Unfortunately, the employees seem to have little regard for customer satisfaction. The way customers are treated is unacceptable and does not reflect the quality of service one should expect from a store with such high prices. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and does something to improve the customer service.

A few months ago I bought a rotisserie chicken from Kroger. I'd gotten them there many times…read morewithout a problem. However, this time I was starving and in a hurry to run more errands. I decided to have a leg to go but I didn't want to take it out of the bag so I tried to cut it off while it was still in the bag. I hit bone so I just pulled it. The leg and part of the thigh came out. I noticed something odd when I looked at it. At first, I thought it was that hideous vein that's in bone in thighs but upon closer inspection, a pic and Google it turned out to be a well done WORM! Thankfully, I had not eaten any of it! I can no longer eat rotisserie chicken from anywhere without being nauseated. Thanks for that Kroger! A couple weeks later I bought plain, raw, boneless, skinless chicken breasts that are often up front when you first walk in. Brought it home and put it in the freezer. Next time I took it out to cook I noticed something black on one of the thawed breasts. I couldn't take anymore and threw it out. I only purchase water and soda from Kroger, no Kroger products because I don't trust them anymore. I emailed and sent pics of the worm. They expressed their gratitude by adding $15.00 to my club card. Gee, thanks! I could have made a huge stink and said I ate a piece of the worm chicken but I didn't. When I found the mystery black thing on the raw chicken I contacted the health department and told them about both. Apparently, Kroger didn't do anything about the chicken problem.
