It is your…read morestandard service station with plenty of pumps, a wide variety of snacks and drinks, along wtih some hot food. If picking up something here isn't your thing, pop in to the attached Subway. This location is convenient, especially on the stretch of 29 that doesn't have any other gas stations or food options. Frazier's has been around for over 10 years and you can tell. Conditionally, it is showing its age from the lot to the interior. Nothing crazy, just normal wear and tear. Gas is a bit more expensive here, so I usually just stop in for snacks/drinks. Service is always friendly and welcoming. Overall, solid gas station!

I would give zero stars if I could. For the last month or so, there has been a new girl working…read morethere on second shift. She is rude and acts like its the worst thing in the world to wait on a customer. She was literally huffing in annoyance that I came in 10 mins before closing. Didn't greet me like first shift does. She always looks like she hates the world. I apologized for coming in so late as I knew that she was working on closing, just trying to break the tension and bad vibes rolling off her. However she rolled her eyes and said "yes, I am trying close now" with an attitude, like she always does, every time I walk in there. Then preceded to grab my stuff and scan my item's and huffed in annoyance again when I told her I need 2 packs of cigarettes like i was an inconvenience to her. Like seriously, you chose a job in customer service, it doesn't hurt to be nice, even just fake it a little. So in short, if this is the expected manor i will be treated when going to this store, then i will not being going back. Atleast not during her shift. And I know alot of people that have shunned that fraziers just because of her attitude and being disrespectful to customers. To clarify i do not know how this girl, nor have I met her previously, so this is absolutely nothing on a personal level. I genuinely think she's just a rude person with a bad attitude and shouldn't be working with people in a face to face customer service environment. And fraziers needs to be more diligent in the type of employees they have representing the company. As they are the face of the company that customers interact with on a day to day basis.

Solid RaceTrac option just on the other side of Poplar Road adjacent from Newnan Piedmont Hospital…read more Growing up in Newnan, RaceTrac was a staple for some of the cheapest gas prices in town, solid snacks, decent coffee and oddly enough, tasty pizza. This location seems no different with the above except for the addition of the Froyo station! Plentiful gas pumps, all in working order. Decent gas prices, slightly higher than other locations, but nothing unmanageable. This location has only been here for a few years, so conditionally it is still decent. Cleanliness was ok during my visit. The restroom and parking lot could use some TLC from trash on the floor/ground, but the store itself was clean. Only interacted with the cashier, and he was friendly and helpful. There were a few Associates on the floor, but they did not engage with folks much. Overall, solid RaceTrac location that have zero issues swinging through again.

I like the sitting area where you can enjoy the donuts and the pizza that they have available for purchase on the inside. One thing I recommend racetrac to do for their employee is to train them about how the race track rewards work. It is very discouraging for a RaceTrac reward customer to know more about how the app and the rewards work and the employee does not have no idea about the RaceTrac rewards. I was almost denied a free item when I presented my rewards to the cashier because she did not know how the reward worked. I tried to instruct her on what she needed to press on the register but she felt like I was wrong. Eventually another employee came to help her and told her to do the exact same thing that I asked her to do. This same thing happens quite frequently because the employee does not know how to complete the transaction for the rewards. In addition it could be a RaceTrac default on the usage of their app.
