    BEST MEAT MARKET!!! You can custom order all cuts of beef, pork, and chicken! Specialty sausages are great! Nice family!

    Great market for fresh meats as you like. The food is awesome too. They will cut your meat however you want it. It is always fresh.

    I tried their steak burgers from their food truck. Very Good also their seasoned tater tots were SO GOOD . Very Nice people.

Here is why (forewarning: this review is lengthy): I understand that we are in the midst of a pandemic. I have worked in customer service before so I ALWAYS extend courtesy to people who are in that line of business. HOWEVER, my last visit to this place was the worst! I called for a pickup order, only to be placed on hold (by who I now believe was one of the guys who worked in the back. Keep this in mind for later on) for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and finally got someone to take my to go order. I let the young lady know that it was TWO separate orders (paying separately) that I was placing. When I got finished with the first order which was a Snow Crab boil for two, I proceeded with the second order which included a Snow Crab boil for two. The young lady stopped me mid sentence and said, "we can't take the order over the phone, it's over $80." Okay? That didn't make sense to me because AGAIN, this was two separate orders, two different payments. I got that handled and was able to make the orders another way. I give them a few minutes and proceed to the store. Takes us maybe 10 minutes. I went in knowing that they probably wouldn't have the orders ready, but I go in to pay and let them know I was there. I get there and let them know my name. The young lady who took my order over the phone walked to the back and asked did they have my order together. A man's voice from the back yells out "We don't have no fucking Bianca". I kid you guys not. The two ladies that were working the front stated "Woah woah! We have customers up here". The young lady who took my order told him that she would send him home. She comes up to the front and says, "give us another 10 minutes, I apologize." I'm sort of aggravated just because of the whole debacle on the phone, but give them the 10 minutes that they asked for. We go back in after about 15 minutes and my dad is with me because he was the second order. His order is ready. They ask for my order, and again, the guy from the back does not have it. I know this because the young lady who took my order stated that she gave him the order receipt THREE TIMES! At this point I'm furious and my dad asks do I want to cancel the order. I didn't want to because of all the things that was going on and I just KNEW my food was going to make up for it. My dad asked the other lady who worked the front if she knew what was going on. Of course, me working customer service before, I know the BS lines workers can give you when they don't feel like dealing with The situation "I honestly don't know what's going on sir" *rolls eyes* however, she did ask if I wanted something to drink for the inconvenience. The young lady who took my order stated that she would throw in an extra catfish filet meal (rightfully so). So, I proceeded to wait for another 10-15 minutes and finally get my order. I get home, and before I can open up my food, my dad calls me and asks me have I seen the boil? I say no, and he proceeds to tell me that it is extremely salty and the taste was not up to par. I open my boil, I immediately see a stack of seasoning on one piece of corn. I only have TWO potatoes (need I remind you, this is the Snow Crab Seafood Boil for TWO). I open Up the catfish filet meal, the food is just thrown together. And the extra one she provided me, I wouldn't have fed it to my dog! The taste of the food was even worse. After the corn, potatoes, some shrimp and ONE cluster of crab legs (there were four), I threw the boil away. Castaway WAS an amazing place with GOOD food and GOOD staff. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had this last time. I will be going somewhere else.
