After I waited for 15 minutes with other items roasting in my car in 90° weather, the Customer Service with authority to help me (who had told a fellow employee that she would help me) returned with three or four boxes of 12 mini diet cokes. I reiterated that I only wanted 2 six packs of the mini cans, none of which were on the shelf. She told me there were none in back. I asked her if since there weren't any of what I needed, I had to pay full price for the larger box that I did not want or if she could give me a discount (maybe the same price as 12 would cost in the BOGO?). She dismissively told me that I had to pay full price if I only bought one box. I consider that neither "working with me" as a customer nor Customer "SERVICE." frankly, I was shocked and appalled at her attitude and lack of desire to help a customer. She had no apparent desire to help me as one of her customers. Her attitude does not reflect the customer orientation that I have known in any other Publix in any state in my life. I am grateful that there are now two Publixes in LaGrange and I will do all that I can to shop at the Publix at Merganser Commons instead of the one on Commerce in the future.

Unfortunately my husband and I both tasted it, and realized immediately it was ruined. Last week I brought two avocados that were solid black when I cut them. They were both firm. I looked it up, and they were most likely frozen or they had a fungus. I will never shop there again.

Our cashier was pleasant enough and had conversations with Travis as he rung up our groceries, he heard him quite well. We gathered our things and left. Nice store overall, but Travis made me feel unwelcome. Either way, as a bagger... he won't deter me from coming back and if I see him again, I'll just not go out my way to exchange pleasantries with someone who clearly has issues with people like "me".
