goes above and beyond in our experience!

Got the marrow bones and some knuckles and some specialty sauces to try. Plenty of frozen homemade stuff to try at a later date. Cajun foods. In all fairness, I found all the employees professional - extremely helpful....to the point they walk you over to what you are looking for.....friendly and knowledgeable.....
