Publix provides white glove service, they will help you to your car with your groceries & even load them in the car. Publix is definitely a lot more expensive than other grocery stores, however, the quality of food that you receive especially in the meat & produce section is fresher. I knew I should have went to the one in Peachtree City, but Tyrone was near my house. I went to the Bakery to look for a cake and found what I needed. There was no one in the department, however, a gentleman was walking by and we locked eyes, hence why he didn't have any other choice to help. I asked if he could write a name on the cake. The gentleman proceed to say the Bakery was closed (this was at 2:30 PM on 10/12/25). He said he would put the name, but he wasn't an artist. I said that was fine, nothing special needed. After I wrote the correct spelling down, he went to the rear of the area, where his manager I. believe was putting away boxes or product. I heard her say something because he must have went over and told her I needed a name on a cake. After he walked back, he proceeded to mop an area. He then came over to me asking something and I IMMEDIATELY told him, I will go to another Publix. I then put back everything in my car and headed out the door. I could not believe he DID NOT wash his hands or change his gloves. Before I left to go OUT OF MY WAY to yet another Publix, I went to customer service and spoke with the assistant store manager. I was visibly upset. I told him what happened using expletives because I could not believe what TF happened. He then asked if the staff was able to resolve it for me. I looked at him with pure disdain. OF COURSE NOT!! Your store is disgusting! To even think I would have you touch my cake with hands that was just mopping the floor, No way!! Supposedly, he went to address the situation and I left the store. I ended up driving to the Publix in Peachtree City to get what I needed. The young woman , who was packing bred, immediately stopped and asked me what I needed. I told her a name on the cake and she went right to work. Stick with your first instinct!! I cannot believe the Publix in Tyrone did that. I go to the Tyrone Publix LITERALLY every other day. I spend too much money for (1) bad customer service (2) people that value basic common sense and hand hygiene.

I have had no choice to use pain management after 6 back and neck surgeries. 4) They actually called my pain clinic doctors and "schooled" them on what they were prescribing me. 5) Two pharmacists would hide and giggle when I came in. 6) Finally, they FLAGGED my account making it extremely difficult to find another pharmacy. Don't go. If you want what little quality of life you have left in life, don't place yourself in the hands of immature and grossly unprofessional individuals.

As with any Publix location, service is top tier, selection is great, cleanliness is great and the subs are next level! While I do not do full grocery shops here, I do pop in for a few items and a pub sub when in town. Those BOGO deals are always nice and those chicken tenders seem to be better than ever! This location is the anchor of an ever expanding shopping center that has since added a few eateries and retailers. My Walmart Experience started on 04/09/2026 when I ordered 4 items on Walmart.com. 2 Scrub tops…read moreand 2 pair pants. I received a message that my order was ready the next day for pickup at 9:36 am. I came to retreive my order at 4:20 pm but when I called the pickup number I was told that my had been cancelled! I was told to come inside and go to the pickup since it was recent that the order was cancelled and I asked why and was told it was flagged because I used a Walmart Gift Card?! I was told to come inside and go to the pickup to see if I could still get my order because I needed these items for work and did not have the time to reorder and wait again. I came into the store and spoke with Brandon and he asked for the order number and said that he would try to help me. I waited for some time and then he returned and told me that the order was cancelled and he could not give me the order. But we already knew this before I waited. It was also suggested by Brandon that I try to find the items in the store and maybe I could price match them. I spoke with the store manager and told him about my situation and he asked if I spoke to the Supervisor in the back who was Brandon and I said yes and he said no we do not do price matches with on-line. I then proceeded to re-order the items maybe Brandon would allow me to get the order that is already back there and I so I re-ordered. I then went back to Brandon and told him that I re-ordered and he said that the order would not be available until 11:00am the next day. Ok I will be back in the morning to pick it up. Sometime during the night I received an email from Walmart that I was getting my item delivered for free! Great I thought until I received 2 more emails stating that 2 items would be coming separately. I received my order 2 pieces which should have been 1 top size medium and 1 Pant size medium. But what I received was 1 top medium and 1 pants a size 3X!!! I called Walmart and was told that, that was the only size available but why would you send a size that is not what a customer order??? I continue to receive emails stating that the other items are delayed and now I have no uniform to wear to work so I will have to order elsewhere and Walmart has the worst customer service in the Universe according to my experience!!!!!!!!
